  • This single family, 2100 square foot, home is located on the wide intra-coastal waterway on the beautiful island of Indian Rocks Beach with a private dock. The home has a pool, fenced in yard and outstanding views. You can relax and play in the pool, go boating, fishing, stroll to the wide sandy beach, only 2 blocks away, or enjoy the abundance of attractions available just a short hop away. The large living room has six sliding glass doors, which open out onto the pool deck with incredible views of the waterway. The master bedroom has two sliding glass doors that open up to the pool and
    waterway. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with everything you will need, and a view of the pool and water when in the kitchen, there is a washer and dryer in the garage.
    Check in is 4 pm and check out is 9 am.
    For monthly rates, please send an inquiry for available discounts.
    There is a fee of $35 per day to have the pool heated.
    Cleaning fee $250.00
    $50.00 Pet Fee per pet. Minimum of 2 pets, cats need to be declawed. May approve additional pet depending on the pet, type.
    All rent is due at the time of booking

We had the best time! It was very clean and lots of space for our families. We spent SO much time outside eating, playing in the pool, and fishing on the dock. Bonus:We saw dolphins come through several times. It was an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Elaine is a great communicator and check in/check out easy. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back.

Indian Rocks Beach is a great place to visit. We stayed 35 days and enjoyed the area very much. The house was walking distance to the beach. It had a great dock and pool. The neighborhood was very nice and there was a nearby park.Elaine was a great host and very responsive. She allowed us to bring our dogs. The backyard is fenced in and perfect to let them out.Finally the house was comfortable and had beach chairs and fishing equipment. We used both and it was great. Thank you again Elaine.

Elaine is the best hostess! We were in contact throughout booking and the entry was effortless. The house is spacious in a great location to beach shopping etc. The outside property is great for lounging with a large pool and dock. We had a successful time fishing from dock! There is a large bird sanctuary nearby so we saw all kinds of birds including green parrots!. The house is well stocked with cookware and linens! We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and our first time to IRB. The beach is simply gorgeous! We will definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here! It was really nice being able to step outiside and get in the pool. The host is very nice and answers all questions promptly!! There is a full kitchen and we used some of it but i had no intentions of cooking while i was there. There are so many good local places that i knew i wouldn't be cooking.

We loved this cozy home with plenty of space and everything you need to enjoy the beach and the outside swimming pool area. It was a very special place to celebrate our friend’s 56th birthday. We were pleasantly surprised by just how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was.

Perfect Weekend

We had a perfect, relaxing weekend at this property. House was very comfortable and well equipped. Loved the quiet and peaceful neighborhood setting. Enjoyed catching fish from the dock. Spent lots of time swimming and floating in the pool. Elaine was available at a moment’s notice and extremely helpful. Already planning our next trip to this property.

Wonderful family getaway

Our family had a great time at this property for a quick two night stay. From the excellent location a short walk from the beach, to the waterfront views from the dock, to the pool, to the well stocked and family friendly interior- this house has everything we were looking for. Perfect weekend at the beach!

Great location with a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a blast hanging out at the house and swimming in the pool. Not to mention the gorgeous views of the canal! The house was very clean and spacious enough for our two families with small kids. Highly recommend!

This house is perfectly situated for our family’s needs! Walk to beach, nature preserve, playground, restaurants and even a yoga studio! Plenty of room to relax with a nice open floor plan and lovely outdoor space. The owner was very attentive and thoughtful. A gem of a spot!

The property sits on the bay. The pool and outdoor space is great. We enjoyed the house as well. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with great views. Elaine was an amazing property owner who helped us out. We will be back.

Amazing trip

Our family had the best time at this location. 2 blocks from the beach, dock in the back yard, beautiful pool. House has lots of room with an open layout, loved it. My son had the best time fishing off the dock . We also saw a manatee. Elaine was amazing answered ever question we had with quick response. We will definitely stay again. We definitely recommend this home.

Fantastic Thanksgiving Holiday Stay

We absolutely loved the property. The backyard has a million dollar view and the house is just a block away from the beach. The house is spacious and inviting. We hosted our families for Thanksgiving and the house had ample space where nobody felt cramped. Check-in was very easy and the Elaine was easy to communicate with and very flexible. Will definitely return!

Indian rocks beach place

This house was awesome! Great location near the beach and tons of restaurants. We had a great time fishing off the dock and just hanging in the back yard. We brought a boat with us and it was super convenient to park the trailer and put the boat in the water. Elaine was a great host and the house itself has everything you need! Fishing poles, pool floats, plenty of towels, anything you would need in a kitchen. Will definitely be staying here again!

Highly recommend

Communication with this homeowner who is so easy and fast. The home is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located. The pool was beautiful even after a hurricane the only thing that I didn’t realize but the homeowner did state the hot tub is not hot but it does work would highly recommend this property due to the communication being so easy with the owner.

Beach weekend getaway

My husband, my daughter and her husband along with my son and his girlfriend had a really nice stay at Elaine's for a long weekend getaway. The house was very clean, comfortable for all and the pool was also nice and clean. It's so close to the beach; an easy 10 minute walk. The location of the house is close to many nice seafood restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and we had no safety concerns. We also enjoyed a kayak excursion while there as well as a drive to Dunnedin which has many restaurants and breweries. Elaine was a great host and I highly recommend her house for individuals of any age.

Every part of this experience was perfect. Shortly after I booked the house, Elaine was in communication with me. A week prior to our check in, she reached out again. And we stayed in touch the day of check in. Elaine was responsive as I had questions throughout the stay. She truly seemed to want to make our stay comfortable - and it was. James met us at check in and had the house open. We felt SO welcome as he gave us a house and property tour. Everything was up clean and set up for an enjoyable weekend. This house was beyond what we had imagined. There was no shortage of places to relax - both inside and on the porch or deck overlooking the water out back. How wonderful to have my family tell me, "you did good in finding this place". The little touches were just icing on the cake. Towels in a basket by the back door for the pool or beach, beach chairs and floats in the garage, a wagon to haul your items to the beach (just a few blocks away), bikes to ride the beautiful neighborhood and my personal favorite: fishing poles, tackle and bait (in the freezer) to fish off the deck. I forgot to mention the wonderful park/nature preserve just around the corner from the house. It had a wonderful playground and a boardwalk through the marshes.One last item that was greatly appreciated after enjoying our weekend, there was not a huge "to do" list to complete prior to check out. This will be our first choice if we return to the area. 5 stars is not enough!

Lovely IRB home

Loved our stay in this home! Two living rooms and 2 dining rooms meant we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. A 5-10 minute walk to the (beautiful) beach but we spent more time than we thought we would just hanging out at the pool and on the dock. Walking distance to some small restaurants and ice cream places. Elaine was a great communicator before and during our stay. Also loved my early morning runs around the neighborhood. A great fenced and shaded children’s park is less than a block away.
