Indian rocks beach condo

This VRBO is gorgeous and we really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for everyone and beautiful beach views from the decks and living room! Beach just steps from the condo.

Fantastic property

Another great stay at this property. We had a few hiccups that were quickly dealt with by the owner and property manager. This is the only property we continue to return to in the area. It was spotless and the location cannot be beat.

Family beach trip

In 2022 my husband and I took our grown children and their spouses to this new home & had a fantastic time! We booked this trip to take our granddaughter to her first beach trip not thinking about it being hurricane season. The hurricane hit the area a few short weeks before we went. The house was great & the owners were awesome to work with. We can hardly wait for our next visit to this home.

The perfect place

This property is lovely and just steps to the beach. Todd & Lyza have furnished the property so nicely. The unit is spacious and comfortable. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and are very responsive.

Relaxing family vacation

Lovely home in the best location, a few steps from the beach. Very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, all provided made this the perfect getaway.

Great condo for family gathering!

The condo fit all of our needs perfectly. We were looking for a place to gather for the holidays and the common spaces were more than adequate for this. The condo was spacious, clean and had most of the necessities. Would recommend bringing your own shampoo/ soap/ toilet paper as this was not provided. Everything else was well stocked. I appreciated that the owners did not have cleaning instructions prior to check out as some rentals do. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful

Condo was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. High end finishes and a big gorgeous kitchen. They had just about everything you need for a beach vacation. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and totes full of kids beach toys. Our only issue was the beach access. Since the last hurricane had eroded the beach our access was temporarily closed. Had to walk a couple of blocks to get on the beach. But that was not the fault of the owner and I’m sure by the next time someone rents it will be open. The city was almost finished with repairs. Plenty of stores within walking distance also. Definitely would stay here again. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. Thank you for opening your home to us. We all had a blast!

Beautiful home right on the beach

Everything went smoothly with our stay, the place was beautiful and right on the beach. We were surprised to find that they supplied kitchen soap and soap in the bathrooms, but we brought our own just in case. Enjoyed the chairs on the balcony to people watch and the see the sunsets when we weren't on the beach. The view is fabulous!!! The house is bright and cheerful, the decor is nice and not over the top. The beds were very comfortable. We ate in several nights and the kitchen had everything we needed to create meals. I was thrilled to see they had a Keurig coffee maker (along with a basket of various pods, but again I brought my own just in case). Loved the large garage parking, with lots of chairs and sand toys for the kids, and the hose to wash off before coming inside. We brought our own chairs and umbrellas, but there is a cart to carry everything to the beach and that was wonderful!! We loved being able to walk back to the house to grab lunch and take it to eat on the beach without having to struggle to find parking. Even though there is beach access parking right next to the house, we didn't hear any noise from it at all. The sofas were comfy and we all enjoyed watching shows in the evening on the huge TV! Todd is very easy to communicate with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wow!

The White Sands condo was everything we were looking for for our spring break vacation. The home itself is updated, stylish, clean and very welcoming. The kitchen is stunning. The bedrooms were all a nice size and very comfortable. The hosts even provide beach towels, chairs and umbrellas along with beach toys to use! We would definitely consider staying here again.

This was our second time staying at this property and absolutely love the property and location. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers...plenty of space! Highly recommend!

Best VRBO experience ever

This place was perfect! We were in the area for a family wedding and the week following we used this place as our base camp for various family members to visit. It was perfect with it's open floor plan, it's location on the beach, right next to public parking and the fact that the hosts had beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, beach toys and a wagon to haul it all the 100 or so steps from the garage to the beach! The rental was spotless and the garage had parking for 2 to 4 vehicles, depending on size. If I had to list any downside, it would be the steps, there are about 18 steps to get from entry level (garage) to main living area and another 18 steps up to the bedrooms. There is a half bath on the main floor. This would not have been a problem if I had not had an injury prior to our trip and was walking with a cane. Again, this was a situational problem, nothing against the rental or hosts. The few suggestions I could make would be to have some sort of used book library and board game stash for people to use while there and maybe a guest book so people could write in recommendations of restaurants and attractions for other guests to check out. Also, the pillows should be replaced in the master bedroom. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had before and during our stay. We will definitely be back! Wonderful property, location, and host

This property is so nice for a family that wishes to be right on the beach with access to laundry, parking, sunsets, kitchen, peace and quiet and with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We really can’t say enough good things about it. We loved the beach wagon, chairs, beach towels, and sand toys. Thank you, Todd and Lyzah, for sharing your beautiful home.

Welcome to Paradise

If the beach is your happy place! This rental is for you! Beautiful unit … steps from the beach. Situated in a neighborhood - so it’s quiet!! Fantastic sunsets!! Lots of space to make family dinner and eat together. Beautifully decorated and new!! Todd and Lyzah were very responsive to our questions leading up to our trip and while there. This was a favorite of ours - will definitely rent again!!

Perfect location

The house is in a perfect location and is new and very nice and overall very clean. We were allowed to check in early which was a very nice gesture and hosts/owners were very responsive to all of our messages. It was apparent bedding had not been changed on at least one of the guest beds and the spare blanket for Murphy bed was visibly dirty and unwashed. They did send housekeeping with clean linens the day after we checked in but we had already spent our vacation time washing everything and remaking the beds. Make sure you bring all toiletry items as they do not provide anything but hand soap and a tiny bar of body soap. Overall our experience was good and we loved the location and beach access. We are thinking the housekeeping situation may have been some sort of a one time oversight as the rest of rhe house was very clean.
