Designed for a relaxing Gulf-front getaway, this condo features a spacious private balcony with breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee, dolphin watching, or unforgettable sunset evenings. Seagate offers easy access to the sugar-white sands and crystal-clear Gulf waters, with a building elevator that makes bringing beach gear up and down effortless. The lush grounds also offer a heated pool with restrooms, tiki-bar picnic style seating with shade and BBQ grills. Conveniently a short walk to Salt Rock, a popular local restaurant known for their fresh seafood and coastal cocktails.

The primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony access. The second bedroom offers two double beds, oversized walk-through closet, and Jack-and-Jill bathroom access. The third bedroom includes a queen bed. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, enjoy memory foam mattresses, bidets, in-unit laundry, and remote-work-friendly amenities including a desk, HDMI ports, and a computer monitor. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials and includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining for six, and additional breakfast bar seating. The open living room offers stunning Gulf views, comfortable seating and a large TV for entertainment.

The location is amazing! Literally steps to the beach and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Beautiful sunsets and you can see dolphins almost everyday right from the balcony. The condo was clean and well appointed. We made most of our meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Great Location

The stay was great, we will definitely return. The condo was very clean, and the communication with the owner was great. The beach is just steps away, and they had toys stocked for the kiddos. I would definitely recommend staying here, if you are planning to visit the area and don't want to cross the road the road to hit the beach, I know we didn't with our littles in tow. Some places are advertised as on the beach and you have to cross the street, not this location, it is definitely just a few steps from the beach.

Lovely condo right on the beach

The condo building is very nice, and in a great area of Indian Shores Beach. The pool area has a lot of loungers to relax on and the water was warm. The Unit itself is lovely and looks just like the pictures on the VRBO website. It has a beautiful oceanfront view and in the evening the sunsets are incredible. We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exactly as pictured and described. Price was comparable to other 2 bedrooms we considered, but rented this unit for the extra room. Everything about this condo is GREAT. The location is ideal…close to everything, but not in the busiest area. Right on the beach, literally steps from the sand. Condo was HUGE…very spacious with room to spread out. Balcony was big with plenty of seating, and a lovely place to have your morning coffee and watch the waves. And, dining room table could have expanded to accommodate a larger crowd. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. And we had everything we needed for the beach…chairs, beach umbrella, and towels. Check-in and -out were super easy with great communication from the host. Loved the keyless entry. Highly recommend this complex and this unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Beach Vacay

The View. It did not disappoint. Property and condo just as described. The beach is private and just a few steps away. The outdoor grills all work and were a great way to save going out to eat every night. The master suite was large and I would’ve liked to take the bed home. Super comfy. We had a little problem with the refrigerator/freezer but our host was accommodating, offered to bring us ice, and followed up timely. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook, drink, etc…plenty of beach and bath towels as well. We had a great family vacation and will stay at Seagate 104 if we return to Indian Shores.

Family reunion at the beach

Very accommodating for a good size family. Plenty of space in and out. Very good amenities including outdoor grill. Plenty of covered seating, near Grill and pool area.. everything needed for the beach was in the closet. Home away from home, but with a terrific Ocean view!!

My family and myself enjoyed our stay! The listing was as described.. we watched the beautiful sunsets from our balcony. The restaurants we are at had excellent service and delicious food, we would definitely visit again!

Relaxing end to our vacation!!

Check in instructions were easy to follow. Upon arrival the property managers (Lindsay and Gus) immediately notified us the washing machine was broken. They actually just took over the property and we were their first guests. Of course they let us know they were working to get parts to repair but additionally offered to assist by taking some of our laundry offsite so we had everything we needed. Communication with Lindsay and Gus was great and they were so accommodating! The property otherwise was nice and clean with minor repair needs but everything else was functional. The location was great especially with the condo being on the first floor just steps from the beach.
