You will have an unforgettable beach vacation in this luxurious home if you like the beach. This 1500 sq ft newly renovated, two-bedroom two bath home is directly across the street from the beach. This house sleeps 6 has ample parking, including a boat or camper, patio furniture, and a gas grill. Launch your boat or jet ski at the city boat ramp on 15th Ave. Step into the great room with high ceilings and two sliding doors looking out at the private patio and back yard with an outdoor shower. The house has a large, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, Sub Zero refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, and coffee machine. Sliding Shutters cover the two sliding doors leading out to the large deck overlooking the private backyard with an outdoor shower. Step into the updated master bathroom offering a garden tub with a shower. Indoor washer and drier. Kolb Park provides tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, ball fields, and skateboard parks are all near the house. The Art Center and library are just a block away. Restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking distance. Stroll to the beach at sunset, walk to dinner at a local seafood restaurant leave your car parked and enjoy your vacation getaway. Quick get away

Location was AMAZING!! Steps from a beautiful beach. I would recommend updating beach equipment in shed. There were 2 beach umbrellas but both were broken. Would have been nice to have shade at the beach. It wasn’t worth buying one for a couple days. Wagon was a life saver. Grill worked great and had all things needed to make a nice meal. Can’t wait to book again!!!

Nice little bungalow

Well appointed house that is truly a minute or two walk from public beach access. Kitchen was well equipped, and the host was welcoming and very flexible. Only suggestion would be to install towel racks and hooks for towels/swimsuits to dry after use.

We loved our stay!! Some hiccups

The property was well kept and clean … this is the back side of a two unit house. The garbage disposal in the front will back up into the master bath sink and the shower in the master bath is unusable without flooding the floors… there is only a convection oven no true oven works great but hard to tell what temperature… no trash bags … just bags with handles that break so bring your own trash bags … the cleaning fee doesn’t explain that you have to do the dishes which perplexed me however no biggie just would have saved us time the last day. I couldn’t get the darn thing to work. The backyard is fenced however you can’t lock the gate or even fasten it closed for those of you with small kids. The second bedroom has no tv which again for those of you with teens was an issue lol. I have little ones and teens. Also no pans like sheet pans to bake on. I think with these small details taken care of I would give it 5 stars the location was excellent and was very clean and comfy!! Thank you!!

Great stay, great location!

Overall, we had a wonderful time at Indian Rocks Beach. Upon arrival, the property manager provided us all the information needed to get into the home. The kitchen was well stocked, there's a Keurig coffee maker which was great. There is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, just good to know, wasn't a showstopper. The rooms are not that big but fine for sleeping. Two full baths which helps with you have a large group (6) like we did. The house is walking distance from the beach which we loved. We have two little ones (ages 7 and 3) who love the beach. Places to eat within walking distance and ice cream is around the corner! The property manager is very responsive, she got back to us within 10 minutes of sending a message. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back for another visit.

Great location

This is a rear unit of a 2 unit complex. Second bedroom and bath on the small side for an adult couple but doable. Unit is clean and in a great location to the beach and several shops and restaurants. It was nice having the private backyard.

Shower issues

The master shower, shower head was broken, the shower curtain stuck to you as the wind from the shower blew the curtain inward. Once they fixed it, the nozzle would turn completely sideways when turned on. We were told take take the nozzle off and hold it in our hand. The other bathroom nozzle was broken, you could only use scolding hot water. We contacted the prop manager, although they came quickly.. they accused us of breaking the shower. They said it was fine. There was mold on the walls. Nice back patio, small fenced in yard for pets. some furniture was broken and taped together. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels smelled fresh. Over all it was just ok.

perfect little getaway

perfect vacation spot located directly across from the beach, so no problems finding a parking spot. Quiet and safe neighborhood only a short car ride to Clearwater beach and all the action. Would absolutely come here again.

It’s now my beach house!

Everything was so perfect for us. Private yard with BBQ grill,, new favorite restaurants just down the block, and then there’s that wonderful beach! House was so comfortable, owner supplied so many things and answered our questions quickly. Made for the best February ever by escaping the northern winter.

Impressive and comfortable!

The place is laid out very nicely with 2 large bedrooms and large living space...state of the art kitchen and very nice backyard...easy walk to the beach! If we return to Indian Rocks Beach next year we'd love to stay in the same place!
