- Welcome to your comfortable and fully renovated getaway at Boca Shores! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is conveniently located on Blind Pass Road, just a short drive from the sandy shores of St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, and the popular John’s Pass.
The entire condo has been thoughtfully renovated and furnished to provide a fresh, comfortable, and inviting space for your stay. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds, making the condo a great option for couples, families, or friends traveling together. Both bedrooms have convenient access to the centrally located hall bathroom.
When you're ready to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine, Boca Shores offers plenty of amenities right on the property. Take a refreshing dip in the community pool, spend some time outdoors on the large dock, or gather around the beautiful outdoor spaces featuring tables and grills, perfect for enjoying a meal outside.
Additional conveniences include a large on-site laundry room with multiple washers and dryers that accept credit cards, as well as a car wash station with vacuum for keeping your vehicle clean during your stay.
With its updated interior, comfortable sleeping arrangements, convenient location, and great community amenities, this condo offers a wonderful home base for enjoying the beaches, restaurants, shopping, and attractions of the Gulf Coast.
Rental Terms:
This unit is available for monthly rentals only (minimum 28–31 nights).
High Season (Jan–Apr): Rentals must follow calendar months (e.g., Jan 1–31; Feb 1–28/29).
Off-Season (May–Dec): A full calendar month is not required, but a 30-night minimum still applies.
Important Information:
Must be 25 or older to reserve, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay.
A security damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation, which is refundable if no damages occur.
All reservations must be 30 nights and guests must complete application to rent prior to arrival.
Application Fee is $150
Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.
