Your own private party begins now: with a backyard tiki bar, gas grill, and large patio, you’ll have to force yourself to leave and explore the city around this cute St. Pete hideaway. Inside, you’ll find a one-level layout, decorated in a sweet Florida style. The bright and sunny full kitchen features all the appliances and plenty of counter space to whip up a feast – or just some snacks for the bar. Dine together alfresco or pull up one of the window front barstools. If you do venture out, the beach is just a few miles away – make sure to grab the beach gear in the shed before you go.

Settle in on the sofa to stream your favorite shows or grab a board game for a little more together time before bed.

Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, servizi, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura

The property is completely run down, the furniture has tears in the upholstery , the tiki bar area is run down and unkept , the hot tub is torn up and a eye sore, the patio has weeds coming up through the bricks. The shower head leaks and sprays on the ceiling and the shower is so small my shoulders touch the walls. The carpets are filthy and have not been cleaned in years. The beds are rock hard. We called Vacassa about the condition and they didn't care. Otherwise it has a usable kitchen but no table to sit at just bar stools. There were clean towels and bedding to use. The neighborhood is full of old rundown cluttered small houses. There are TV's in every room with steaming but no cable. The living room couch and chair are in very poor condition and need to be replaced. This rental allows pets so they obviously don't care about the condition.
