Very clean home in nice location. Beds were very comfortable! Lovely screened in porch was comfortable and great for the dogs. Very easy check-in. Our only “could have been better” was the living room furniture- just not as comfy as it could have been when we were watching TV in the late evening. Overall, a great experience!

Clean and great location

Property was clean. location convenient to publix, walmart etc. Backyard fully fenced in. It was great for our 2 golden retrievers to play in. Nice screened in porch. Safe neighborhood.

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for us! Very clean and great backyard for our daughter and dog! Amazing place to stay! The host also was very nice and gave me recommendations on places to propose to! All around a wonderful place to stay.

Palm Harbor Happiness

Clean!! From the beddings, to the bathrooms, even the closets, new towels, refrigerator, floors, laundry machines, walls and doors. I am a bit of a stickler since I have a disabled son with health needs and need things clean. I was very, very pleased with this home and the neighborhood was very nice, we felt very safe there. Some of the furniture even looked new. And, there was live TV which was great to have, as well as streaming that you can log in with your own accounts. Backyard perfect for our pup and as stated, the location is so convenient! Our host, Phoebe, was absolutely fantastic. As we've been visiting family in Florida several times a year this is definitely a repeat rental for us! Thank you, Phoebe!

Very comfortable stay with some exceptions

The property had everything we needed and was super clean. The backyard fence kept the dogs secure as well as our grandchildren and their cousins when they visited and everyone fit well at the table on the patio. The host was very responsive especially the morning we discovered the propane grill tank was empty and we were having family over that afternoon. The host also made sure we had beach towels and a small cooler for the beach. (Weather didn’t cooperate, unfortunately!) The living room is as large as it looks in the photos. A practical coffee table closer to the sofa is needed. The glass on a pedestal tables are unsafe. 2 living room chairs are uncomfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and appliances worked well. The master bedroom king size bed was very comfy but very low. The room needs a dresser (desk was useless) and the night stands being round weren’t functional. (The other 2 bedrooms were very nicely done!) Lamps were flimsy and too small. Bedroom rug curls up at the foot of the bed side and kept tripping over it. Bath towels, washcloths and hand towels were in short supply for 2 people never mind when we had our son and grandson staying over. I did do a load of towels. Washer and dryer work well. Detergent provided. The bottom line is it was clear this was bought as a flip to be used for rental income and still needs work. Would reconsider staying here.

Great family place

We really enjoyed our stay! House was spacious and clean. Could have used a few extra household items like sponges and extra trash bags but all in all we had a great stay. Seamless check-in and check-out. Nice place to stay with a family and pet.
