This home is perfectly situated just 7 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in the country & short drives from several amazing cities. The home itself provides ample entertainment. Other things to note
Parking in driveway for 5 vehicles and can park an additional 2 cars in the street.

Check in is at 4PM and check out is 10AM.

There is a pool heating fee of $35/day or $100/stay. Whichever is less.

There is a ring doorbell camera for security purposes.

Please observe community quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

No smoking inside the home, parties, or pets allowed.
