Our stay at this house was extremely disappointing, especially given the high price. Unfortunately, the condition of the property was far worse than advertised.
Cleanliness was a major issue. The house was noticeably dirty when we arrived — sand and dirt throughout the floors, grimy surfaces, and an overall lack of proper cleaning. It did not feel like the space had been prepared for new guests at all.
On top of that, many things in the house were either broken or missing parts. Several fixtures were loose or unusable, appliances did not function properly, and basic items you would expect in a rental were incomplete or absent. It felt neglected and poorly maintained.
One of the most frustrating issues was the pool. We specifically paid extra for pool heating, yet the pool was cold the 1st day and we had to call the owner multiple times. This was a major disappointment and added to the feeling that we did not receive what we paid for. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations in any way, and we would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
