NOTA: esiste un progetto di pittura a livello di edificio esterno programmato per i primi di agosto fino a fine settembre 2019. Non ci sarà mai la necessità di entrare all'interno del condominio, ma questo condominio potrebbe avere un po 'di lavoro svolto direttamente fuori dal balcone con alcune impalcature necessarie. La piscina sarà aperta e accessibile ad eccezione del 13 settembre e del 16 settembre 2019.
Questo condominio di grandi dimensioni, fronte mare, aggiornato è impostato perfettamente per le vostre vacanze in Florida.

La camera da letto è arredata con un letto king size di qualità premium e bagno walk-in. A piedi fuori al balcone dalla camera da letto matrimoniale, e godere di svegliarsi per le immagini ei suoni del Golfo del Messico da letto King.

La seconda camera è configurato con due letti queen size, e la terza camera ha due letti singoli. Il secondo bagno con vasca / doccia combo si trova facilmente tra le due camere da letto, ed è stato aggiornato bene. Con abbondanza di dormire per tutto, c'è anche un sacco di spazio. Il condominio dispone di oltre 1.450 piedi quadrati di spazi ed è uno dei più grandi nella costruzione e certamente uno dei più grandi tre condomini camera da letto sulla spiaggia!

Con due posti auto riservati (rari lungo la spiaggia!), una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size nel condominio e una cucina ben attrezzata, la proprietà è ben allestita per una settimana o un mese, e le viste ti faranno tornare per più.

Fun, family time

The location could not have been better. Great for a week of relaxing on the beach or easily traveling to nearby attractions. Condo was large and there was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Madeira Beach Trip

Can’t beat the location of this condo - literally right on the beach, amazing views and steps to the ocean. This unit is large with 3 bedrooms which is great for kids. it does need a deep clean but overall no issues. Kitchen is fully stocked for use which is nice. We had a great time despite it being a little chilly!

Great stay!!

Las Brisas has a great view of Gulf. Lot you can do in walking distance. Our pool was closed due to repairs but the beach was just as good. Floors could be cleaned better, had to wear shoes otherwise feet were black. Overall great stay, we will back next year.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved the unit and location. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!! Favorite aspect was our balcony watching and listening to the ocean. Could be down to the beach in 2 minutes. Step out of the elevator and 15 steps and you are on the beach. The unit is very spacious and has everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation 2024

This is a beautiful location. Everything in the condo very nice. So many little things and extras from menus to local restaurants to extra beach towels. A very well stocked kitchen plenty or seating and comfort. I love it here and we would love to return again soon. This was a family vacation of 4 generation and all was very comfortable

Fun in Florida

Property was as stated. Pleasantly surprised that pots and pans were of high quality. Tons of bowls for storage which is always nice. Only one small issue of unclean toilet. My adult children did say that the full size beds were uncomfortable. Primary suite bed was fine. Primary bathroom shower head didnt have very good flow. Did have issue with elevator on first day but it was resolved quickly. All in all the condo was very good. I know others complained about dirty floors but it is difficult when the sand is always coming in. We qouod book again. Thanks for such a great stay.

Christmas vacation

What a wonderful condo! Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. We spent a ton of time on the balcony looking for dolphins and watching sunsets! We would definitely stay here again!

Location is great. Property not so much.

My thoughts are not meant to bash the rental unit, however it did not meet expectations in some important areas. The unit itself is fine. Great view, decent patio area, and is located near many things to do and see. The building itself and outside areas are tired at best. Huge ashtrays at the elevators in 2023? Within a few hours of our arrival having taken our shoes off at the door proved interesting. Those of us in bare feet and light socks saw black/dirty bottoms. The floors were filthy. In order to reach the Gulf facing patio one must manage to open and close a very large sliding glass door which is well past its expiration date. It is tough to open and impossible to close from the outside. The rollers are dead, need lubrication etc. and it makes a tremendous amount of noise, but so do the similar doors in proximity to our condo 406. Irritating at best. The kitchen is not what we as cooks would consider well or even properly stocked. Invest $100 in utensils not from the 1950's or garage sales. The elevator went out one day. The toilets randomly "burp" and need care to flush. Invest in new ceiling fans (old, tired), soft close toilet seats rather than the current thin plastic slammers. Very affordable ante's for renting. While the 4 of us enjoyed out time in Mad Beach area I would not choose to stay at this property again. Some may find my thoughts picky, but it is nowhere near a 4+ star property.

The location of the condo is perfect. Beach right outside your door, plenty of comfortable chairs on lanai facing beach, adequate sleeping arrangements, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and restaurants right across the street!

Everything about our stay was great!

Party of 8. 4 adults 4 kids under the age of 11. Check in was simple. Condo was just as pictured. Lots of space. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice comfy beds. Beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. Lots of extras there. Beach chairs and toys. Books, games. TV’s had streaming services. Great vacation. Would go back in a heartbeat

Great Madeira Beach Vacation Spot

This was our first time back at the beach since February 2020 and our first time staying at Las Brisas. Overall, the location is great - centrally located between John's Pass and our favorite restaurants in North Redington. The unit was much too big for our party of three, but my son enjoyed being able to pick both his room and his bed. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, and we greatly appreciated the welcome pack of paper goods! The beach amenities within the unit were also a great touch! We only had a couple minor complaints. Within the unit, it seemed like only half of each outlet worked (top vs. bottom). It made plugging in all of our chargers a little complicated. Within the building (which is definitely NOT in the purview of the rental company, so no hard feelings toward them), there seemed to be a LOT of smoking (both tobacco and other items). We didn't spend too much time on our balcony for that reason. Just something for other families with small kids to be aware of. Overall, this unit is a great place to stay for a beach vacation!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

We loved our time at Las Brisas! It was a great space for our family of four. It was as pictured and the view was simply amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with our coffee. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal (although we chose to eat out at the many local restaurants). Very conveniently located to John’s Pass and many great restaurants. We were looking for a relaxing family vacation and this location was perfect. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.
