Home away from home- Vacation Rental 103 - (Silver Rated) è un ampio condominio al primo piano (non al piano terra). Confortevole soggiorno con divano nuovo e poltrona (11 // 17) con TV a schermo piatto. Sala da pranzo adiacente. La cucina completamente attrezzata rende la cucina un gioco da ragazzi o goditi uno dei tanti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale condividono un balcone adiacente che consente una camera da letto principale con una vista favolosa sui tramonti! Tre camere da letto con ampi armadi. Televisori a schermo piatto in camera matrimoniale e seconda camera da letto. Due bagni completi con doppi lavandini. Il balcone privato del Golfo si affaccia sulla piscina riscaldata e sulle nostre miglia di spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Campo da tennis privato recentemente ristrutturato (gennaio 2018). RONDELLA E ASCIUGATRICE IN CONDO (non nella foto). Accesso internet wireless GRATUITO. Chiamate locali GRATUITE. Il proprietario richiede di non fumare.

Family vacation.

When we were almost to the management office, we received a phone call from the office informing us that the condo where we were booked was unavailable because the renter before us was sick and could not leave the condo. They did show us two condo units that were available, allowing us to pick the one we liked best. They even refunded a small portion of our costs for the inconvenience. Every turned out very well and we had a wonderful time in Redington Shores!!

Best beach ever

The room was great everything worked as it should. The view was amazing. But the beach was the icing on the cake. Basically, no waves was able to take the kids out into the ocean for the first time in five years that we’ve been going to the beach. Lol had a great time

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful condo for our needs We had other family members in two other condos on 3rd & 4th floor, but our rental was conveniently located on the 2nd floor near the stairs which was great due to the very SLOW elevator ALL family members in all condos had a wonderful time at this great location We ALL will definitely return in the future

I have stayed on this property many times for many years. This was not my favorite room, loved the location on the first floor but it needs updating and was not very clean. I also don’t understand why the pool closes so early.

Wonderful place to stay. Very helpful resort company!

We couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Beach and pool location was great! We brought down my in-laws and Andrew at the Sea Oats hooked us up with a beach wheelchair company that was outstanding. Condo had everything we needed. We even left some boogie boards and beach toys for the next vacationer to enjoy! We will definitely be back.

Very Nice Unit!

Unit was clean and contained all of the amenities for a successful stay. Located just above the pool, the noise level was not bad at all and the pool closed at a decent time to enable us to enjoy the balcony. Great complex and will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay in Unit 107

We were surprised at how large this unit actually is. You cannot beat the views for sure! Overall we had a very pleasant stay though we were a little surprised at the level of security over the holiday weekend (Memorial Day), versus the rest of the week. They were very strict to start with then seemed to loosen up. This is a Sand Dollar issue though and not specific to Unit 107. We would stay again in this Unit for sure.

Spring Break 2021

This was a great rental in terms of location (right on the beach), space within the condo, and convenience. It was affordable considering we booked it five days in advance and the management company was super to work with. The condo is somewhat dated and, while functional, it needs updated to keep pace with the other units in this complex. The dining room table chairs were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat on and the furniture on the balcony needs replaced. Something that draws you to want to sit out and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets without worrying about needing a tetanus shot. A review from a few years ago stated the kitchen was well stocked — no longer the case. There is simply a few basic, random items that did not support meal preparation. Bring your own or prepare to eat out! Internet was hit/miss, but again JC Management worked to order a new modem/router, so I’m sure this will be resolved for future guests.

Great place for the whole family!!!

My family and I have stayed at the Sea Oats many times! We absolutely love the pool and beach. Rooms are spacious and I would recommend to anyone with children. Only draw back was the Long Pier being shut down last February and not knowing it until we got there, since my husband planned on doing a lot of fishing.

Love that view

Great view, needs some updating with the furniture. Lots of room but the master bath tub needs to have appliques or a mat. I fell in the shower after moving one foot. Still think it was a little pricey for the condo.
