The host is incredibly responsive, responding to my questions within minutes. The beds, including the pull-out couch are comfortable. The pool is very warm. And the condo is steps from the beach.

The condo exceeded our expectations. It's extremely clean and roomy. The beach supplies in the closet, down where you park, are very helpful. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of IRB and with direct beach access. The only drawback is the building's hot tub was closed for repairs. The owner told me that's been a recent issue. I also wish the hot tub area were open after dusk. I was there when it gets dark in between 5 and 6 PM, and it would've been nice to enjoy the hot tub at night.

HUGE condo with all kitchen amenities as well as beach gear. The peoperty was clean inside and out, and the host answered in a timely fashion when i couldht figure out the storage padlock. My balcony was on the side of the building but still had a partial beach view. Id hoghly recommended this property. It's very well suited for a group or family.

Great property! Kathy was awsome helped with any questions I had. Property was great with acess straight to the beach. Very clean and kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need. Beach towels and beach supplies it was really top notch. Beautiful sunset views. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing family vacation

If you are looking for a stay that is relaxing, beautiful, and conveniently located, this is the perfect property!! I made so many beautiful memories with my daughter, son in law and 2 year old granddaughter. The house came stocked with so many spices for cooking and there were ample pots and pans, and even plate ware for kids. There are beach toys/chairs, which was a huge plus not having to find rentals. The space is large and we loved the set up. The beds are extremely comfortable. Kathy was so kind, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond for my family. I could not recommend this place more!

Beautiful Condo - Perfect Location

We love everything about this condo. Kathy is a very responsive owner. Condo is very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. It is well stocked. Kathy thought of everything! There's even a bathroom scale that gives you an instant 10 lb weight loss! There's a nice view of the Gulf thru palm trees from the balcony that has a high top table and chairs. It might not have a full view, but it's better being far from the pool noise. We highly recommend.

Kathys property was everything and then some! Location is great, cleanliness 10/10, clear and friendly communication, and she provides everything you need for the beach! From chairs, to boogie boards and floats. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Excellent Stay

We stayed at this beautiful condo for Spring Break. The description is 100% accurate. Nicely decorated and updated. The furniture is very nice and the beds are very comfortable. We've stayed at this complex multiple times but this was our 1st in this unit. We would for sure book this unit again. Thank you to the host for the great communication and a lovely stay!

Great amenities and friendly repeat snow birds

I really enjoyed our stay at this great property. Steps from the beach. Wonderful heated pool and spa overlooking the ocean where a whole contingent of snow birds held happy hour every Friday. You know it's a great place when others have been repeat booking for over a decade and they have made friends who are now doing the same. The condo was nice and clean. The balcony is perpendicular to the ocean and you get a little ocean view from it. The beds were comfortable. There is a nice electric fireplace under the TV in the family room. The only thing I noticed was there could have been more kitchen tools (pots and pans, better tongs, measuring cups, storage containers, etc.). I love to cook and more tools would have been nice, but I was able to make do. Kathy was very responsive to all our needs. I liked it so much I booked it for next year!

Another great stay

We have stayed here for the last 8 years. Location is awesome and the Condo has everything you need to have a great time. Especially enjoyed the balcony to have my morning coffee and watch the waves. Already planning our next visit

Beautiful Condo, Conveniently Located

This was our second stay at this condo. We came back because it is very clean and nicely decorated. It has comfortable beds and furniture. It's very spacious, but cozy. Kathy, the owner, is very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. Condo is beyond being very well stocked. Absolutely nothing is missing. We are already booked for next year.

Spacious two bedroom view of the surf

Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. Well stocked kitchen steps to the beach . Our two week stay went by very quickly. If only the weather was a little more cooperative. We used the cooler, cloudy days to go to the Tampa Zoo, Dunedin, and Honey Moon beach State Park, all of which were only a short drive. We appreciated the space and openness of this condo

Great place. Great location.

Right on the beach. Very clean with all you need for short or extended stay. Quiet inside. A little traffic noise if on balcony, hard not to as building right between Gulf Blvd and beach. Direct access to condo pool/beach via locked gate. Short walk to several restaurants, many others within short drive or walkable if don’t mind longer walks. Sidewalk both sides of Gulf Blvd. Small grocery can walk to if don’t want head to Publix just across bridge. Would definitely stay here again if visit Indian Rocks again.

Beautiful Condo, Great Locatio

Condo is very clean and nicely decorated. It is very well stocked with everything you could ever want. King bed was very comfortable. We loved the large deck with partial view of the Gulf. Also loved the high top table and chairs. Kathy, the owner was very quick to respond to all our questions. We will be back next year. Our only disappointment was not getting all the weeks we wanted.

Perfect location

This property was very clean and well equipped. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The pool and hot tub are next to the beach which is very nice. You can walk to many restaurants and shops from here too. Have rebooked and would recommend to others!
