The villa, Stella Maris, was completed in Q1 2026. It offers 3 fully independent suites, each with a private, lockable entrance, a bedroom (2 king suites and 1 double-bed suite), a bathroom (double vanities), and a walk-in closet (WIC). The second level, accessible via a large aluminum staircase or a 750-lb-rated lift/Elevator, opens into a full-level open space divided into a kitchen, dining area, and living room. On that level, a large bathroom offers a shower, toilet, and vanity. Next to it is the laundry room with an LG washer and dryer, an integrated utility sink, and custom-made closets with granite countertops.
The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and well-lit, with an oversized window that floods it with natural light, and it opens onto a dining area that seats 8. The dining area opens onto a large patio and a full-length porch.
The living room faces a dual exposure, south and west, with Gulf views and a large wall-mounted FireTV. One of the two sofas also converts to a queen-size pull-out bed.
The third floor is the "suites" floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a FireTV and light-blocking curtains or electric roller shades. Each suite has an entrance door that can be locked, but not losing the key is a plus. All bedrooms offer exceptional views of the Gulf or of Blind Pass, making Treasure Island an island!
The uniqueness of the Stella Maris Villa is its 4th floor, a one-of-a-kind rooftop experience with breathtaking views of Sunset Beach. The house was designed with the rooftop as its primary focus: relaxation with a 180° view of the Gulf. You can enjoy a 4-6 person hot tub moment while sipping a cold drink and admiring the sunset, almost every evening, weather permitting. Not only that, but you may eat a delicate dinner, a light lunch, or even breakfast on a Positano made with Lava Rock (Vesuvio) imported directly from the Amalfi Coast. Lastly, an outdoor kitchen (grill) and a full-size dishwasher are available on the rooftop. This is the best spot on Sunset Beach, and once you've experienced it, your only thought is to come back.

Sunset Beach is renowned for its quality of life, entertainment, and eating places, including Caddy's (fully renovated) restaurant, where you can dine barefoot in the sand, and the famous Ka'Tiki Beach Bar, with a newly expanded, covered dining area. Both have live music throughout the day, which gives Sunset Beach its unique flavor and atmosphere. The house is 45 yards away from the beach, and under the stairs, you will find an external shower (hot and cold water) to rinse the sand off your skin. Also at your disposal are: a beach wagon, several beach chairs and an umbrella so you can enjoy real R&R at the edge of the pristine Gulf waters, about 1 minute walk away.

For your convenience, the Publix supermarket is half a mile away at the corner of Gulf Boulevard and 104th Street in Treasure Island, a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk (1500ft). A 7-11 station is at the street corner, and many other stores, banks, restaurants, and services are within walking distance or a short drive away. From December to April, Treasure Island has a Fresh Market every Friday from 9 am until 2 pm behind the Publix on 104th Street. St Pete Beach is two miles away and offers a wide range of dining options and activities. Each Sunday morning (10 am-2 pm) on Corey Avenue, there is a Farmers Market with various vendors.
There is an activity galore in and around Treasure Island, for example, about 2.5 miles north of the villa, on the other side of the bridge, up Gulf Boulevard, in Madeira Beach, you will go to John's Pass and the Hubbard's Marina to embark on Dolphin Tours, Boat trips, Fishing trips, or simply wander throughout the multitude of souvenir shops and restaurants. Treasure Island is the best location for quick access to all the fun on the Gulf Coast.
The Tampa International Airport is 27 miles away, about a 30-minute drive. The Sarasota-Bradenton Airport is 40 miles away, about 55 minutes away via the toll bridge on I-275 (Skyway).

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

The property was extremely clean and organized. Each bedroom being an en suite was great. You are steps away from the beach and can enjoy the sunrise and sunset directly from the 4th floor balcony. The outdoor kitchen on the 4th floor was great and having a private garage and outdoor shower made treaveling and beaching very convenient. Gil and Valerie were great hosts and we will be visiting again!
