La nostra unità standard è un paradiso per gli osservatori di persone. Una vista sulla piscina e tutta la sua attività. Questa camera dispone di un letto queen size, 365 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale, bagno privato completamente fornito con asciugamani e articoli da toeletta, angolo cottura, TV a schermo piatto. La zona giorno separata ha un divano letto a una piazza e una zona pranzo. Balcone esterno in comune con posti a sedere per due. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone. Il personale in loco fornisce il servizio di pulizia giornaliero in modo da potervi sedere e rilassarvi!

Great location, felt like home

We really loved our stay. The beds were comfy, the pool was so close as well as the front office. The pool area was very nice and we spent a lot of time there. It felt like we were staying at someone’s home, had a very cozy feel instead of a giant resort. The beach is so close, Parlour donuts, and mini golf to name a few of our favorite places. We had a great experience and loved the area!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and close to the beach and activities. We requested that our room be cleaned everyday but it wasn't on the second day. We asked the person at the front desk to remind housekeeping to clean everday and they cleaned wvwr day after that.

I loved the ground floor and the easy beach access. We enjoyed the efficient space and the feel of a classy stay with excellent short walk to the gulf! Wonderful! Would have stayed longer if we had the time!

Pleasant Stay

Overall we had a nice stay at this property. The room was a little small for a family of 4- but got the job done. It was amazing that the pool was heated. Checking in though was less than ideal. When we arrived there was a sign on the lobby door that they were on a dinner break and would be back by 8:30. We had a long day of travel and arrived at 7:45 with tired and hungry kids (5 and 2) and had to sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes. If this is something that is routine, it should be mentioned in the email you get when booking the room. It just mentioned the times the lobby is open, and said nothing about how there would be times during the day it wouldn't be staffed for lunch breaks. It would have been nice to know if someone wasn't going to be around for an hour so we could plan accordingly.

Hospitality & Location!

It was great staying at Pelican Point. Nicole n Heidi were beyond fantastic! Ice cream shop two buildings to the left. Salty‘s just to the right. Holy crêpes right across the street to the left. Jolly trolley pick up right in front of Saltys. We went to celebrate my 60th birthday. My best friend and I. It rained every day. We did not put our swimming suits on once. But we put our water socks on and ponchos on and went to the beach and found some shells. You got to do what you Gotta do to have a good time and we did. And Nicole and Heidi were a part of making our time great. We did the Calypso queen dinner cruise and the Haunted jolly trolley. We were only there for almost 4 days. Our room at pelican point had a small wooden pelican named pokey. There was a note that pokey like to travel and for us to take him wherever we wanted and take pictures with him. We are all about having fun so we loved taking pokey with us. Thank you for a great stay!

Such a fun time!

We normally stay on the north end of the beach but booked this room last minute and it was great! Short walk to mini golf, stores and the beach. There’s lots of restaurants close by to choose from. Our room was right at the pool so that was perfect for our 6 year old that wanted to swim the whole time.

Beach Proximity is great

Property is right across the street from Clearwater Beach, you can get there in under 5 minutes. Pool is Heated which is great. Staff is accommodating. They have beach toys and pool toys to use which is great. Our unit even had beach chairs. Close to lots of restaurants & bars. Great location.

Good Clearwater Beach Experience

Summary: +Location (proximity to restaurants/beach) +Price/Value +Parking Included +Room Amenities (Fridge/Microwave) -Pool Cleanliness -Lots of Smokers -Property felt dated -Wifi is SLOW Overall, we had a good experience staying at this property and would likely do it again. The location is great, easy walking distance to many restaurants, literally right across the street from the beach. Also other properties charge $30+/day to park, so 6 days of not paying for parking was great. The pool needed to be cleaned. The filter in the bottom of the deep end was completely covered in paper and other misc. things (including hair). There was someone that came by to skim the top of the pool but the water did not feel as clean as it should have been. The room was spacious. The decor (and the property, in general) was dated but nothing too bad. The futon bed was surprisingly comfortable, as was the queen been. There was a sign on a little pole inside the room saying to please make sure you return the beach chairs when you're done, but there were no chairs to be found. The owner said they do not provide chairs. Perhaps they should remove the little area that says "beach chairs" inside the unit then.... For the money, I felt this property represented a very good value and I would stay here again. There are nicer, fancier properties out there, but this one checks enough of the boxes for us that I would do it again. During the night of our last evening there the bath tub from the unit above ours started to leak into our unit. We contacted maintenance and they came in immediately and addressed it. They were courteous and professional, just like the owner and the people at the front desk. Overall, we felt this was a positive experience and we would stay here again. It's not the most luxurious place on Clearwater Beach but you're close to everything, can comfortably sleep 4 people, have a big pool right outside your door, and are literally steps from the beach. And, of course, parking is included. For budget-minded travelers that want to be right in the thick of things without paying an arm and a leg, I would give this property a good hard look.

Clean, beautifully decorated condo/efficiency. Easy to check-in. Pool was great. Perfectly located, close to the beach as well as bars and restaurants. Would love to stay at Pelican Pointe again my next time in Clearwater Beach.
