Two kitchens and a kitchenette make feeding large groups effortless. A card room stocked with board games and a private office round out the interior. The century-old bones of this home — original character, generous proportions, wraparound front porch with rocking chairs — make every moment here feel special.

    🏖️Bedroom #4 Sandbar Retreat: Soft neutrals, light linens, and serene simplicity. Pure coastal tranquility. Queen-size bed, end tables with lamps, dresser, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, closet, round table with seating for 3, kitchenette, and access door to bathroom #4.
    🍴Kitchenette (Located inside Bedroom #4): Two mini fridges, a microwave, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, and a dishwasher.
    🚽Bathroom #4 (Ensuite for Bedroom #4 and hallway): Toilet, sink with counter space, and standing shower. No tub.
    🐚Bedroom #5 Seashell Suite: Sandy tones, natural wood textures, and seashell accents create a calm, airy retreat inspired by treasures from the shore. Queen-size bed, end table with lamp, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, closet, and full-length mirror.

    Important Information

    House Rules:
    1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
    2. No parties or events.
    3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
    4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.

    Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

    Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

    Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 25 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

    Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

    Parking: Please only park in the driveway. There is no grass or street parking.

    Largo and the nearby quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) offer a delightful array of local attractions. Guests can enjoy an assortment of local restaurants, retail shops, and sweet shops. The home is conveniently close to Casa Italia, Guppy's On the Beach, Café De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, TJ's Italian Café, Beach shops, and a salon. Brown Park is just around the corner with a playground, basketball court, tennis court, and a covered picnic area. Beyond Kolb Park, which is a sports park and playground, lies the Indian Rocks Library. For a splash of fun, guests can visit Splash Harbor Water Park on the south end of IRB, which features a lazy river.

    The surrounding local area also offers some fantastic day trips, including the Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, and Children's Museums. Sports enthusiasts can catch a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or some pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training. And of course, Disney World and Downtown Disney are just a two-hour drive away.

Everything was great, I would expect a grill for such an inviting space with large groups. The stoves were a change of pace for me and no ovens threw me off. Overall a great location and very nice space.
