What better way to relax and decompress than staying in this freshly renovated home with soothing colors and a coastal feel. Right in the heart of Clearwater this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home has been recently remodeled with gorgeous interior and brand-new furnishings throughout. The full bathroom has a luxury spa like feel with high end fixtures. Sleep soundly on the luxurious king-sized bed in the master bedroom. The completely fenced private back yard with dog run is perfect for your fur baby. The work at home office comes equipped with a 32 QLED monitor and dedicated fax line. Every creature comfort and amenity you would find in your own home is provided, including a well-appointed kitchen.

Fenced backyard, garage, gas grill, new front load washer and dryer, 65" Smart TV, furnished with linens, cookware, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Safe and desirable location in Clearwater especially for commuting to Tampa or St. Petersburg. All within a very short distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, coffee shop, retail, banks, post office, salons, and LA Fitness Center. Beautiful Clearwater beach is just a 15-minute drive away, Countryside mall only 10 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is only 25 minutes. Also, an easy 7 minute drive to Largo Medical, and Morton Plant is only 10 minutes away. This spacious one-story home meets very high standards of comfort, quality, and style. You will not be disappointed.

As we appreciate your understanding that the property may not always be available due to county ordinances, it's important for us to stay exempt from the county Certificate of Use Program. As Premier Hosts our number one mission is to provide a 5 star experience, avoid excessive fees passed along to guests and most importantly to do our part by helping to keep neighborhoods safe, peaceful and enjoyable for both residents and visitors. Great stay!

This property could not have been any better. It was exactly as advertised and had many extra little perks (Keurig, smart TV, etc). It was clean, in a great neighborhood and we were extremely comfortable during our stay. The property manager checked in to make sure we had everything we needed also. I highly recommend!

Fantastic trip!

Staying at Seans place is a good time. It has a great Florida feel and was decorated on the classy side. We found the furniture quite comfortable too. The location is close to everything we wanted to do in the area and a super easy ride to the beaches. Sean made some recommendations for restaurants that were spot on, but for our last night, the grill made for a great stay at home surf and turf dinner. My husband especially loved the shower as it has amazing water flow and pressure. Our only regret is leaving our dog Duke behind on this short trip. Had we known how nice of a set up this home is and fully fenced for dogs, he would have enjoyed it too. We hope to stay again next year.

Awesome home away from home !

Had emergency issue at my home causing sudden and unexpected repairs. Sean’s place was my refuge for. Few days while repairs made. What a perfect spot! Quality comfortable furniture and beds, spotless clean bathroom and kitchen. All the amenities needed to allow for a relaxing stay! Really appreciated Sean’s flexibility with minimal length of stay given my situation. 5 star recommendation for sure !!

Pet friendly

This was perfect to bring our dog along. Very pet friendly, a kennel was provided and fenced in yard. Sean was great and very helpful with suggestions for eating places, golf courses and beach. He immediately responded to our requests. Would definitely stay here again

Nice home in Clearwater

Sean was a pleasure to work with and was always available to help us with any questions we had. The home was nicely decorated and had plenty of room for my family of 5. The neighborhood was safe and close to the beach. The home was very clean when we arrived and everything was in working order. 5-stars for this home.

A great home location to experience Clearwater

Perfect home for me and my family when we went to Clearwater. The neighborhood is nice with neighbors that wave when they see you. There is a double fenced-in yard with a dog run for our dog. An office to get away from the noise of the family for work. Two well-appointed bedrooms and a recently updated bathroom. The living room and kitchen were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed to feel like we were still at home. Publix is a 3 block walk away along with Steak houses, sushi, and our favorite, Fat Cat Tavern. It took us 15 minutes to get to Clearwater Beach and 25 minutes to get to Downtown Saint Pete. The home is very centrally located in Pinellas County. This is a great spot to make camp if you are visiting Clearwater. We will definitely be back next year.
