Beach Living is a charming vacation home located just steps from the beach. It features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 modern bathrooms, providing a perfect setting for a relaxing seaside getaway.

-Guests have to be 25+ to book
-Guests will have full house access
-Newly renovated home AND pool!
-3 bed, 2.5 bath
-6 min walk to 15th ST beach access

*Master Bedroom - King bed, 55 inch TV, bathroom
*Second Bedroom- Queen bed, 50 inch TV
*Third Bedroom- Two twin over twin bunks

-Cameras monitoring north-east corner facing front yard and south-west facing back yard.
-Trash comes Tues and Fri, recycling comes Weds. We will have someone come by and put the cans to the curb
-Consider buying travel insurance, no refund will be given for natural disasters such as high tides, hurricanes, etc. These things are out of our control.
-Following your reservation, you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. ๐–๐„ ๐ƒ๐Ž ๐๐„๐„๐ƒ ๐“๐‡๐„๐’๐„ ๐๐€๐‚๐Š ๐–๐ˆ๐“๐‡๐ˆ๐ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’ ๐‡๐Ž๐”๐‘๐’.
-Pool is heated with pump, if weather outside is unseasonably cold (below 50 degrees Fahrenheit) pool wonโ€™t reach desired temp. We donโ€™t charge extra for pool heat, therefore no refund if the pool is cold, keep this in mind when booking.


Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.


Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

The house layout itself was great and very clean. The layout was perfect for our small group and the pool extras were unexpected. However, the house was not as cozy/welcoming as we would have liked. There were things that we've had at others that we did not have here; like board games, zip lock bags, and other non essentials that were nicely appreciated in houses that you could tell were actually used for living. This one is clearly just used for renting. We had issues with the temperature of the house. It was very cold during the day and then hot at night. We tried adjusting the thermostat but it never changed. The rooms had ceiling fans with lights but you couldn't use the light switch to turn them on/off you had to pull the strings. The pool was a bit colder than we expected. I'm not sure if that's because it takes a few days to get warmer but with the pool heater being turned on days before we got there we were a bit surprised. However, we were also pleasantly surprised by the fountains that go into the pool. There did happen to be a lot of things left for us to use as the beach; chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and toys. The access was just down the road so was very convenient.

Absolutely loved this property!! The house was clean and looked freshly remodeled. The pool was amazing there is everything you need to have a great vacation, from beach towels to beach chairs and plenty of pool toys! The location was also great, we rented the golf cart which was super convenient for beach days and even trips down the street for ice cream. My husband and I agreed this will be our new go-to place for vacations!!!

Relaxing quiet beach weekend

Property had everything you needed. Was very clean and only minutes away from the beach. No complaints the whole process was very easy and the communication between us and the agent was fantastic. This was my 1st time booking a B&B and i must say it was a very positive experience.

Everything you need and more!

This property was amazing. They had absolutely everything we needed from being able to go to the beach, relaxing at the pool, and enjoying food in the kitchen. The property was so close to the beach. It was an easy walk. The pool was absolutely, Very clean, very relaxing. Even when the pool cleaners came, they were so kind. We will definitely be staying at this property again if we come back to Indiana Rocks! I forgot to mention, there are cute little shops, ice cream, shops, and restaurants all around the area that are within walking distance.

Fantastic beach home!!

This beautiful home was amazing! Very well stocked and equipped with anything you may need for the beach including beach towels, chairs, cooler, wagon & umbrella. All 6 of us woke up the first morning and every one of us loved the bed mattresses. The home was very clean, the grill was brand new and had never been used, floats for the very nice pool, even the showers were stocked with a band of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that I love and buy myself. Only a few short blocks from the beach, very responsive property managers, I would highly recommend this house and rental company!

9 days in IRB

We enjoyed our trip to Indian Rocks Beach. The house had all amenities necessary for a stay at the house. Where this property was lacking was cleanliness of the house. Bbq was falling apart as well. It seems the house was touched up poorly just to get it on the market to rent it. Very poor finishing inside. On a positive note, the property management company had great customer service and the location of this place is really hard to beat. The pool out back is beautiful and warm but fountains in pictures listed were never on. Overall we loved IRB and I would rent again from this company but not this house in particular.

Spectacular

We love IRB no billboards, no highrises, peaceful paradise made more spectacular by this perfect house. Great location in a quiet charming neighborhood only two blocks from the beach. House spotless, beds comfortable, water pressure amazing, pool delightful, perfect by every measure and walk to great restaurants and french baker! Come here please you wont regret it!
