We had the best time! It was very clean and lots of space for our families. We spent SO much time outside eating, playing in the pool, and fishing on the dock. Bonus:We saw dolphins come through several times. It was an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Elaine is a great communicator and check in/check out easy. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back.

Indian Rocks Beach is a great place to visit. We stayed 35 days and enjoyed the area very much. The house was walking distance to the beach. It had a great dock and pool. The neighborhood was very nice and there was a nearby park.Elaine was a great host and very responsive. She allowed us to bring our dogs. The backyard is fenced in and perfect to let them out.Finally the house was comfortable and had beach chairs and fishing equipment. We used both and it was great. Thank you again Elaine.

Elaine is the best hostess! We were in contact throughout booking and the entry was effortless. The house is spacious in a great location to beach shopping etc. The outside property is great for lounging with a large pool and dock. We had a successful time fishing from dock! There is a large bird sanctuary nearby so we saw all kinds of birds including green parrots!. The house is well stocked with cookware and linens! We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and our first time to IRB. The beach is simply gorgeous! We will definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here! It was really nice being able to step outiside and get in the pool. The host is very nice and answers all questions promptly!! There is a full kitchen and we used some of it but i had no intentions of cooking while i was there. There are so many good local places that i knew i wouldn't be cooking.

Nice location, listing could use an update

This is the first place I ever rented where you have to meet the host in person when you get there. While the location was very nice, the listing was not quite accurate and up to date. Not sure why the listing says their is a waterpark at the property, there is not. Also, the spa is being removed I guess so that should come out of the listing. The patio fans had no fan blades so could not be used. The listing mentions childrens games and books, there were none. The jetted tub did not turn on. We did enjoy the park that was in walking distance and the pool was fun. They did have beach chairs and sand toys but we did not see a beach umbrella anywhere. The house could use some gutters because when it rains, the porch is unusable, the lounge chairs got soaked and never dryed up and the grit from the shingle roof was all over the patio so we had to walk all through it to go outside. Overall we enjoyed our vacation.

Perfect Weekend

We had a perfect, relaxing weekend at this property. House was very comfortable and well equipped. Loved the quiet and peaceful neighborhood setting. Enjoyed catching fish from the dock. Spent lots of time swimming and floating in the pool. Elaine was available at a moment’s notice and extremely helpful. Already planning our next trip to this property.

Relaxing!

We loved this cozy home with plenty of space and everything you need to enjoy the beach and the outside swimming pool area. It was a very special place to celebrate our friend’s 56th birthday. We were pleasantly surprised by just how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was.

Perfect weekend at the beach!

Great location with a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a blast hanging out at the house and swimming in the pool. Not to mention the gorgeous views of the canal! The house was very clean and spacious enough for our two families with small kids. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location!

This house is perfectly situated for our family’s needs! Walk to beach, nature preserve, playground, restaurants and even a yoga studio! Plenty of room to relax with a nice open floor plan and lovely outdoor space. The owner was very attentive and thoughtful. A gem of a spot!

Fantastic Thanksgiving Holiday Stay

We absolutely loved the property. The backyard has a million dollar view and the house is just a block away from the beach. The house is spacious and inviting. We hosted our families for Thanksgiving and the house had ample space where nobody felt cramped. Check-in was very easy and the Elaine was easy to communicate with and very flexible. Will definitely return!

Lovely IRB home

Loved our stay in this home! Two living rooms and 2 dining rooms meant we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. A 5-10 minute walk to the (beautiful) beach but we spent more time than we thought we would just hanging out at the pool and on the dock. Walking distance to some small restaurants and ice cream places. Elaine was a great communicator before and during our stay. Also loved my early morning runs around the neighborhood. A great fenced and shaded children’s park is less than a block away.

Home away from home

Honestly didn’t know what to expect. I’ve never planned anything so far away from home. I couldn’t be more pleased or at home in this home. My oldest who’s in college said this place is cozy and you know it has a history. My husband and I started our morning coffee on the dock and ended our evening’s with a few drinks on the same dock. Loved having our own pool and a full kitchen. When not at the ocean or anywhere else, honestly just relaxing in the pool was a bonus for a much needed relaxing week. No plans was a must for our middle daughter. We absolutely loved this area, not as busy as other areas. We drove to Clearwater and we’re so happy we chose this area. Great places to eat and if you go to the beach off of 12th Ave public beach entrance the IRB rental chairs and umbrella for the day is wonderful. I love great people and surroundings. You will not be disappointed!!! We will be going back!! Thanks for everything Elaine!! You and you’re Vrbo are a gem!!! Thank you again!

Beach weekend getaway

My husband, my daughter and her husband along with my son and his girlfriend had a really nice stay at Elaine's for a long weekend getaway. The house was very clean, comfortable for all and the pool was also nice and clean. It's so close to the beach; an easy 10 minute walk. The location of the house is close to many nice seafood restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and we had no safety concerns. We also enjoyed a kayak excursion while there as well as a drive to Dunnedin which has many restaurants and breweries. Elaine was a great host and I highly recommend her house for individuals of any age.

Amazing trip

Our family had the best time at this location. 2 blocks from the beach, dock in the back yard, beautiful pool. House has lots of room with an open layout, loved it. My son had the best time fishing off the dock . We also saw a manatee. Elaine was amazing answered ever question we had with quick response. We will definitely stay again. We definitely recommend this home.

Perfect house, perfect location

We were in the area visiting family and found this amazing home. The location was perfect and the backyard was so relaxing. The kids caught some catfish and enjoyed the fishing and the sunsets. The house was large enough to fit 3 teens and two adults. My son's friend left his school laptop there after check out. The owner, Elaine was so very responsive in coordinating the effort to meet us and get the laptop back on the way back to the airport. I really appreciated how responsive Elaine was before check in, during our stay and after check out. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. Thank you again for everything! We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful family getaway

Our family had a great time at this property for a quick two night stay. From the excellent location a short walk from the beach, to the waterfront views from the dock, to the pool, to the well stocked and family friendly interior- this house has everything we were looking for. Elaine the owner was very responsive and welcoming and check in/out was easy and efficient. We highly recommend!
