Seaview 305 ... PARADISE ... Su uno splendido tratto di spiaggia privata di sabbia bianca nel Golfo del Messico occidentale, questa è semplicemente una vacanza favolosa!

La nostra unità d'angolo fronte oceano con 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni al 3 ° piano vi accoglierà dal momento in cui varcherete la porta. Continuiamo a fare molti aggiornamenti ogni anno alla nostra spaziosa unità di 1525 piedi quadrati dipingendo tutte le stanze con colori rilassanti e aggiungendo bellissime decorazioni. Il nuovo tappeto è stato installato in entrambe le camere da letto e nel corridoio e un bellissimo pavimento in piastrelle di ceramica completa i mobili del soggiorno.

La grande camera da letto principale ha un nuovo materasso king-size e molle insacchettate. È stato montato un televisore a schermo piatto da 39 "in modo da poter guardare la televisione dal proprio letto. Inoltre, c'è un bagno privato splendidamente aggiornato. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, entrambi con materassi pillow-top appena acquistati. In questa stanza è stato installato anche un televisore a schermo piatto da 39 pollici. Troverai un sacco di spazio armadio in entrambe le camere.

Amerai il piano aperto delle aree soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina. La cucina è stata completamente rinnovata con tutti i nuovi piani e armadi. Due divani in pelle di dimensioni standard (uno con un divano letto matrimoniale estraibile), una sedia a dondolo e un nuovo televisore a schermo piatto da 55 pollici riempiono il soggiorno. I posti a sedere per sei sono disponibili al tavolo da pranzo, insieme a quattro sgabelli da bar per la colazione che si affacciano sulla cucina completamente attrezzata. Si può godere la vista sull'oceano in tutte queste aree.

Una lavatrice e asciugatrice in-suite, biancheria, servizio telefonico e Internet wireless gratuito è fornito.

Puoi guardare e ascoltare le onde che si infrangono sulla sabbia bianca dal nostro balcone. Un tavolo da giardino con sei posti a sedere, insieme a una poltrona e un tavolino sono perfetti per rilassarsi e guardare i delfini giocare nell'oceano o ammirare uno dei maestosi tramonti di Madeira Beach.

Una grande piscina riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio e una griglia esterna coperta è disponibile per il vostro uso. Seaview ha uno staff di gestione e manutenzione in loco 7 giorni su 7. Questo ufficio si trova nella hall in modo da poter effettuare comodamente il check-in. Il nostro parcheggio coperto assegnato è situato vicino all'ingresso della hall e all'ascensore.

Ci sono molte opportunità di shopping e ristoranti nelle vicinanze tra cui il caratteristico Johns Pass Village che offre negozi, ristoranti e noleggio di sport acquatici. La spiaggia di Madeira dista trenta minuti da Busch Gardens e 90 minuti da Disney World, Sea World e Universal Studios.

We had a wonderful stay with our young kids during their Spring Break. The condo is much larger than I thought from the pictures, very comfortable, and had a great balcony overlooking the water. The beach was only steps away, and the pool (heated) was great. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great place to come to make memories with family and friends! Well stocked unit with everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool. Plenty of seating in the large living room and great kitchen.Great proximity to groceries, restaurants, shops, mini golf etc.

Tim & Sharon’s beautiful paradise was wonderful! It was so spacious for only two people, but even so, my boyfriend & I believed our son would’ve loved the second bedroom. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! The sectional couches in the living room were so comfortable. Everything was amazing! Definitely recommend this space for anyone!

I’ve been vacationing oceanfront for years, and this condo is the absolute best I have stayed in. The online pictures don’t do it justice. It is larger than appears online, spacious, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It really did feel like home. Our two sons (13 and 8) were very excited for the sand toys, skim boards & water toys found in the guest closet. The pool area is very nice and looks like it has been remodeled/new stonework laid recently. We did some hiking, took the kids on the pirates voyage cruise (highly recommend, it was a blast!), enjoyed the shops & restaurants at St John’s Pass, and of course chilled at the beach each day! The beaches here are stunning. This was our first visit to the Gulf Coast and we were blown away. We came with our children to celebrate a new baby due later this year. We had an amazing vacation and will be back to stay at Sharon’s condo next year!

We had a great vacation at Seaview 305 the week of 4-27 thru 5-4. The condo was very clean with plenty of room for four adults. The pictures of the living room look crowded with couches on 2 walls but because of the condo size there is plenty of room. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants walkable. The location to the beach was down the elevator through the garage and you were on the beach. You had to be on the beach to see the sunset but well worth it. Dealing with Connie the property manager was flawless. She was great from first rental discussions till the day we left. Last time we were in Maderia Beach we stayed just down the beach and the bedrooms on the street side were very noisy with cars going up and down. At this condo we did not notice the car noises. About the only minor flaw was the TV remotes and how to get the TV's on. 2 TV remotes for each TV and you only need the Spectrum one. there should be written instructions for this. We will be back next year for sure. Thank you Tim and Sharon and especially Connie.

We had an amazing 2 week. The condo is very well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels laundry detergent,dishwasher pod and so Much more. There was so much seating which we used all the time. It was very clean and tidy.we love the pool area and easy access to the beach. We will definitely book again soon.

We all had a nice and relaxing time. The place was nice and clean. Lots of beach stuff so that was a bonus not having to buy our own. The blue chairs on the beach was nice to get from the “Beach Boys”. You pay them for the chair but was great to have those for my in laws. You couldn’t see the sun set real good on our deck but the view on the beach was spectacular. Regardless of seeing it set or not it was so relaxing sitting on the deck or taking my afternoon nap on the lounger. Communication was quick with the manager and with the owners. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The views from the balcony were incredible. We would sit and watch the dolphins daily. Location is great for shopping,dining and you could walk to alot of the places.

The condo was very nice, roomy and in a great location! Several restaurants either across the street or a very short walk. The property owners were very responsive when we ran into an issue right after checking in. It was resolved quickly and handled very well. The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, cups and cookware. As other reviews suggested, bring salt, pepper, etc if you plan to do any cooking. If we make it back to the Tampa area again, we will definitely check to see if this unit is available.

We had a wonderful time spending a week in this beautiful condo. It was a little disappointing that they had no salt, pepper, Kleenex, actually no spices of any kind. The sectional was huge and very nice, but you could not lay down on it which was a bummer. We would stay here again in the future.

This property exceeded our expectations 10 fold!!! Extremely clean & quiet. The unit is so tastefully decorated, the beds were very comfy & the living space could have held 12 people comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with any item you could possibly need and more. There was one issue related to other guests at the condo complex & the management was extremely responsivethe issue immediately resolved. Jeff in maintenance kept the pool area, building and grounds immaculate. It was a problem with other gusts at the condo complex & the property management resolved the concerns immediately. A perfect holiday with my sister, mum & aunt. We can't say enough great things about this property & highly recommend Tim & Sharon's unit. They were always available if we needed anything.

This condo was exactly as described only better. The condo was huge! Had everything we needed and more. Very clean, comfy beds, great view, easy check in. There were beach chairs to take to the beach and always room at the pool. Plenty of restaurants in the area, we particularly enjoyed The Reef right across the street. The beach is wide and no rocks. There was some Red Tide our first couple days which was annoying but is no fault of the condo! Would definitely stay here again.
