Approfitta di uno sconto speciale per il nostro lancio morbido 1/18 - 1/27; l'interno è perfettamente completo, ma stiamo ancora lavorando sul paesaggio anteriore e posteriore e sul lato sud del portico posteriore schermato (lavatrice / asciugatrice non ancora installato). Inoltre, l'idraulico ha dimenticato la linea dell'acqua calda per la lavastoviglie appena installata e deve uscire, e il frigorifero inossidabile è nel negozio (un frigorifero bianco perfettamente funzionante è in piedi) Questa casa fresca e pulita ha appena completato una ristrutturazione completa e è stato rilanciato come casa di vacanza dedicata al 100%. Ristrutturazione completa della cucina appena completata nel gennaio 2020, con nuovi armadi in legno, ripiani in granito, tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui lavastoviglie e forno a microonde incorporato. È completamente fornito di stoviglie, utensili, piccoli elettrodomestici - tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per cenare. Goditi il suo accogliente soggiorno con mobili in pelle e una TV a schermo piatto a parete, due camere da letto ciascuna con uno schermo piatto a parete, un cortile privato recintato con veranda protetta e patio in travertino. Situato in posizione perfetta, si trova a soli 3,5 km a ovest su Park Blvd. a Indian Shores Beach. Da Ft. Desota Beach a sud a Clearwater Beach a nord, le spiagge della Contea di Pinellas sono alcune delle spiagge più alte del paese. Il quartiere dei negozi e dei divertimenti di Seminole City Centre è raggiungibile a piedi, così come il Lake Seminole Park e il Seminole Waterfront Park.

The apartment was very cute and homey. Not the cleanest place ever, floors were tile and definitely hadn't been swept and mopped properly in a while. The shower is very tiny, couldn't even shave my legs it was so small. We did see a roach, but only 1, no biggie, it's Florida. Only real issue was the air conditioner. The host asked me to keep it on 75 and that is entirely too hot in Florida heat. We couldn't get comfortable and sleep well at night because we were so hot. But overall, for the price, definitely worth the stay!

The location was perfect. I hoped it would be a regular location since I visit the area often. The entrance was unkept, dead plants, leaves and debris welcomed me. The doorframe needed attention and paint. The furniture, walls and furnishings were dark. I was expecting more light and a beachy vibe. I did not get that 'clean fresh sheet" experience. I wondered if they were clean. The bedroom was crowded and had a musty, dirty smell. The closet was so full of owner's linens and cleaning supplies, there was no room to hang up my clothes. Closet also housed a vacuum canister 3/4 full of smelly dirt. Roaches on kitchen counter. The little ones, not palmetto bugs. Killed 3 spiders in the bathroom. The price, check in/out were easy, location great, but sadly the cleanliness was not there.

Needed a weekend spot to use as home base to say goodbye to friends and family… and this place is close to the beach, Gandy, and groceries. Neighborhood is cute. The guest room bed is a trundle and not the most comfortable but the primary was good. The porch and yard are adorable. Most of the house was clean- but it looks like a guest put a dirty pan back in the cabinet. Really good value - and friendly host. Would stay there again, for sure.

Cindy was such a gracious host. She’s bubbly and warm, made us feel right at home! Came for a weekend beach trip and this was perfect as it was only 15-20 min from the beach and there’s many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, so the location was perfect. We highly recommend staying here; great experience overall.

We booked this duplex for 10 nights. Left after 6. I hate to give bad reviews, but... get rid of the master bed frame, it's old, broken & cobbled together w/ a clamp and makes so much noise when you move you can't sleep. Mattress is old & uncomfortable & feels like you're going to fall off it. We gave up & tried the daybed, which has a plastic mattress protector on it that is old, torn & duct-taped together & also makes noise every time you move. I slept on the couch 1 night & that was slightly better. The shower is TINY, needs a different shower head that can be taken off the wall & aimed at a different area other than the curtain where you enter. Shower is smaller than a porta-potty. The wi-fi was great the first few days until the other side of the duplex was occupied, then it was spotty. Dogs barking on other side of duplex could be heard @ 11pm when tenant wasn't home. Contacted host, who said she didn't have anyone she could "wake up at that hour" to go get them. We saw roaches on the kitchen counter consecutive mornings. We packed up & left & took the loss on the last 4 nights & were happy with our decision. The houses on the street are very close together, & w/ a postage stamp front yard are close to the street. On a positive note, it was close to lots of places to eat & had a towel warmer in the bathroom. That's about the only thing I enjoyed, warm towels! If you're looking for a place just to get some sleep & take a shower, keep looking!!

Just 40 min. from TPA & 25 from PIE airport. 14 min. from beach. Quaint & fairly quiet location 1 block from busy Park Blvd. & Seminole St. Lots to do within short driving distance. If internet was better, I’d give it 5 stars. Host did her best to remedy issue. Overall this was clean, comfy & convenient.

I would definitely stay again. The bed was gorgeous but being fat and old was unable to get in big bed but slept on little bed. There was plenty to watch on TV but we are use to antenna live TV but could only get streaming. We had a hard time getting in lock box only because we did not know how to use but luckily had help. Thank you Cyndi

Dead end street that is HIDDEN well, small parking for 2 cars but we made it work. 4 of us rented this place for 2 nights.Convenience all around! From Walgreens, walmart, stores, food, didnt have to travel far and that was great! Not a place for bigger ppl. Shower is small, and a little difficult. Master bed, makes noise, light sleepers may have an issue, that and i felt like i was gonna fall off the bed, im use to a cali king, i think this is a full? Some city noises to be heard, not terrible though, and im a light sleeper. Internet a bit slow/spotty. All in all, I would go again, im more aware of how small it is and can plan accordingly.Not a party location, but my associates and I had a lot of trash for the small trash cans there. Place was upkept and pleasant. Host communicated well, but my internet was spotty so my resonse times were slow. no biggy tho, I was busy anyways.

We came to town for the weekend to visit my aunt, this place was 1 block from her home so it was a perfect location to sit and visit. We had small dogs so the backporch area with yard was perfect. We will definitely check for this place when we come again.
