Newly Renovated 2-Bed, 2-Bath Condo on Indian Shore Beach! Read Description!!

Beautifully renovated condo along the magnificent Indian Shore Beach. Enjoy the highly appointed 2-bed/2-bath condo with a large balcony overlooking the pool and beach. New kitchen and bathroom renovations. The master bathroom features a beautiful double vanity and 2-person walk-in shower. The interior layout makes it perfect for a family with children or two couples. Conveniently located near the elevator.

The pool, hot tub and patio are on the first floor above the parking garage. This area was redone recently. There are also multiple gas grills for your use on the patio.

Be sure to keep your eyes out for the dolphins traveling back and forth at dusk/dawn.

The beach is voted one of the best in the USA. The sand is like powder, the water is like glass. There is a beach volleyball court for you to use also.

One garage parking space is included (and it’s the closest space to the elevator). What else could you need?!?!

Stunning views! We sat on the large patio often to enjoy the gorgeous views! The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Parking was extremely convenient. When I contacted the host , it took a couple days for a response. We had no issues, just a question. I’m sure if we had an issue, we could have called and gotten a response. I’d definitely stay here again!!

The condo was perfect! Very clean, well appointed, well furnished, well stocked with supplies, towels (bathroom and beach), etc. Great view, large furnished balcony. Two things (as of 9/1/25):1. A picture shows a Keurig in the kitchen, but there is no Keurig. It’s a drip coffee maker so shop/plan accordingly. 2. The shower heads need to be cleaned. Would definitely stay again!

Spectacular

Spent 4 wonderful nights in this beautiful, well maintained and well stocked gulf front condo.Balcony is huge and comfortable. This is not your typical rental it’s more like a home with everything you need. Totally updated exactly like photos. Parking is easy and property management are friendly and professional.

Top notch condo

The place was perfect. Clean, perfect location and quick responses from owners. Will definitely be back. The only suggestion I have is getting cookie sheets. We made breakfast and could have used some. Also the guest toilet was not working the whole time and we had to lift the lid and raise the float everytime we flushed.

Perfect!

It could not have been better! The unit was a PERFECT location, parking spot was PERFECT location, the interior was perfect, communication was on point…clearly this was a wonderful place to stay! All of the photos are EXACTLY what you see is what you get and all the kitchen items and more. Tons of beach stuff/chairs/fishing poles/rafts/beach towels. PLENTY of bath towels, extra bed blankets and pillows. Again, everything was perfect! Thank you so so much for sharing your wonderful condo rental with us!

Beautiful place

We loved our stay here! The parking spot was close to the elevator. Beautiful view of pool deck from master bathroom and main living area. Plenty of space in the condo. Pool and beach toys along with fishing gear in closet off balcony. Property management was helpful when we had questions. We felt very safe. If you like coffee and walks on the beach make sure to bring your own travel mug.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and in a wonderful location. We enjoyed our stay! The only suggestion I would make is the patio furniture is terribly uncomfortable and could use a sun screen for certain times of the day. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo

The condo had everything we needed. We have stayed in this building before just a floor above. We love the Indian Shores area. We had manatee feeding in the water nexted to us which was an awsome experience. Great Location, Fantastic Views, Easy Access

Absolutely loved staying in this unit! Access to the elevator and unit was amazing. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed the views from the balcony from the pool to beautiful sunsets. We had everything we could think of in the unit and loved having the beach chairs and toys for the kids. We had a gray time and definitely will be back!!
