Florida decorato a colori- direttamente sulla spiaggia- condominio per le vacanze (403), recentemente riverniciato - guarda le foto degli interni, con un'incredibile vista panoramica sul Golfo al 4 ° piano; Ampio condominio di 1400 piedi quadrati, con soggiorno e camera da letto principale con le più recenti porte scorrevoli in vetro che offrono una visione completa del Golfo del Messico. Soggiorno e camera da letto principale che condividono un balcone privato con vista sul golfo direttamente sulla spiaggia. Smart TV HD a schermo piatto di grandi dimensioni in soggiorno con lettore DVD / videoregistratore e molte opzioni cinematografiche tra cui scegliere. Il condominio ha stereo con lettore CD, giochi da tavolo, carte, ecc ... e molti libri tra cui scegliere. Cucina completamente attrezzata con doppio forno e grande frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio (tritato e a cubetti!), tre camere da letto e due bagni completi. La camera da letto principale ha due nuovi letti in memory foam, una king size e una full size, una TV HD a schermo piatto e un bagno padronale con doccia idromassaggio e asciugacapelli. Un'altra grande camera da letto ha due nuovi materassi in memory foam, una TV e un bagno privato con doccia, asciugacapelli e asciugacapelli. 3a camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e una splendida vista sulla via navigabile Intercoastal. Nuovissimo TV a schermo piatto da 43 pollici. Lavatrice e asciugatrice nel ripostiglio condominio con sedie a sdraio, giocattoli, articoli di galleggiamento e boogie board per il vostro uso. Goditi la piscina riscaldata sulla spiaggia con accesso per disabili e servizi igienici a bordo piscina, chilometri di spiaggia di sabbia bianca, sabbia di zucchero, capanne Picnic / Tiki e griglie a carbone (3). Campo da tennis privato recentemente ristrutturato (gennaio 2018). Il carrello dell'autobus Suncoast si ferma proprio di fronte al condominio e corre per miglia tra il pittoresco villaggio scozzese di Dunedin, nel nord, fino a St. Pete Beach a sud. Accesso internet wireless gratuito. Velocità del bronzo - grande valore - vedi le foto! Il proprietario offre soggiorni più brevi durante i periodi non di punta. Chiama per informarsi! Great condo!

The condo was very nice with an amazing view! Kitchen needs some updates as well as some additional kitchenware. VRBO says check-in is at 10am but once you get the rental agreement, it says 4pm leaving us with a 5hour wait to get in the room. Otherwise had a wonderful time!

Needs updates but worked for us.

The condo needs some serious updates especially the beds. Whoever stayed before us just put their dirty dishes in the cupboards so we washed everything before we used them. There were plenty of bath towels and some beach gear that we were able to use. Sea Oats is a very nice property and the pool and beach are great.

We have spent countless weeks in JC Resort Management resorts and they have become a second home to us. Extra thanks to Pam who always takes good care of us.We are now in Japan but we will soon come back to Florida!

Great view good beds. Toilet could use some tweaking .washer and dryer were great and pretty new. Pleasantly surprised. Stove could be releveled. Needs wine glasses and a better assortment of shorter glasses. Nice fry pan and pots and pans okay.

Better than bronze

After being displaced from Fort Myers due to Ian, we ventured to the St Pete area. The condo accommodated myself, my sister and my 4 kids perfectly. Reviews saying it hasn’t been updated were a little off as most condos on the beach are not typically aesthetically modern (at this price point) and we weren’t disappointed at all (the pictures of the interior depicted it perfectly). Having laundry in the room was a huge perk along with plenty of space for everyone. Only recommendations would be adding some beach chairs to the room as there are not any on the beach. Beach, pool, view and parking were great.

Other beds were good.Overall we had a great time. The unit needs updating but we knew that when we rented it. It would be better if the pool had a key pad entry instead of key fobs.

Great location, but unit needs some TLC.

The location was great, beach access was incredible, views were perfect, but the unit itself need some upgrades. It is dated and in need of some TLC. The kitchen is old, carpet need replacing, and the master bedroom desperately needs new beds. The beds in the master were only a mattress with no box spring underneath. It sat too low to the ground and was uncomfortable to sleep in. Overall the stay was good and we enjoyed our stay, but with just a few upgrades Thursday could be great.

Living in the 70's but in filth.

There was hair in the bed and refrigerator. There was blood on the walls and rugs. The plumbing needs work. No box spring in the bed, so it sets almost on the floor. Over all it needs to be up grated. I don't believe anything has been done since it was built. I don't recommend it.

TheBathrooms need updated also this is our second time staying at 403. Never again.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have rented condos at Seaoats throughout the years multiple times and this is the first time we have been disappointed. The pictures for this particular rental number 403 are very outdated and misleading. First, parts of the kitchen are falling apart, there is minimal mismatched silverware and not sure if there’s an issue with the dishwasher but most dishes were very dirty. The sliding glass door to the balcony did not latch or lock very well if even at all. There was holes in the living room furniture. For a condo that could sleep 10 people, there was only 4 dining room chairs at the table. The light above dining table looked like a bathroom fixture and had mixed shade light bulbs. The toilets would barely flush enough to take down toilet paper, therefore had to use plungers often. One of the beds was missing a boxy spring leaving it very low to the ground. We love this building for the views off the balcony but unfortunately didn’t get to sit out often due to 3 out of 4 broken chairs.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed within the complex multiple times. Very dissatisfied with the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms and kitchen. Hair all over the floor in the bathroom and old food particles in the kitchen. I would not stay in this unit again. The other units we have stayed in are much nicer and cleaner. With the amount we spent to stay for the week, I would expect better.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm conflicted because there's a difference between "not updated" as advertised, and neglected. I don't want to be too harsh but in good conscience, there are things the owner and future renters should be aware of. Two of the dining chairs are broken, and the veneer on all the wooden furniture in the living area is peeling. The cork has rotted off the 3 remaining coasters, so just throw them out. Also peeling are the wallpaper borders and shelf paper in the kitchen. The silverware tray is so old it's falling apart, and some of the silverware was dirty, and there was no dishwashing liquid. There are no more than 2 glasses that match. Slats are missing from the verticals. There's an old outdated stereo system with nothing to play in it, on an old table. Broken straps on the balcony furniture, Lamp shade in primary bedroom is broken but it is leaning against the drape so you can only tell if you close the drape, None of these things are major, and that's why I'm frustrated because they could easily be fixed and bring my overall rating from a 3-4 up to a 7-8. There were also issues with the toilets flushing and the ice maker, but everything else was functional. I was happy with the smart tvs. It wouldn't cost much to correct most of these things; in fact I live nearby and considered offering to correct them in exchange for staying there. I would definitely stay at Sea Oats again, just a different unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility and beaches were fantastic. We had asked the Maintenance Guy for assistance which helped us right away. Now we get to the 2 units we rented. The one on first floor was very well maintained, undated and had every thing you needed in kitchen to have an enjoyable visit. The one we rented on 4th floor was a disaster. So rundown, has been upgraded in years this were in disrepair. Almost every time you used bathroom had to use plunger. We had to buy plastic ware because there weren’t enough knives and forks. Borrowed pots and pans from other unit to cook. Camping at the worst.John C

we loved location, pool and beach but condo needs work

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the location was great and the beach was perfect. the pool area and beach area was exactly as pictured. Our condo needed to be updated and we knew that from the start. but our frig leaked from the start and the ice maker never worked. we reported it but it was never repaired. our toilets were not flushing properly and backed up several times. it became a big problem. toilets need to be replaced. i reported several other issues to jc resort management before my checkout in the hopes they could correct some of the issues. the next person may not be as forgiving as i was. i would stay again just not in this particular unit. it is a shame they are not spending a little to update their condo.
