Questo condominio scintillante è stato completamente rinnovato con elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca, mobili e tutto il resto! L'angolo cottura comprende un frigorifero di dimensioni standard, un forno a microonde, un frullatore, una stazione di caffè, piatti, scodelle, utensili, bicchieri / tazze e una smart TV. La zona soggiorno ha un futon dal design ricco che si trasforma in un letto full-size con un tavolino da caffè sollevabile. Usa il nostro set di esercizi per esercizi e resistenza e il nostro centro di ping-pong al piano di sotto (forniamo l'attrezzatura). Puoi anche rilassarti in camera da letto e goderti il tuo programma o film preferito sulla smart TV da 55 pollici!

The property was pretty much as described. There were 4 of us; 2 adults and 2 kids under 12. There is one room with 2 full beds and the other room is the kitchen, living room, and bedroom all in one. The couch could sleep 3 children, but sitting or sleeping was not as comfortable for adults. The whole place was very clean and stocked with plates, cups, silverware and beach towels. There is a small patio over looking the pool with 2 chairs and small table. The area was pretty quiet considering the traffic and population of people. It's a short walk to the beach which is across the street. Parking was a bit tricky as the lots are narrow and can be hard getting in and out of the car. Over all, our stay was seamless, comfortable and adequate for us.

Great location and unit

Walking distance to everything. Room was perfect for 2 of us, all the space we needed. Beds are firm but that depends on preference . Would def book again.

Clearwater Beach Stay

I enjoyed my stay, the unit was as advertised, the part about having an “ocean view”, it is a very limited view from the unit, due to all the high rise resorts. But just a two block walk, and you are on the beach. Due to this particular unit being privately owned, the property manager is not on site, but they communicated everything needed prior to check-in. I didn’t have any issues to have to contact the property manager. The a/c unit kept the unit cool enough, but clothing didn’t seem to get completely dry, and this was not the hot and humid season. I would stay at this unit again.

Girl’s Trip

Three of us stayed for a weekend getaway to run a race there at Clearwater beach. The listing is accurate and the condo had what we needed. It is a converted hotel room so it is smaller but it was fine for the three of us. My only complaint that can’t be helped by the owner is that there is only space to park one car. Additional parking if you have more than one can be somewhat costly at the beach. Would stay here again for our next trip!

Great place to stay. Nice, big, clean and a very nice and clean swimming pool. A very short walk across the street to the beach. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Loved being so close to the beach. The beach was crowded, but we took too lovely sunset walks during our stay. The living room seating wasn't comfortable, so we watched TV from the beds, which wasn't ideal. The condo was comfy and the decor very beachy.

Great location!

We loved staying in Clearwater. This place is an amazing location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, playground, and many other things for families. No need for a car once you’re here and free parking at the hotel. We came during Hurricane Elsa and I was very worried and the communication was great as to our options and letting me call multiple times to check the weather and conditions on the island while we were making our way there. The hotel space is great, comfortable beds, the swimming pool is nice also. My only note would be that the living room window is facing the hotel outdoor hall (which is lit all night), some black out curtains (also for privacy) would have been nice. Highly recommend though and would love to stay again.

Great place and location.

In a great spot and easily accessible and clean however, the beds were really uncomfortable. Caused a diminished sleep experience and soreness. Otherwise great place!

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay, but it was cut short due to our concerns about the Corona Virus pandemic. We did not get a refund for our unused days, but we were offered the opportunity to come back to use them within the next year. We appreciate that gesture. We were particularly pleased with the location directly across the street from a beach access and close to a number of great restaurants. The condo itself was cozy and clean. While there was a small kitchenette, it is not adequate for full meal prep. We'll be back. :-)

7 days in Clearwater

The unit was nice, updated, and located at south end of beach. Easy access, and quiet. Most other units are managed by a different company and the place operates more like a motel. Limited cupboards and closet space make it more suitable for 2 or 3 people, especially if staying for a full week. Owner was very nice and local mgmt team were helpful.
