Situato a Palm Harbor, in Florida, si trova a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia tra Clearwater e Tarpin Springs. House ha una piscina e cortile privato. (Riscaldato se si paga un supplemento elettrico- $ 100 a settimana) Letto matrimoniale in Master, letto matrimoniale in camera, (entrambi con tende oscuranti) letti a castello e divano letto in 3a camera. La terza camera è fantastica per i bambini. TV e cavo in tutte le stanze. Il garage è utilizzato per l'archiviazione. Ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina di buone dimensioni con tavolo da pranzo. Le aree comuni sono in legno e pavimenti in piastrelle, le camere da letto sono in moquette. The pictures of the furniture lived up to my sister's expectations and were extremely comfortable. The 2 armchairs also reclined. The location is wonderful for beaching. Make sure to eat at Crabby Bill's - we went twice in one week

Time to relax

What a fantastic place for our stay in Palm Harbor. Close to shopping and beaches. The house was like living at home… and the pool was the ultimate place of contentment and relaxation. Thanks to the hosts!

Worst place we have ever stayed

There were so many issues with this house. The oven was smoking, the light switches got very hot, which could be electrical problem. The house was very old. The furniture was ridiculous. Didn't even have bottoms to the chairs in the dining room. And if you want an owner to call you on Saturday night and cuss you out drunk definitely rent from this house.

Great Getaway

Nice house. Quiet neighorhood though there is a pretty heavily trafficked road nearby so if you're expecting complete silence, your peace might be interrupted by a siren or two during your stay. Pool was fantastic, and not too deep. We only stayed on the king bed so other beds might be different, but the king mattress is definitely softer than me or my fiance are used to. We really enjoyed the couches in the livingroom though.Also, be careful using the streaming services on the tv. I think we accidentally used one of the accounts of someone who had stayed there previously!Plenty of places to visit within walking and biking distance! And when we had an issue with the smoke alarms beeping due to low batteries the host was quick to send someone to resolve the problem and was extremely apologetic about the inconvenience.Would definitely reccomend this vrbo to friends and family!

Relaxing Getaway

Overall, we had a great vacation, and this house had many good things, and some things that could have been better. The good: The location was perfect and it is really easy to find. The home is very spacious, and the pool area is very nice. There were a lot of extras available for use in the pool, and the kids almost took the bikes out one day. The water pressure in the shower was good, and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen table was the perfect size for card games. Things that could have been better: There was a broken chair at the kitchen table that we didn’t realize until it was sat on. The game room was very underwhelming. There is no ping pong table as shown in the photos, and the foosball table is being held together by tape. This was one of the selling points of the property for us since we had teens with us, so we were really disappointed. The grill was also really dirty, so much so that we chose not to use it. Overall, a nice property for what we were looking for. The house was clean, the pool was clean, and we enjoyed our time.

Extend Our Summer

Some of the most important things we look for in a vacation rental are Pool, Grill, Beach Charis, Cooler & Umbrella. This property had all of these and more. The location of the property was perfect for all we wanted to do and the property owners were great communicators.

Great for a family

This was a nice place, with room to spread out. We enjoyed having a pool to ourselves. You do have to drive everywhere but traffic wasn’t too bad.

We absolutely loved this place! From the open spaced rooms to the sliding glass doors looking out over the pool where the children enjoyed their big brothers visit. The kithen was spacious and fully stocked with those things needed to prepare a country style family dinner. Plenty of towels and extra bed linens and the main beds were very comfortable. However one would bear in mind that the smaller beds are made pretty much for children. Living room area is very spacious and great for family gathering. The game room kept the children occupied when not in the pool. Very centrally located with Walmart just up the road a ways and Highway 19 which is lined with shops and eating places! Only a few miles from Tarpon Springs where we took in only a few blocks of the souvenir and novelty shops, not to mention more dining places and boating tours!!! Although everything was pretty much written out somewhere so that we needed not bother the host, when we did contact them, they were quick to respond! Thank You Chris and Sarah for opening your home to folks from Missouri so we could enjoy our family and take in some beach time!! Hope to come again soon!! Betty, Rachel, and Raegan

The property was very well equipped! Had an issue with the kids locking the bedroom closet door, but the owners were soo quick and prompt on getting the issue resolved! The house is beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Good location, good communication, needs an update and deep clean.

We really want to leave a great review but wanted make you aware of a few things, the house and pool were as listed except for the cleanliness. The showers had hair in the drains and there was random clothing in the closets and the dishes were all so dirty we had to wash everything before we used it, the dishwasher was also extremely dirty and had food remaining in it, the kids room is a closed in porch and the beds are just OK in there. Foosball table was barely working and for some reason the ping pong table was in the garage and half broken, also a lot of the towels had stains and a lot of the lights were burnt out. The pool was great and clean. The owners were flexible and they did reach out during the stay, it just didn't seem like something that could be fixed while we were there. When I contacted them after they were responsive and said they would look into fixing the issues, if they were fixed I would stay again. The beach stuff in the garage was great, super handy, but it needs to be gone through as well as some of it is broken and you have to dig through a bunch of broken stuff to find the good stuff. The bikes are good but also need service as the kids bikes brakes didn't work. Location is fantastic.

Location

This house is nice, has a lot of space to move around which we enjoyed. We did have some issues with the tvs. There is a Roku on one of them, but it wouldn’t connect to the internet. We loved riding the bikes that were left available to us! Location worked out perfect for us! Nice clean neighborhood! The pool was fun for our kids! We truly enjoyed ourselves in this location!
