Amerai la nostra area esterna Margaritaville con Tiki Bar e area salotto! Rilassati e goditi un drink dopo la spiaggia. Ottima area per uscire con i tuoi amici e familiari!

Entra e ti sentirai come a casa! Il nostro tema della barriera corallina conferisce a questa casa sulla spiaggia un'atmosfera chic costiera. Tutto è nuovo con splendidi mobili da spiaggia. Amerai il sezionale di grandi dimensioni per rilassarti dopo la spiaggia.

Due camere da letto, ciascuna con letti King e due bagni con un divano letto matrimoniale aggiuntivo nel soggiorno per un totale di 6 persone. (Potrebbe ospitare un bambino aggiuntivo.) Grande cabina armadio in camera da letto matrimoniale e cassettone.

Recentemente rinnovato con tutti i nuovi mobili e tutti i comfort di casa. WiFi gratuito e tv via cavo con DVR e Smart TV per connettersi a Netflix e Hulu. Abbiamo incluso un carro pieno di sdraio, ombrellone, asciugamani e giochi da spiaggia per i bambini. Molto pulito! Parcheggia la tua auto proprio di fronte all'unità. Nessuna scala o lunga passeggiata con bagagli o generi alimentari.

Viviamo proprio qui a Indian Rocks Beach! Siamo disponibili per tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno, ma rispetteremo sempre il tuo tempo e le tue vacanze! La proprietà è per te e la tua famiglia di cui godere!

Ti innamorerai di Indian Rocks Beach !! IRB è una piccola città con molta personalità tra Clearwater Beach e Saint Pete Beach. Rilassati sulla spiaggia con un sacco di ristoranti e niente più folla. Bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca e tramonti spettacolari! Ottima posizione per esplorare tutta la nostra costa o semplicemente per rilassarsi e godersi la spiaggia.

Puoi prendere il carrello Jolly e per $ 2. 50 vanno da e verso Clearwater Beach e Saint Pete Beach. C'è Uber e guidare nella zona è molto facile come Gulf Blvd. è la strada principale una corsia in ogni modo che ti porta in tutta la costa della contea di Pinellas!

Love the location and very clean few issues need addressing

Hi Nicole,Thank you for hosting us. I wanted to reach out and share some feedback about our stay. While we were really looking forward to enjoying the property, we unfortunately ran into a few issues that impacted our overall experience:There was no Wi-Fi availableduring our stay,•.The freezer door handle was broken and almost impossible to openThe fridge didn't have any wateror ice,• We noticed ants in the bathroom,• And the master bathroom door didn't lock properly.We understand that sometimes things happen, but these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. Given this, we're hoping you'd consider a partial refund to reflect the inconveniences we experienced.We'd appreciate your understanding and are happy to provide more detail if needed. I tried to message but no response

The best beach house!

This was our third year staying at their property. As always the house and property were great with just a short walk to the beach. The property owners are the best and answer any questions very quickly. The beach is the best around. The house is very comfortable and had plenty of room for my family of three and our small dog. We look forward into hopefully being able to come back next year.

Indian Rocks Great beach and location to it all !

Great communication with Nicole before trip.Had stayed. here before and brought my friends back to see what I had been talking about.A great clean beach house / blocks from the beach and beautiful sunset location. Restaurants and bakery across the street for quick meals . We did order groceries from publix but did take the cheap trolly to Johns pass for shopping and a great sea food dinner . Since I did stay before I was comparing amenities from last time and was disappointed with a couple missing items. House did have a handy wagon and beach chairs and umbrella to take to beach however, last visit there were 2 more chairs and floats for ocean use. Since we had 4 adults we needed the extra 2 chairs. No keurig was found. Coffee pot only at time of our stay Internet issues which were server issues was a pain as we relied on internet for a lot of things but out of Nicole’s hands to fix . Used taxi and uber from airport 40 min drive Will definitely book again !

Wonderful house with two rooms and a large living room. Beautiful yard, all the necessary things for the beach are available (sun umbrella, cart, chairs). house with new renovation and new furniture. Very cozy location, quiet, peaceful, beautiful! 2 minutes walk to the beach, very close! Nicole is a wonderful owner, who immediately responds to any questions and solves problems immediately and clearly, with such an owner, with such feedback, I want to return again and again to this incredible place!!!

Perfect beach stay

This place was perfect to celebrate my birthday with a big group of friends! Only 2 blocks from the beach, multiple restaurants and bars in walking distance, and everything we needed was in the house! Pull out couch was awesome and all the beds were super comfy. Most importantly, Nicole was very responsive and gave us all the info we needed!

Perfect location, clean, recently renovated, and spacious

2 minutes walk to the beach, clean and fresh house, fully staffed kitchen, cozy backyard - there's everything you need for a great family vacation. Minutes walk to several restaurants, each of them worth the visit.Safe and friendly neighborhood.We stayed with a 1.5 year old toddler, the host were so kind that they provided us with a sleep'n'play crib and a high chair.They also have a beach umbrella and chairs and a cart to take all this to the beach. So happy that we were lucky to book the property!

Great place- you won't be disappointed

We spent a month at this property and enjoyed every day of it. The location is ideal- a block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. You're in walking distance to a couple of restaurant/bars, a small French cafe, and local parks.The house was nice, well equipped, and very clean. The owner was very responsive. There's a small outside area with that is ideal for morning coffee or evening hang out. (And it's fenced in if you're bringing a dog). If you're looking for a clean comfortable house close to the beach this it. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay

The owner/manager of the property was extremely helpful and friendly. However, it would've saved some time for all if there had just been a simple page of instructions, in the unit or online, that would advise of things like trash pick-up days, T.V. set-up instructions, etc. Front outside light over a very dark step at night was burned out as well as the florescent light in the laundry room. Since cleaning people would be coming in the daytime, they'd have no reason to see these things, Also, there were no extras in the unit such as salt and pepper in the kitchen or a flashlight somewhere in case of emergencies. These are just things we've come to expect in most VRBO's we've been in. Decorating and furnishings were all new as last year's hurricane did a number on the area. It was good to see how hard the area is working to come back..

Great Staycation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Coral Sands Beach House II. There are 2 homes on the one lot, which would be fun to rent both with friends or family. Location, location, location. It’s just a short walk across Gulf Blvd with a lit crosswalk (very safe) to the beach. It’s in a residential area, so the beach isn’t too crowded. Gorgeous sunsets. Great restaurants within walking distance, and a wonderful French Bakery right across the street. We brought our bikes and enjoyed getting around that way. Both bedrooms had comfortable king beds. Would definitely stay again!

Great Beach Getaway

We enjoyed the location only a block from a great beach and convenient nearby restaurants and bakery. The home was clean and had the amenities we needed. We were happy the rental was pet friendly with our small dogs. It was a relaxing vacation.

Fun vacation

Location was perfect! Short walk to a beautiful beach and nightly sunsets. Area was easy to get around. Unit was nice but could use a little freshening up with fresh paint. No vacuum so unable to clean up any sand that was brought in. We did one “visitor” (cockroach) in the bathroom the first night and several out on the patio during the week. Kept lights on at night so no other surprises after the one in the bathroom. Kitchen was randomly stocked but had all that we really needed.

Beach Getaway

This property is located close to the beach and restaurants. The floors could have used a cleaning and the utensils barely adequate for cooking. The stove knobs and ice cube tray in the freezer were broken. We asked for repairs but never say anyone.

highly recommend!

The house was very clean and spacious. Perfect location!! Literally, less than a 2 minute walk to the beach (which was also perfect btw). Lots of good restaurants within 10 minutes. Nicole was very responsive to the few needs we had during our stay. We would highly recommend!
