Lussuoso condominio fronte mare recentemente ristrutturato e arredato

Questo condominio è letteralmente sulla spiaggia! Prova un soggiorno di lusso in un condominio spazioso e recentemente ristrutturato al 17 ° piano. Inizia la giornata sorseggiando un caffè mentre ti rilassi sull'ampio balcone, ammirando la vista libera della spiaggia e della baia. Goditi il tramonto mozzafiato sull'acqua dalla comodità della camera da letto principale, del soggiorno e del balcone. Le porte scorrevoli del balcone dal pavimento al soffitto consentono una fresca brezza e viste panoramiche, anche quando si è seduti all'interno. L'unità è completamente arredata e ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice.

In questa unità sono forniti accessori da spiaggia come sedie, ombrellone e asciugamani.

La suite matrimoniale ha un letto king size e una spaziosa cabina armadio. Ha una porta del balcone scorrevole dal pavimento al soffitto, con vista sull'acqua. Il bagno principale comprende una doppia toeletta, porte a specchio a tutta lunghezza, armadio per la biancheria e una nuovissima zona doccia con porte scorrevoli in vetro.

La seconda camera ha 2 letti full size per un comfort totale. Questa camera ha anche una spaziosa cabina armadio con molti ripiani all'interno. Attaccato a questa camera da letto è il secondo bagno completo. Il bellissimo piano in granito sulla singola toeletta dona a questo bagno un tocco elegante.

I servizi dell'edificio includono campi da tennis, sala fitness, sauna, sala club, barbecue sulla spiaggia, piscina, vasca idromassaggio, biblioteca, sala biliardo, parcheggio e sicurezza 24 ore. Beautiful property and great location. We stayed in a two bedroom condo that was beautifully kept. The weather was perfect and the beach was not busy. The property was secure and private to guests only.

Great Location

We had such a great week staying in the condo! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I need some of those pillows for my home!! The location was fantastic with the trolley stop to Clearwater right across the way. The people on site we encountered were very friendly. Overall, we'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Paradise on sand key

Everything was perfect. Check in process was seamless. Communication with host was always timely. The place is amazing!!!CBC is a luxury resort with all of the amenities anyone could ask for. We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you again Marie!

Excellent séjour!

Emplacement très bien situé (petits restos, dépanneur et magasins disponible à proximité, le tout se fait très bien à pied). Ambiance chaleureuse dans le condo, piscine chauffée et spa à l’extérieur, très propre.Seul petit bémol, les store dans la chambre principale ainsi que dans le salon seraient à changer. À côté que c’est un unité côté nord, donc moins de soleil sur le patio. Endroit très sécuritaire et reposant! Excellent séjour, je recommande.

FIREWORKS!!!!!

The NYE fireworks were the most spectacular...mostly because we were on the 17 th floor in a comfortable condo.....the spotless, well appointed and comfortable unit was just as advertised......yep we enjoyed it....

Nice condominium with super view

The Crescent Club is in the best and silent area of Clearwater Beach and well maintained, the condo is well equipped with everything you need, the communication with the owner Marie was excellent, the view was wonderful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Vacation

About this property

The owner was lovely. The property was a well-maintained. That said, the full-time residents are incredibly rude and inhospitable. This property “cites” the tourists for breaking rules and if you have children visiting (young) watch out! The residents break their own rules. They eat, drink, and have unapproved “flotation” devices. The residents quote the rules (I was told there were hundreds and I need to read them, but they aren’t provided with the contracts), but don’t live by them. I simply don’t understand. This property should have a hard fast rule to not rent to anyone (vacationers) under 16 because it is incredibly difficult to tell round children to not jump in the pool, not have a toy, etc. No loudness. No radios. Nothing. Craziness. Tracy in the office is very kind. Loved her. The residents, though———

A very relaxing vacation!

Loved the property & the wonderful view from our balcony right on the beach! The unit had all the comforts of home & spacious for 2 adults & 2 children! Perfect location, with shops & restaurants, and friendly people! Marie, the owner, was accessible for questions & very helpful. Plan to stay again, but for longer as it was a very relaxing time! Excellent location and great price. We loved the beautiful view of the beach. We loved all the amenities. One downside was the gym was under construction, but can only imagine that it will match the beauty of the rest of the property. Another downfall was tbat most beach equipment was broken and couldn't be used, and recommended buying new furniture. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit the area.

Quiet with a Touch of Class in Sand Key

The property was excellent. It is located in a luxurious condominium on the gulf. Easy beach access and away from the weekend beach crowd. Great sunsets and a diverse selection of restaurants. Close drive (~45 minutes) to St. Petersburg, Venice, Tarpon Springs, the airport, and downtownTampa. Nice central location for touring the area and just a very nice place to chill out on the beach. Several mornings we had sighted from the 17th floor manatee's swimming north toward Clearwater Beach. Marie was very helpful in supporting our questions. The staff at Crescent Beach Club were supper friendly and glad to help and resolve any concerns.

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay here. If you are looking for a great large balcony with an impeccable view and an easy walk right out onto the beach. This is the place for you! Really clean and exactly as advertised! Plenty of places to eat nearby and take scenic walks. Overall would stay again!

Beautiful beachfront condo

This condo is in an absolutely wonderful location on Sand Key. It is on a very quiet beach yet within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. If you want more action, Clearwater Beach is a long (25-30 min) walk or short car ride away. The condo itself is on the 17th floor and you can enjoy spectacular sunsets from the large balcony. It is extremely quiet- we did not hear any of our neighbors during the week we were there. The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen well-equipped. Extra paper goods are even provided, which is a first in my many years of renting vacation homes. Marie promptly answered any questions we had.
