Benvenuti a Indian Sunset Beach! I soffitti di dieci piedi e 1290 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale danno a questa unità una sensazione aperta e ariosa. La planimetria è aperta. Le camere da letto sono divise dando privacy per tutti.

Splendide albe possono essere viste sul corso d'acqua intracoastal. Prendi l'ascensore e in pochi passi arrivi alla piscina riscaldata sulla spiaggia e alla spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Una volta che il sole è tramontato, goditi le luci scintillanti delle barche che passano sull'intracoastal dal tuo balcone privato. Questo complesso condominiale ha solo 11 unità per quella sensazione di vacanza privata.

Questa unità può ospitare 6 persone con una master suite che si distingue dal resto del condominio. Il master dispone di un letto king size, due chaise longue / letto, ampio armadio e bagno padronale privato aggiornato con cabina doccia.

La seconda camera ha una doppia xl sul letto a castello perpendicolare re. Il secondo bagno accanto a questa camera da letto è molto comodo.

La spaziosa cucina si apre sulla zona pranzo e soggiorno e comprende tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti, se lo si desidera. Nella lavatrice / asciugatrice a carico frontale, la biancheria diventa un gioco da ragazzi.

Il complesso comprende un ascensore e ci sono due posti auto assegnati per questa unità.

Girls trip

Vacation for relaxation with my daughter and her friend . We loved the location and the condo was well stocked. Because of all the extras in the condo it truly made our time at the beach so enjoyable . Highly recommended property in walking distance to restaurants and ice cream shop !! Will return again in the future.

Great stay at Indian Rocks Beach

We had a wonderful visit to Indian Rocks Beach and were pleasantly surprised with the condo, “Path to Relaxation.” We had been notified in advance of our visit by the owner that there would be some challenges, including construction noises due to repair on the building after the hurricane and the pool being under repair. We appreciated Monica reaching out to us and letting us know and also giving us a discount. Despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our time here so much. She checked on us and made sure that everything was going well. We had a wonderful beach stay and enjoyed exploring the area and trying new restaurants that Monica recommended.

Amazing!

This was our 20 year anniversary trip. We wanted to stay where we could walk to restaurants but not be in the hustle and bustle of the peak season. This place was perfect! Steps to the beach. Local restaurants very close by. The property itself was wonderful! Exceptionally clean! Monica was an added bonus! She checked on us after we got settled in to make sure everything was in good order. She made delicious recommendations for restaurants and response time was very quick. Her kindness and availability exceeded expectations. Thank you for a wonderful week and trip! We WILL be back.

Family Time

This was a family vacation. We rented 3 condos in the building. There was great beach and pool accessible. Restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.

Practically Perfect in every way!

The time leading up to our trip Monica was very responsive and answered all my questions. We had never visited this particular area and I had so my questions to make sure it was a good fit. The area surpassed my high expectations! Quick1 block walk and you are in the main downtown drag with access to restaurants, cvs, stores and more. The small town has everything you need. We loved Villa Gallace and ate there three times, it was literally outside our door! The bakery was so good and a perfect walk each morning. We loved walking on the harbor side in the morning to catch the sunrise from the docks and watching the boats from our patio. The pool was brand new and perfect to swim and cool off! Private beach was amazing! The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4, we kept saying we could live here 24/7! We will be back, loved everything, it felt like home and Monica provided more than enough household items to just move right in for a perfect week of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ocean in IRB!

IRB perfect location!

Great location overlooking the inter-coastal, enjoyed seeing the dolphins every morning at breakfast and the condo complex is literally on the beach. The condo was equipped with a wagon and beach chairs making that short walk to the beach even easier. Location is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Perfect spot for our family with two young kids. Our only concern was cleanliness of one of the rooms that Monica would be addressing with the cleaners and personal opinion that the master bed and bedspreads could be replaced. Monica checked in upon arrival and was responsive during our stay. Neighbors mainly fellow vrbo families were very friendly!

Couldn’t be better!

We came to IRB for a wedding, were familiar with the area. This condo and location are perfect! Walking distance to restaurants and light groceries. Patio overlooks the inter-coastal. We loved sitting there and watching the boats, people, dolphins! Monica couldn’t have been sweeter. Kept us informed on the elevator repair while we were there but no issues. I would come back to this condo again and again! Everything you need. Wonderful time with my family! Thank you! 🐬☀️

Great time in Indian Rocks Beach

My daughters and I stayed a week and we had the best time. The condo is located in a great location and the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. Monica was great to work with.

Spacious Condo ...Home Away From Home

The condo is so spacious. The bedrooms are on two opposite ends. It is on the second floor so no one below you. Could not hear tenants above us at all. TVs have Spectrum cable and are smart TVs. All the beach stuff you could want. The wagon was a lifesaver! Left our boogie boards for the next guests to enjoy! IRB is our absolute favorite beach and we will stay in the condo again next summer! Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay!

Great Condo for family!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the condo was very close to beach, restaurants, and also shopping! The host was very easy to get ahold of! We didn't have any issues while we stayed! Condo is big enough to give everyone their space while staying together and we loved that as a family of 4!! Would definitely stay here again :)

Amazing vacation rental on IRB!!!

Condo is one of the best we have ever stayed in for a vacation!!! Everything we needed for the week and more! They thought of every small detail to make vacation enjoyable including beach chairs, toys, etc. Condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable! Enjoyed watching the boats in the intercostal every day! Thanks again for a fabulous week!!!

Property is on main drag easy to get to and a few steps from the beach. Nice location. Pool is small but worked nice for us.

Great Condo Steps from the Beach

The Condo was very large and clean and had all the comforts of home. We all had great beds to sleep in and the location was awesome, just steps away from the beach. Great view of the intercoastal waterway was enjoyed every morning with a cup of coffee. Hope to stay again in the future.

Absolutely Amazing!

The listing didn't do it justice. Huge 2 bedroom condo. Immaculate condition. Great location. We ended up with 6 people in our group and we were never crowded! We were able to watch the boats pass by from the balcony. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. I've stayed in a lot of different hotels and condos for vacations, this was by far the biggest and best!

Best place ever!

My family booked this condo in November for a getaway. I can honestly say this was the best place I've ever stayed at! It truly was home away from home! Clean, spacious, everything you could ever need was there. There are plenty of beach accessories, chairs, toys, towels, wagon, umbrella, and other items. The bedrooms are big and beautiful with plenty of beds to sleep. Bathrooms have plenty of room as well, showers work great. Kitchen was fully equipped including full sized kitchen table and anything you need to cook. Washer/dryer, linen for days, extra pillows/ blankets, balcony has table and chairs to enjoy the view. The beach is right outside the door. Pool with chairs. I can't say enough good things about staying here! The owners are extremely nice and very easy to work with! I will book here again without a doubt! Thank you again for letting us stay!
