The Space:

Golden Glow is located just steps from the sugar-white sands of Clearwater Beach and is designed for relaxed coastal living with a touch of luxury. With 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and 2 half baths, the home sleeps up to 20 guests comfortably. The backyard and rooftop are true highlights of the home, creating spaces you’ll naturally return to throughout the day. Out back, the resort-style pool features a waterslide and a heated spa, with loungers positioned for soaking up the Florida sunshine. The covered pool patio is designed for long, easy days outdoors and is fully equipped for both entertaining and relaxation. Upstairs, the rooftop adds another layer of enjoyment with beautiful Gulf views, ping pong table and multiple gathering spaces, perfect from sunrise to sunset. Floor Plan Description (by level):



Ground Level:

The ground level includes 2 garages with parking for 2 vehicles along with driveway parking for 2 additional vehicles. The backyard anchors the space with a resort-style pool featuring a waterslide and a waterfall feature, heated spa and poolside basketball hoop. The covered patio is designed as a true outdoor living space with an outdoor kitchen that includes a natural gas grill, beverage fridge with ice maker, and built-in cabinetry, along with ample seating for dining and 4 HDTVs. Stair and elevator access from this level connect all living spaces above.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This level serves as the heart of the home with a bright, open great room designed for gathering. The kitchen is well suited for both everyday meals and entertaining, featuring double ovens, 2 dishwashers, generous prep space, and a large kitchen island with seating for 6. A spacious dining area comfortably seats 16, making it easy to enjoy meals together. Butler’s pantry with a beverage refrigerator and a sink adds extra storage and functionality, and the kitchen flows naturally into the living area with soft seating and a media center (80"+ Smart TV w/ Surround Sound). Sliding doors open to a balcony off the kitchen and living room with dining for 6 and soft seating. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are located on this level, each with a king bed and en suite bathroom featuring a single-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 also includes a built-in workstation, offering a quiet place to work or plan the day. This floor also includes a half bath and a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer, utility sink, and countertop space, making longer stays especially comfortable.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

This level includes a club room set up for movie nights and downtime with a media center, soft seating, Nintendo Switch gaming console and a bar area with a beverage fridge, refrigerator, and ice drawers, along with sliding doors that open to a balcony with soft seating and dining for 4 that is also accessible from the primary suite, and a half bath nearby. This floor includes 4 bedrooms, with the Master Bedroom 1 featuring a spa-inspired en suite bathroom with a double vanity, morning bar, freestanding soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 offers a king bed with an en suite bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower, Bedroom 6 includes a king bed, corner desk workstation, and en suite bathroom with a double vanity, makeup area, and walk-in shower, and Bedroom 7 serves as the bunk room with 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds and a bathroom with a single-sink vanity and shower/tub combination.



Rooftop Deck:

The rooftop deck crowns the home with an elevated space designed to be enjoyed from morning through evening, with convenient elevator access directly to this level. With beautiful Gulf views as the backdrop, the rooftop offers both covered and open-air areas for relaxing and entertaining. The space includes a dining table for 12, a bench, additional bar top seating, chaise loungers, and room for games, including a ping pong table and a corn hole setup. Built-in cabinetry and an HD TV make hosting on this level easy and convenient. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee, spending time with friends, or watching the sunset over the Gulf, the rooftop at Golden Glow delivers a memorable experience from start to finish.

If you want to explore further, without driving, you'll find multiple Jolley Trolley stops nearby that provide transportation to the entirety of Clearwater Beach down to the St. Pete Beach area and the multitude of amazing locations in between. You're also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to the greater Tampa Bay area for access to the amazing Tampa performing arts scene, sports and concert venues, theme parks, Hard Rock Casino, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, and more. And day trips to all the amazing Orlando theme parks, and other beach destinations like Lido Key Beach, Siesta Key Beach, and more within 1-2 hours!

This Clearwater Beach luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.
