Just 20 minutes from the Tampa airport.


Includes a microwave, Keurig, internet, and TV with streaming services. Off-street parking is available around the back!

This unit offers the quiet privacy and security of a family neighborhood yet easy accessibility to all the attractions Saint Petersburg offers. This unit offers one spacious room with a queen size bed and a couch, a living room with a comfy couch, and a dining area. Keypad entry means no lost keys to worry about.

This location is available as a self-check-in. To gain access, the door is on the side of the house. The owner responds to every guest's needs promptly and is happy to help with anything you need.

The worst Property home

The bed was a sponge after four days. My back is killing me. There’s no thermostat for me to control the air condition. It was controlled by the next-door apartment. I got sick freezing my bones. There is a dry cleaning right next-door starts at 5 o’clock in the morning sounds like a factory machine couldn’t sleep.

Great follow-up communication.

Nice and clean and centrally located for what we needed. My son was staying there and using the bus route for appointments. We had some communication glitches "with Us" on the timing of arrival and such. The property management company was very helpful and all stages of the stay. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Very nice, clean and nicely furnished. Everything we needed for our stay. The host was very nice and accommodating. Only one thing that would have made our stay better, the bed was vey soft. A firmer mattress would have been nice.

Weekend stay

The unit was nice for our quick trip, very cute and everything we needed. The floors were not very clean, and we had a problem with the bedding, but the owner was very nice and remedied that right away. I wish the listing would have said the unit was on the side of the building instead of showing the picture with the front porch, as we did not have the front porch to sit out on. The only other thing I would would suggest for the listing is somehow mention there is a “bedroom door” type door splitting the units in two. That was a little awkward at first. We only slept there though, and didn’t end up hanging out at the unit, so it was fine for us. Just a suggestion.
