Your reservation brings together Oasis, Grove and Palms: three separate residences with six bedrooms, four full bathrooms and three kitchens, accommodating up to 17 guests.

With spacious gathering areas, a tropical courtyard and a Gulf-view deck, Haven Beach is especially well suited to multigenerational vacations, several families traveling together or friends who want time together and space of their own.

Oasis is the spacious garden-level heart of the historic 1921 beach cottage. Its expansive living room opens directly onto a large outdoor seating area overlooking the tropical garden and pool.

The well-appointed chef’s kitchen offers generous workspace, full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and everyday cooking essentials—ideal for beach-day breakfasts and full family dinners.

PALMS — UPSTAIRS GULF-VIEW ESCAPE

Bright and breezy, Palms features wraparound windows and an exclusive 24-by-10-foot Gulf-view deck for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. This upstairs residence is reached by an exterior staircase.

GROVE — SHADED GARDEN RETREAT

Grove is a ground-level garden apartment offering a quieter place to unwind within the property.

TOGETHER, WITH ROOM OF YOUR OWN

Gather for meals and conversation at Oasis, relax on the Palms deck or enjoy the tropical courtyard. Separate entrances, three kitchens and individual living spaces give your group flexibility throughout the stay.

Your reservation includes private use of Oasis, Grove and Palms and their designated outdoor seating areas.

Enjoy access to the courtyard pool, hot tub, chickee hut, gardens and laundry facilities. These common Inn amenities may also be used by occupants of Dunes, the separate cottage.

BEACH DAYS MADE EASY

The Gulf beach is reached by a nearby public beach-access path without crossing Gulf Boulevard. Complimentary beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and coolers are provided.

Local restaurants, cafés and live music are within walking distance. Clearwater Beach, John’s Pass and neighboring Gulf communities are easily explored by car or beach trolley.

PLEASE NOTE

The maximum occupancy is 17 guests across the three residences: Oasis accommodates up to eight, Palms up to six and Grove up to three.

Oasis and Grove are on the ground level. Palms is upstairs and requires stairs.

Dunes is a separate cottage and is not included in this reservation. The pool, hot tub, chickee hut, gardens and laundry facilities are common Inn amenities and may also be used by Dunes occupants.

Haven Beach is steps from beach access but is not directly beachfront.

Welcome to Indian Rocks Beach Cottage Inn. We’re delighted to host you and hope you enjoy the relaxed coastal atmosphere, tropical gardens, and peaceful surroundings of our historic beach property.
Please review the following house rules to help ensure a wonderful stay for all guests and neighbors.

General House Rules

Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay overnight on the property unless approved in advance.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighboring residents and other guests, especially in outdoor areas including the pool, hot tub, decks, patios, and garden spaces.

No Parties or Events
Parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized events are not permitted without prior written approval. The property is designed for relaxed coastal enjoyment, not loud late-night activity.

Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any unit. Outdoor smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

Pool & Hot Tub
Guests use the pool and hot tub at their own risk. Children must always be supervised by an adult.

Please:
no glass in pool areas
rinse off sand before entering
observe quiet hours around the pool and hot tub

Beach Equipment
Beach chairs, towels, and coolers are provided for guest enjoyment.

Respect for the Property
This is a lovingly restored historic coastal property. Please help us preserve it by treating the cottages, furnishings, landscaping, and shared spaces with care. Do not move indoor furniture outdoors.

Parking
Please park only in designated parking spaces and avoid blocking neighboring driveways or shared access areas.

Pets
Approved pets must be disclosed in advance and supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and any damage caused.

Tropical Environment
Florida’s subtropical climate naturally includes insects, geckos, birds, and other wildlife. Keeping doors closed when not in use helps minimize insects indoors.

Stairs & Accessibility
Please note: Some property areas are located on the second floor and accessed by stairs. Outdoor walkways and surfaces may become slippery when wet. Guests should use appropriate caution throughout the property.

Late check-out requests must be approved in advance.

Damage & Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any excessive damage, missing items, or extraordinary cleaning needs beyond normal wear and use.

Illegal Activity
Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
