Welcome to our Tropical Oasis, located in Madeira Beach. Our home is perfect for families, couples, multi-generational travel, and anyone who needs the space to spend time together or enjoy some privacy for enjoyment & relaxation.

The space
The home has been renovated and updated with a new kitchen, new hardwood floors, new furnishings, and much more. This 4 bedroom 2 bath home has a king size pillow top bed in the master, another king size bed in 2 of the guest rooms, and custom bunk beds with 3 twin beds and a queen bed in the fourth guest room. The fourth guestroom has 3 mounted TVs as well. The kitchen area is fully equipped and seats 8 for dining. You can also dine under the stars pool side on our brick patio equipped with a gas grill.

Please note: the home is a triplex so the pool and grill areas are shared with 2 one-bedroom units. The common areas are very private though and infrequently used by others.

Our home is centrally located just steps to the white expansive sandy beach and intracoastal waters. There are several restaurants within walking distance, including the brand new Caddy's that is the only beach front restaurant in Madeira Beach. Walk the beach to the waterfront boardwalk of John's Pass Village; beach shops, numerous restaurants, cruise boats, fishing charters, dolphin watch, jet skis, and parasailing.

Local dining, dancing, and entertainment are just steps away. Ride the local trolley from St Petersburg Beach to Clearwater Beach. Visit downtown St Petersburg; The Pier, Baywalk, Salvador Dali Museum, and Tropicana Field Home of The Rays. For an evening of entertainment: Mahaffey Theater, Florida Orchestra, Tampa Performing Arts Center, or Ruth Echart Hall.

This Home is just 30 minutes from Tampa's Busch Gardens, Historic Ybor City, Channelside, and Hyde Park. For days out, Sunken Gardens, Sponge Docks, Orlando's Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Visit the Kennedy Space Center, Lion Country Safari, Parrot Jungle, or the Indian Reservations of the Everglades.
