Il Madeira Beach Yacht Club si trova sulla baia, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa di Madeira Beach. La comunità gated include banchine da pesca (ottimo anche per rilassarsi!), una zona piscina di tipo resort, centro fitness, campi da tennis, tavolo da biliardo e una grande passerella sul lungomare con tavoli da picnic e una splendida vista sulla baia (i delfini sono una vista molto comune qui!)

Questo condominio a due piani con due camere da letto è stato completamente ristrutturato con mobili e arredamento di alta gamma. Tutto in questo condominio è stato messo insieme per confortarti e rendere il tuo soggiorno qui speciale.

Lo chiamiamo "Madeira Sunset".

- Unità fronte mare all'ultimo piano con balcone privato proiettato fuori dalla zona dell'entrata principale.

- Tutta la nuova cucina, con contatori di granito e elettrodomestici inossidabili.

- Open Dining Area con vista sull'acqua

- Ampia area soggiorno con vista aperta sull'acqua, numerosi posti a sedere e grande TV a schermo piatto. Comodo divano letto per una maggiore capacità di sonno.

- Bagno al piano inferiore.

- Camera da letto al piano superiore privata con letto king-size, TV a schermo piatto, ampia scrivania / area di lavoro e una tana separata con letto in stile Murphy di dimensioni standard.

- Seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale.

- Ampio bagno privato piastrellato con ampia cabina doccia.

- Bellissimi pavimenti in legno REAL REALMENTE!

- Lavatrice e asciugabiancheria, servizio internet WiFi ad alta velocità gratuito, TV via cavo gratuita. Ci sono scale in questo condominio per l'area della camera da letto di livello superiore.

This was the nicest condo I have stayed in at Madiera Beach. The property management were very good at communicating with me and gave all the pertinent information I needed re:accessing unit, parking information and what was needed re: tenant rules. It was clean, quiet and well maintained. I would come back again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay !

Had a few problems but itrip addressed them. The office at the yahatt club didn’t want to give us a parking pass because no one sent them our info. We got it on Monday then got locked out after the first week! Stove top was filthy dirty! Shower had mold in it. Beds were not comfortable I had to sleep in one and my husband in the other. The king had a egg crate on top but only on one side. I called and was told they were sleep number beds but we tried to fix them and couldn’t. The air broke and they came the next day to fix it thank goodness! Enjoyed the cruise they gave us for the air being out. Loved the Madeira Beach Yahatt Club.

Couples Getaway

Upon entry to the house the screen door was torn, the patio furniture was moldy and worn. Entering the main door, to decor is beautiful, I likes the layout and cozy feel. A few things we noted so there was no confusion when we left, were broken glasses left on the counter, a broken barstool chair. The unit was not “clean” which is a reflection of the property managers. Clutter and dust under the beds, floors were dirty and the shower was musty and moldy. There is no DVD player , but they’ll bring you one if you ask. I say this upfront to get it out of the way and to move on with a few positives. The location is great, we threw a sheet over the patio furniture so we could sit and drink our coffee in the morning, because the few is quite beautiful. We’d stay here again, because the location is convenient. If they tie up these loose ends and clean up, they’ll have 100% happy customers.

Great Location- Needs Better Cleaning

My family of 4 recently stayed in this unit and overall had a good experience. Check-in/ check-out was very easy and it was easy to communicate with management. The location is great! You are close to the beach, short drive to Johns Pass, mini golf and the main strip. The complex itself is nice and we spent a lot of time in the pool with our kids. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch with water views. There is a washer/dryer which was helpful with 2 small kids. The unit matches the photos and has everything you could need for a comfortable week there. We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the unit that were addressed by management. If the unit has been cleaner, we would have had zero complaints about our stay.

Awesome location!

We absolutely loved the location of this property. It was so nice to be able to sit out on the dock, in front of the condo, and watch the boats going by. We also watched the dolphins there one morning. The screened-in porch was a bonus. We loved spending time out there in the mornings & evenings, watching the boats. The only negative thing that I will comment on is the cleanliness of the condo. It was really dusty, and definitely in need of a deep cleaning. It’s a beautiful condo, with really nice updates, but in desperate need of some attention. There were no beach chairs at the condo, as listed, but a quick text to the property manager was all that was needed to fix this matter. 2 new beach chairs were left inside the screened-in porch, while we were out. I had read another review about how dusty the condo was, but wasn’t deterred by this. I would definitely stay here again, but really hoping that some well needed attention will be given when cleaning this beautiful condo.

Worst Vacation Rental experience ever

We arrived on July 17 and our property was not ready until 6;00 pm. The first impression of the rental was nice: spacious, modern and updated. However, even after a requested second cleaning, the place was dirty: there were ants in the kitchen and bugs in the bedroom. The oven was filthy and covered in rust and dirt. Around the stove was a lot of dirt , too. The refrigerator was not working and during our whole stay was never repaired. We received a tiny hotel size refrigerator to use , but for a family staying in Florida in the summer, that was just way too tiny. We could either store food or water, and ended up drinking like warm water for a week. Property management was not helpful and attentive at all. You can never reach them, only send them a text message to which they will eventually reply. Their pest control consisted in leaving a spray bottle of Raid on the terrace. Never heard back when the refrigerator would be repaired. After submitting Photos of dirty spaces, there was no additional cleaning issued. We ended up leaving one week early and filing a claim with VRBO. Property management is not willing to give a discount for all the inconveniences caused . Look for a rental that is not managed by ITrip vacation rental.

Nice place

This was a very easy check in process which is nice due to Covid. The place was just as advertised, nice and clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us but could have had room for 6 (just would be tight). Nice easy walk to the beach and access to food in walking distance. I would definitely stay again.
