The house is even prettier in person and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The screened in back porch & fenced in backyard were perfect for our small dog. The home is very well kept and there was zero pet odor. If we are ever back in this area we will definitely book again!!

We loved everything about the Pelican house. Our hosts were very quick to answer questions, the house was soo clean, comfortable and quiet. My 2 little dogs enjoyed playing in the big beautiful back yard. Will definitely be coming back again to make more memories.

The host’s customer service was excellent, beautiful home and yard, and has all the essentials to be comfortable in Largo! Decor is beautiful and tastefully done and large smart TVs are amazing. Highly recommend!!

Every single thing about our stay was fantastic! We loved the convenient location to the beach, shopping, parks, St Petersburg dog training and dog sport activities. My wife and I had an amazing 2 week stay at the pelican house with our two fur-girls. The house was ready for our arrival with ease checking in. Every detail in the house was well thought out with ample kitchen/household supplies available. The welcome gift and pup accessories sure made our fur-girls feel just as welcomed as we did. Will definitely return when we are in the area. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Beautiful home!

This was last minute booking, but it was the perfect home to stay for a special occasion. We booked for my sons World Series and this home was perfect from the minute we got there it definitely felt like home! It was spotless clean and smelled very good, the house has everything you need. It is about 10min from the beach which is very close. I was definitely afraid I wouldn’t be able to find a house close to the baseball parks and thankfully the owner was quick to respond and the booking was so quick. They were also very quick to respond any questions I had. Thank you all so much for making our stay wonderful! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Great location

Close to just about anything you want. Quiet neighborhood, big backyard and clean/modern interior. There was one small issue with front door. Part of the draft stopper was broken off and you could see a gap. For me it's the thought of insects or other small creatures coming in. Not a fan, however wouldn't stop me from staying again.

Lovely home and property!

We were at Pelican House for two nights but thoroughly enjoyed the home and property. We especially appreciated gaining early entry as we had to vacate our other rental at 11 and Drew was able to give us a 11 am check in which was really convenient for us and our dog. Had a fantastic doggie basket waiting for Ruby with treats, a ball, dishes, blankets, dish mat and poopie bags, such a thoughtful addition! The king bed was super comfortable and the home has everything you’d need for a short or a long stay. Lovely landscaped back yard and screened in porch with a bbq. Our golden retriever loved the back yard! Thank you for a wonderful couple of days, we will be sure to return!

Wonderful Accommodations

Property was cute 2bdrm house. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean with wonderful accommodations. Comfortable bed, great family/TV room. It had a nice quiet backyard/grill area that would be good for a family but we did not use as we had other plsns. The home was well stocked & everything easy to use. The host was very gracious & responsive. Area is close to frwys, grocery, food, shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Thak you Drew for a great stay. ☺️

The place was great! Exactly as described and how it looked in pictures. Great location to Clearwater and Indian Rocks Beach. Very safe and quiet neighborhood! This is the place to stay if you’re in the area!

Perfect for cycling enthusiasts!

We really like the Pelican House for its proximity to the Pinellas Trail (including the beaches and other attractions)! It is a neat and tidy home and perfect for a couple who might enjoy some of the best cycling trails anywhere! Drew is a very responsive host and we have enjoyed 2-month visits in this home in 2023 and 2024. Next year we need another bedroom for visitors, or we would be back here again. We love this place!

Amazing!!!

This was my first official time using VRBO and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. Drew and his team were AMAZING!! The level of customer service was top notch. The home looked at exactly like the pictures online. My family and I were able to enjoy our vacation in comfort. Whenever I had a question or issue, Drew responded immediately. He attended to our every need. I highly recommend this property. Drew has set a high standard for care and accomodations. This is my only choice from now on when I am visiting family in Tampa. 💯💯💯😊😊
