La nostra Serenity Now offrirà un'esperienza indimenticabile con 4000 piedi quadrati, 6 camere da letto e 6 bagni ed è in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza, da vacanze, riunioni di famiglia, ritiri aziendali, riunioni di lavoro o occasioni speciali.

Nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata durante la progettazione di questa villa per garantire un'esperienza ospite superiore per grandi gruppi. La casa è di lusso con un interno che ha arredi di fascia alta e sistemazioni confortevoli, solo per il tuo gruppo.

Questa casa a tre piani offre una vista mozzafiato sul golfo da tutti i piani e come bonus c'è un tetto dove si può godere di una vista illimitata sulla spiaggia.

Primo livello dispone di un garage per 4 auto e accesso alla piscina privata sulla spiaggia. Basta uscire dalle porte in stile francese e entrare nella tua oasi privata della piscina. È possibile accedere alla piscina fronte mare dal garage o tramite le scale dal secondo piano. Una sezione esterna per 6 e 4 lettini aggiuntivi sono disponibili.

Il secondo livello presenta un layout aperto con le aree soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina - insieme dove la famiglia può trascorrere del tempo insieme. C'è un mezzo bagno proprio vicino alla zona giorno.

Lo spazio di vita semplicemente divino ha comodi divani e una tv a schermo piatto e, soprattutto, dispone di porte scorrevoli in vetro con vista sulla spiaggia. Proprio al di fuori dello spazio abitativo è un piccolo patio con tavolo all'aperto per 8 ospiti e grill barbecue a gas. Sala da pranzo offre anche una vista sulla spiaggia e può ospitare comodamente 10 persone, il bar per la colazione può ospitare altri 2 ospiti.

La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, fornelli a gas, ripiani in granito, posti a sedere informali e illuminazione naturale. La cucina dispone anche di una grande isola. È possibile preparare pasti cucinati in casa in questa cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata.

Il secondo livello presenta le prime due camere da letto - la prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato (doccia) e la seconda camera da letto dispone di un letto king size con bagno privato (doccia).

Il terzo livello ospita la terza camera da letto: una camera per bambini con un letto queen size, un divano e persino una PlayStation! Quarta camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato (vasca / doccia combo), quinta camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato (doccia). Tutte le camere sono arredate con gusto e una tv a schermo piatto.

Camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con una vista mozzafiato sull'acqua. Bagno padronale ha una cabina doccia e grande vasca da bagno.

La disposizione dei letti e la disposizione rende questa casa sulla spiaggia perfetta per famiglie numerose o famiglie che desiderano condividere.

Perfect home for multifamily stay

Property was exactly as its advertised! Very clean and beautiful beach views and access. We had a total of 8 people ranging in age from 13 to 68. Home was perfect for entertaining in the common space as well as being able to have your own space. Easy to grab the bus and go to restaurants in the area. Would stay again.

My Happy 80th celebration

What a wonderful experience for my family that came from SF, Cleveland and Brownsville. The house was all it claimed to be and more than we expected. First class! I planned my own celebration and the kids and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the area, the pool, beach, 7-11 and nearby restaurants. We also took a tour of Tampa Harbor and Tampa University.

Beautiful spacious house in fabulous beachfront location

Our family had a wonderful stay at Serenity Now. We had people from 5 to 93 and the house and location were well-suited to all of us. The kitchen is well-stocked and enabled us to cook most of our meals there. Beach Time Rentals were very responsive to any needs we have. The house is well-equipped for the beach and the pool, making for easy and relaxing days in the sun!

FL beach for the holidays

This was a wonderful property to host my immediate family in FL for the holidays. With 12 in attendance, the house was extremely spacious and comfortable for everyone. The heated pool was also a winner with the kids when they were not running around on the beach. Location is walkable to a variety of restaurants and shops around Treasure Island. .

Very good for multi-generational travel

We are grandparents with adult children and spouses and their children traveling. This house was large enough and well appointed to accommodate us all. The pool was great. The beach access was good. The sunsets from the roof top terrace were beautiful. The kitchen worked well for easy prep and there are multiple eating areas. The only negative is the public walkway for beach access is right next to the house so at times, there was noise. Not a big deal.

Paradise!

We had such an amazing stay at Serenity Now. Every amenity was provided, and the house was immaculate! We were so close to the beach, and enjoyed walking to Caddy’s for dinner and lunch a few times. The beds were all very comfortable. There were more than enough pillows, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen staples. No complaints! The check in process was a breeze and communication with the house manager was great. Highly recommend!!

The house is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 wagons, and toys. Also an abundance of beach towels. The kitchen is well equipped as well, there is even a first aid kit and flashlights. Lots of board games and a TV in every bedroom. We had a slight issue with the garage door code that was handled promptly by management. Beautiful beach and sunset views. 7-11 right across the street. Plenty of parking space between the garage and driveway. This was the ultimate Florida beach vacation house. We will definitely book this house again next year.
