Check in was on 7/6 at 4:00 cleaning people were still there. Spoke to property mgr. was told they'd be out soon. Didn't get into room until approximately 6:00. Once in the room A/C wasn't working and vent was leaking water on the floor. Call mgr. they sent a person out with a portable A/C unit to fix the problem. Room is at 78. 7/7 Called again sent a different person who unplugged a drain line from main A/C unit still didn't work. Said they needed to call a heating and cooling company to come out. They came out and finally fixed it. After multiple calls and conversations with the property manager who refused to give a refund or even a partial refund we decided to leave. As we were completely frustrated with our experience so far. 7/7 Spent hours on the phone with a VRBO representative helped navigate us to getting a refund.I asked if she had spoke to the host about this and her response was she had not. I don't think I can blame the host for our terrible experience. As far as im concerned the property manager I dealt with from iTrip should not have her job as she seems incompetent and not prepared to preform her job.Chuck
