WELCOME TO PARADISE!! 9 min drive to the beach! Beautifully updated VACATION HOME- 5 bedroom 2 full bath home away from home! EVERTHING IS NEW- couches to beds to mattress , cups, dishes, towels, etc etc are brand new !!!
Nice fenced yard with seasonally FREE heated pool Oct 15-April 15 at 80-85 degrees and a nice HOT TUB are sure to please! Our home features lovely vaulted ceilings which make the home shine! SUPER FAST WIFI 1g at the modem MBPS - way faster than our competition!! This home features two separate living room rooms. One for adults one for children. Our kids living room features board games, stuffed animals, card games.

Each bedroom has a smart TV
Living room #1 has a huge70 inch smart TV
Living room # 2 has a 65 inch smart TV

BEDROOM 1 MASTER - KING BED with full bathroom attached
Black out curtains , Fireplace, ceiling fan his and hers walk in closets . Large 65 in smart tv . This is a super soft cloud like mattress. Bedroom has a ceiling fan . Please note all bedrooms have a 4 inch thick super soft topper. If you like a hard feeling mattress, you can take the topper off during your stay for a hard firm mattress underneath.

BEDROOM 2- KING BED with
Blackout curtains . Walk in closet 65 inch smart tv. Super soft cloud like mattress. Bedroom has a ceiling fan

BEDROOM 3- KING BED
Blackout curtains. Large walk in closet and 65 inch smart tv . Super soft cloud like mattress. Bed topper can be removed for a stiffer mattress feeling underneath. Bedroom has a ceiling fan

BEDROOM 4 - QUEEN BED
Blackout curtains and . 50 inch Smart tv and walk in closet. Super soft cloud like mattress. Topper can be removed for a stiffer feeling mattress underneath. Bedroom has a ceiling fan . This bedroom contains washer and dryer tucked away in one of the closets. This bedroom also has access to the garage.

BEDROOM 5- KING BED with closet, blackout curtains, office, desk and chair, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan. This bedroom has large double doors coming off one of the living rooms and access to the pool area.

BATHROOM 1- is a full bath- shower, toilet, large vanity attached to master bed room.

BATHROOM 2- is a Full bath with bath tub/ shower combo with toilet and vanity located between 3rd and 4th bedroom
GARAGE-

1 car garage to park in. washer and 2 FULL SIZED dryers for guests to use, pool toys, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach umbrella , extra propane tanks

LIVING ROOM # 1 beautiful fireplace wall. Electric fireplace large 65 inch smart TV. 1 one of two couches open up into queen bed this is the adult living room.

LIVING ROOM #2 - we designed this as the kids living room. It is right off the kitchen, so perfect for parents to watch their children while they are preparing dinner or making breakfast. This living room has tons of stuffed animals, games, board games, card games, and a couch that opens up into a queen bed..

BABY GEAR- we provide a pack n play and high chair at no extra charge

-tons of toilet paper ( not just one roll like most airbnbs!! )
- traditional brew 12 cup Coffee maker, 4 slot toaster, blender, waffle maker

**pool heater runs Oct 15-april15th . Do not book this home if you are not ok with that. Pool temps after april 15 run 80-90 degrees and don’t need a heater anymore!!

Pool access from the home is off the 5th large bedroom or through the garage side door

2. MAX capacity 10 persons per city law 3.shower prior to getting in hot tub or it wont stay clean. we charge $150 if tub turned over dirty
4. POOL heater runs oct 15-april15 seasonally. it heats 80-85. do not book this home if that is not warm enough for you. dont touch pool equipment!!
