Beach Get Away

The house is located 2 short blocks to the beach entry. Because the beach entry has no parking, we were the only ones on the beach most days which was amazing. The private pool was an added bonus. There were a few issues with the house that were addressed with Matthew and Juliana, and they were very responsive and attentive.

Perfect place to be !!

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped house with a beautiful pool area. Lots of equipment incl. beach towels, which is a big plus if you come over by plane like we did (Germany). Beach in walking distance, perfect for long walks and runs. Best rated beaches of Treasure Island, St. Pete and Clearwater are easy to reach. Communication with the owners was excellent. All in all one could not wish for better !!

Perfect oasis for families

The house is adorable with everything you need. Plenty of room to spread out, in a very quiet neighborhood with the beach just steps away. The house was extremely clean, and the host had excellent communication. I highly recommend for families for a quiet laid back beach time.

Everything was wonderful for our stay from the check-in process to the cleanliness of the home. We were also pleasantly surprised with how close the beach was— perfect walking distance! We hope to be back some day!

Great vacation

We had an amazing time here for our one year wedding anniversary. Wish we didn’t have to leave! The house and backyard pool was just what we were looking for. The beach was beautiful. We didn’t know the area was experiencing red tide till we got there. Nevertheless we loved our stay. Great memories were made. Thank you.

Another great week

We stayed at this property for the second straight summer. Property continues to be fully maintained and you can’t beat the location. The public crossing to the beach access is very close and a safe option for crossing the road to the beach with children.

Great place!

Adorable house. Great pool area. Quick access to a quiet beach. Perfectly located between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach.. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place!

Don't rent this property

Property is relatively poorly maintained and then they charge you for damage which is just cleaning and they have already charged a cleaning fee. Very un-professional behavior.

Great location for a family of 4 to stay. Owners were great to work with. Plenty of space in the house. Short walk to the beach. Pool area was perfect for lounging and swimming. Everything you need to take to the beach is already on site !

Enjoyable stay and great location

This modest house is in a perfect location, a couple of blocks from the beach. Although we visited during the coldest week in a long time and thus could not enjoy them, Matthew and Giuliana have a beach wagon loaded with chairs and other beach necessities at hand. There’s also a small pool to enjoy. The WiFi and Apple TV worked well. The house is clean and was adequate for our short stay. We had only one small issue - we were unable to locate the coffee pot - and Matt responded very quickly directing us to its location in the dining room. The only thing we missed not having was a gas grill.

The house was perfect for the five of us (two couples and a single).

We had a wonderful stay at Giuliana and Matthew’s place. The house was great and they were very quick to respond with answers to any questions. The location is within a couple miles of a Publix, and there are numerous eateries within walking distance. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown St. Pete, and 35-45 to Tampa. We were able to visit many of the breweries in the area with little trouble. The house is also two blocks from the beach access so that was also very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic House

We have just returned from a week staying at this beautiful house, super comfy, everything provided and so close to the beach, we would catch the sunset every evening. Felt very safe as the Sheriff drives round the area every day and neighbours super friendly and offers advice for us. Johns Pass just down the road had a fantastic seafood festival while we were and spent a lovely day at Clearwater only 20 minutes drive. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay

We have had a great stay at this wonderful house. We enjoyed the house itself, which has everything you need (and more), great outdoor space with a lovely pool. The location is amazing, I mean a 3 minute walk to the beach( which was also very beautiful and quiet with amazing sunsets) and walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and other shops. I especially loved the bikes. The ladies bike had a flat tire when we arrived but Gulliana an Matthew took care of this immediately! Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful house. We truly hope to come back.

Delightful home in great location

We loved having this home as our base for a six day vacation. Very close to the beach with all the comforts of home. We only wish the weather had been warmer to enjoy the pool more. We hope to be back!

Lovely Beach House

Nothing but praises for our stay. Beautiful home, we spent lots of time in the pool or on the beach. Very nice and clean, everything you need. Lots to do and see, restaurants, Johns Pass, St Pete, Tampa, we did it all. Owners are awesome and there if you need them with any questions or anything, they respond quickly through the vrbo messaging. Loved everything.

Great Place to stay & Great Location

What a great place to stay, the House was lovely, plenty of space , had all you needed for your stay. You felt welcomed as soon as you walked in. The easiest beach access without staying on the beach itself. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only one tip, as the warmer temp approach have the air conditioning turn on before check in because we had a hot day and it took several hours for the AC could cool the house, beside that one thing the stay was great.
