Family Vacation

The condo was nice and clean. The elevator is extremely slow- so we used the steps a lot. Beach was beautiful and family oriented. Pool is a little small (but kids swam) and we had issues with teenagers jumping the fence to swim and party (Police were there twice- second time they threw fireworks at our condo-causing more police and fire department)

Perfect stay

We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. Location was great for walking to Johns Pass. Pool and hot tub were great! Beach was not overly busy. Definitely recommend!

Unit nice, property isn’t

Elevator is the slowest elevator and stopped working multiple times while staying that week. Pool/spa is also not very cleanly or sanitary. Property needs a lot of work and had a very poor experience with management company.

Great location and unit

Great location on Madeira Beach. Unit is spacious and nicely appointed, and we’ll come back. It was clean inside but we had to wash down the balcony furniture before we could sit on it.

We would’ve chosen differently

The space suited our needs. It was a nice condo, however, there was a ceiling light burned out as well as a lamp broken. The pool is much smaller than it looks online and gets crowded easily. It also was green/murky when we arrived. The elevators feel like a death trap. The location is good. The condo space was nice. If we could do it over we possibly would’ve chosen differently.

Very clean, well maintained condo with beautiful views

Our family had a wonderful time in the condo. It was clean, well maintained. There was one day where the elevator was out, but other than that we have no complaints. Would definitely stay there again!

We love staying at the Seabreeze and this condo had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the tall chairs on the balcony, best view of the ocean and watched the dolphins in the morning. Great location, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. We will be back again

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the seabreeze! The location was great and convenient! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week! We loved going outside each morning and watching the ocean, one morning we got to see a few dolphins playing and swimming close to shore! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would stay again. The condo was exactly as represented in the description. Everything was clean and in working order. Beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. John's Pass is within walking distance.

Perfect location!

This condo is in a perfect location for a chill beach vacation! Beach was beautiful! The condo was very clean upon arrival. The living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms were updated and very nice. The kitchen could use some updating as well as the patio furniture. In addition I would recommend a keypad entry system that would eliminate the need to pick up and drop off the keys. Other condos in the complex had this and made it easier for guests at check-in/check-out and not having to keep track of keys while trekking back and forth from the beach all day. A note to future guests- bring your own beach towels! Overall, we had a great stay at this condo and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great View and Location

Very nice property that is well cared for. Pool and spa right there on the beach. Great view of the water and the beach was very nice. Check-in location on Sunday could have been better identified and one of the sheets on bed was dirty but the unit was comfortable and very nicely decorated.

Great location, nice unit.

Sea Breeze is conveniently located between smaller condos making for a quiet section of beach. The beach was clean and beautiful with umbrellas and loungers for rent closer to the condo leaving plenty of room near the shore for your own canopy and chairs. The unit is a bit odd in that the master bedroom has 2 queen beds with attached bathroom, so that's where our kids slept, while we slept in the 2nd bedroom which had only one queen bed, but the guest bath was right next door. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.

great get away

decided to finally escape all the COVID talk and relax ocean front. Condo did not disappoint. We enjoyed the balcony every morning and afternoon. Beautiful sunsets and lots of dolphin sightings. A few things we noticed was pool is very small and elevator is slow. Room was clean and we were overall happy and would stay here again for sure.

Condo perfection in Madeira Beach

Great location on the beach and #403 was perfect height. BeCh was not overly crowded and social distancing and masking were being observed. We were very pleased with the cheerful, fresh and clean decor of the Condo and found it the most comfortable of any we’ve ever rented. The only reason I gave checkin a 4 star is because of the confusion about picking up the key. We had registered before arriving and went the the alternate location after hours and was sent to the drop box at the main office to find the code didn’t work and had to go back to the other location to get the correct code. This was an anomaly though and nothing to deter you from selecting this beautiful and perfect condo for a fun family vacation.
