Welcome to our remodeled SEAGRAPE Oceanfront home. This historic home is located in the quaint and quiet town of Indian Shores. It has such a peaceful atmosphere once you set foot on the property. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
This property has almost 70 feet of direct beach front which is a RARE find in this area. The direct views of the Beach and Gulf of Mexico are amazing while you enjoy it from your covered deck, heated private pool or wall to wall windows in the living room and reading area!! Pinellas county installed new sand dunes in Jan 2024 in order to protect our beaches so there is now a partially obstructed view of the ocean.
Our PRIVATE SEAGRAPE beach home offers 3 Bedrooms. This is a ground floor home with just a few steps!
Sleeping accommodations includes 3 bedrooms--
Master bedroom with private bathroom
Guest bedroom with 1/2 bath - king size bed
To access guest bedroom you will need to walk through kids room.
Kids bedroom - 2 full beds
There are 2 1/2 fully remodeled bathrooms .
The master bath offers a spacious walk-in shower/bench, large vanity and walk in closest.
The guest bathroom offers a standing shower (the washer and dryer are conveniently located in this bathroom). There is a private half bath within the guest bedroom.
We offer linens (8 bath/hand/wash), hair dryer, 8 beach towels and travel size soaps/shampoo for our guests to enjoy!

The remodeled spacious kitchen offers all the modern amenities including a dining area for 6. There is also outside dining under the covered porch that seats 6.
There is also very spacious family room plus an reading area with wall to wall windows to enjoy the beautiful pool, beach and ocean views!
This home provides ample private parking for 2 cars/SUVs maximum, 4 beach chairs and BBQ outdoor grill with utensils.
You can easily walk to walk to 5 or 6 fantastic restaurants such as Dog and Parrot, Caddy's, Villa Gallace just to name a few.
The base occupancy is 6 adults and there are extra guests fees ($60 per guest/day) for occupancy over 6 with a maximum of 8 guests (includes adults and kids of all ages). At the time of booking, you will need to provide first name and age of all guests staying at the property. We do not allow any exceptions to our occupancy limits.
Only registered guests are allowed on property. No exceptions. No day guests.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 2 cars. Video Surveillance is on the exterior of the property for your safety. Please read house rules for additional policies.
