St Pete Stay

Great space for family vacation! Felt like we were at home and the amenities were everything we needed. The area offered lots of options. We will definitely book again and recommended to friends and family!

Loved our stay!

The house is nicely laid out, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything we could need. Great communication with the owner. Location is close to downtown, 20 minutes to beach, and close to everywhere else we wanted to go. We highly recommend!

A great getaway!

Friends and I rented the house for a month. Restaurants and coffee shops were a quick walk. The bike trails were just a few blocks away. The house was well-stocked and the hosts were fantastic.

5 Star Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is perfectly located in the heart of St Pete - within walking distance to all the Central Ave businesses. Check in/out was a very easy process. The home has been exquisitely remodeled and is fully furnished with everything you could ask for. The owner was very responsive. I highly recommend considering this property on your next visit to St Pete.

Perfect house to enjoy St Pete

We rented the house for a small family gathering, and it’s the rare property nicer than the photos. Beautifully renovated and styled, comfy for gathering and hanging out. So well appointed - what you need in the kitchen to support a 4-5 day stay without feeling cluttered or as if other people’s leftovers are there. We communicated with the owners easily, they left a lovely welcome basket, the location is great for almost everything - walking to cool places on Central Avenue, a short drive to the Pier/Beach Drive/museums, a short drive to the beach, and so close to I275, giving you easy access to other neighborhoods, Tampa, Sarasota, etc. would absolutely rent again to have a house while staying in St Pete.

Cozy home

We were visiting family for Christmas and needed a central location that was walkable for our two boys. Being so close to Central Avenue was ideal. The house was well equipped and I was able to host family for an after Christmas Day dinner. Enough pots, pans and dishes for everyone. I was impressed with the speed of the internet as one of our family members had to work remotely each morning with his office in Amsterdam and had a perfect connection each time. We had a fast response from the owner whenever we needed to contact him and felt well taken care of. I would highly recommend this home and hope to stay again in the future should we need.

Beautifully renovated property walking distance to downtown St Pete!

The property has been recently renovated and the style is so cute - very true to the pictures describing the rental. The house is fully stocked with everything you would need (laundry detergent, dish detergent, can opener, cooking spices, measuring cups, trivets, etc.) we didn’t have to buy any essentials since the house was fully stocked! The beds are all super comfy and it’s nice the master bedroom opens to the outside. We traveled with a dog and put the couple with the dog in that room since they could let the dog out and not wake the rest of us up. The rental also had dog toys and water bowls ready 😊 definitely recommend this rental for anyone traveling to the St Pete area!

Lovely property and amenities

We had a lovely stay. The house is very welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen and laundry are well-stocked with very nice appliances. The bedrooms and baths are well-appointed and comfy. There’s plenty of room to relax and enjoy the house. The porch is a great place to have coffee in the morning. The location is convenient to downtown St Pete, Central Avenue, and the Imagine Museum. And to top it off - the welcome basket was a wonderful surprise. The hosts were great and responsive. They got back to us very quickly when we had a few issues setting the a/c. Our only complaint is the noise. We are all city dwellers so it wasn’t too bad for us but if you’re a light sleeper ear plugs might help.
