Welcome to Villa at Bahia Shores, a stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom single-family pool home nestled along the Intracoastal waterway.

This beautifully updated property features new furnishings and stylish decor throughout. The spacious and bright living area opens to a private, fenced-in deck with a sparkling heated pool, fire pit, and ample seating—ideal for relaxation or entertaining. Enjoy the convenience of a private dock for sunbathing, lounging, and fishing, and hopefully see a dolphin or 2 passing by.

The main house boasts a master bedroom with a king bed and attached private bathroom on the main floor. You will also find one of the guest bedrooms with a fun bunk bed (twin over full) and a convenient twin-sized trundle pullout bed, ideal for families and the kiddos!
Continuing on the main floor, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and cookware, and the dining area features a table for six plus extra stool seating at the counter. An ideal space for gathering and sharing meals and memories! The laundry room on the main level adds to convenience for your stay.

Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, each with a Queen-sized bed and TV and both having an attached bathroom. The comfort flows to the upstairs in the loft area, adorned with couches and a TV for added space and entertainment for everyone in your group. There is also a sofa pullout in the loft area for added sleeping if needed.

Villa At Bahia Shores is a fully nonsmoking property. Please note, there is a 4-week minimum for all rentals.
