Welcome to a bright, new coastal escape located just above the action in Downtown Dunedin. This second-floor townhome unit offers walkable access to shops, dining, and the waterfront, with a comfortable interior retreat that is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

- Direct access to the Pinellas Trail for walking, jogging, or biking miles of scenic paths

The Space
This upstairs unit features one bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, and a comfortable living area:
- Bedroom: King bed with Nova memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and towel warmer
- Living room: Pull-out sofa with full-size memory foam mattress
This unit does not have access to the backyard or outdoor grill.

This unit includes a full kitchen, thoughtfully equipped for preparing meals during your stay:
- Full-size refrigerator
- Stove and oven
- Microwave
- Dual Keurig coffee maker for pods or ground coffee, stocked with everything you need for coffee, tea, or hot chocolate

- This is an upstairs unit with another unit below. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evenings and early mornings.

Guest Count
Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are permitted on the property at any time unless you receive prior written approval from the host. Exceeding the booked guest count will result in a $100 fine per person, per night. No parties or gatherings are permitted without prior host approval.

Pets
We welcome one dog with a $150 pet fee. Two small dogs may be considered with prior owner approval.
- No aggressive breeds
- 50 lb maximum unless pre-approved by the host
- No cats (as much as we love them!)

Parking
One driveway parking space is provided. Space is limited and may not accommodate large vehicles. Additional options include limited street parking on Douglas Avenue and a nearby free public parking lot. The garage is a shared space used for bike and beach equipment storage.

Flood Zone
The property is located 3 blocks from the water in a non-flood zone.

Cameras
Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the building and in shared interior hallways only. There are no cameras inside any private living spaces.
