IMMAGINE PERFETTA! Viste fantastiche da tutti e 3 i balconi !!

Condominio splendidamente decorato con 2 camere da letto 2 bagni e 3 balconi. Finestre in ogni stanza (ognuna con un'ottima vista!). Guarda l'alba e il traffico in barca sul canale navigabile intracoastal mentre ti rilassi sul balcone est (fuori dal Master Bdrm). Goditi il pranzo o la cena nello spazioso balcone nord (fuori dalla cucina). Ammirate il tramonto sul Golfo sorseggiando un bicchiere di vino sul balcone ovest (lontano dal soggiorno).

Cucina ha tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, piano di lavoro in granito, bar per la colazione, dispensa, luci ad incasso e ventilatore a soffitto moderno.

Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, ampio armadio, tv a schermo piatto e lettore dvd. Master Bath ha doppi lavandini e una spaziosa doccia rialzata ristrutturata.

Camera degli ospiti è spaziosa con 2 letti queen size, grande armadio e tv a schermo piatto con lettore dvd. Il bagno degli ospiti ha una vasca / doccia combo.

Il soggiorno è ben arredato con un divano letto, 2 poltrone reclinabili, una TV a schermo piatto e un camino elettrico con riscaldamento, nel caso in cui si ottiene freddo!

Altri servizi includono Wi-Fi gratuito, lavatrice e asciugatrice full size in unità, libri, giochi, teli mare, sedie a sdraio e ombrellone a vostra disposizione.

Caratteristiche Esterne: Posto auto coperto assegnato incluso con numerosi parcheggi disponibili. La spiaggia ha sabbia bianca e setosa e un'area pallavolo. Spring break

My family stayed in this condo over spring break. The owners were great to work with, we loved the location of the unit. My daughter enjoyed walking to the local ice cream and candy shop! Would recommend this condo.

This was just the perfect place. Comfortable beds. Great location. Very clean. Could not have asked for anythjng more. Host was just wonderful all the way around! Everything is convenient. If you are debating on staying here don’t think another minute. It is home away from home!

Relaxing vacation

It was as me and my husbands first vacation as “empty nesters” and we had a great time together in this clean, comfortable and spacious condo. The condo has every amenity that you would need on vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated, quiet and great view from all three balconies. The owners were very nice and made communicating with them so easy. It was a pleasure that we even got to meet them and they brought us muffins from a nearby bakery. I would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful condo

The condo had lots of space for everyone to spread out. There were 3 balconies to enjoy. The owners were wonderful and checked in to make sure everything was going well. This is our 3rd year staying in one of their condos they are terrific.

This is such a spacious and clean unit. The owners provide their cell phone number allowing open communication all week with the renters. Keyless entry to room and beach makes for seamless transitions throughout the day. The large pool deck allows ample space for cookouts and safe views of the kids while adults relax. Close walk to fun, food, drinks, etc and short drive to Clearwater for fun. Also close range to multiple airports to ensure the most reasonable flights are accessible. Plenty of beach gear is provided and the beds are SO comfy! Loved all of the views from each balcony for whatever mood you're in- reading, people watching, sunrise, or sunset. The balcony off the master also offers views of the channel where you can see dolphins throughout the day. We visit the same area annually and this year we encountered sting rays and manatees in waist-deep water. Amazing experience for adults and the kids.

Exceptional service!

My husband and I have stayed at Beach cottages in the past. This was our first time in John and Linda’s unit. The condo was beautiful and we really enjoy the 3 balconies. The most impressive part in our opinion was the communication with Linda. The check in instructions were clear and the prompt response to any questions was much appreciated! Thank you for sharing your property with us. We will certainly be back!

Great Unit, Great Hosts

We had a last minute change of plans since we always go to Sanibel Island for Thanksgiving with family. Linda went above and beyond to answer all of my initial questions about the area, the unit, and eased me in to this big change for my family. Her unit is gorgeous and immaculately kept. The beds were super comfy. plenty of pool/beach items, kitchen had basics for cooking like spices as well as a ton of pots/pans. While we hope we can return to Sanibel next year, if we can't, I will 100% be reaching out to Linda again.

What an exceptional and amazing condo to stay at on our vacation. I don't know where to begin. First off, the owners were available at a drop of a hat and responded to any questions promptly. Great Place! WE LOVED IT!!!!

We loved this condo soooo much!!!! It was such a great vacation!!! Place was so clean, very nicely decorated, organized, views were amazing, especially ocean view of course. Linda was so easy to communicate with, the host even provided towels, umbrellas , high chair, beach toys. We could not be more happy, and we felt like at home. It's a great location, kids friendly, beautiful beach. Thank you and we look forward to coming back again!!!

Great place to stay!!

Everything was amazing from the condo to the all the amenities and communicating with Linda! The condo has everything you need feels like home. The property is secure and well kept we used the pool, hot tub, and grills. The beach area is amazing feels very private. Linda was very easy to communicate with via text. Our flight was delayed and she didn't have any issues letting us into the condo much later then expected. Overall great experience!
