Escape to paradise with this luxurious Oceanfront home. Enjoy sweeping ocean views and sounds of crashing waves while you relax on the sprawling outdoor patio. This private home is nestled in a serene neighborhood with onsite parking inside private gates. This gorgeous property offers a superb retreat for guests. With its beautiful decor and cozy ambiance, you'll feel right at home. The house features a spacious living area that opens up to outdoor porch and backyard putting green. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a bunk room. Enjoy amenities like WIFI, AC/ heating, laundry room, a pellet smoker/grill, putting green and an outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand. We're happy to assist with any questions or requests while you stay at our home.

It seems impossible, but this house was even more amazing than described and pictured. We are so appreciative to have celebrated my parents’ 50th anniversary in the most beautiful location. It’s hard to choose what our favorite feature was- walking to the beach every morning, enjoying the pool every afternoon, or sitting on the porch and watching the sunset by the palm trees every evening. Beach chairs, pool floats, and even sunscreen were available to ensure the best week ever. 10/10… looking forward to returning!

This host has thought of everything to give their guests the best possible vacation experience. So many things we usually need to bring or rent, from the pack n play, highchair, sound machines, and night lights to the beach tent, towels, chairs and sand toys, were all there for us to use. The house was perfect for our multi-generational family with lots of space to be together inside and out. The porch with its comfy furniture, the pool design perfect for all ages, the putting green and cornhole, and the most beautiful beach steps away.Inside, besides the clean and comfortable furnishings, it was so nice to have a main floor half bath, elevator, nice washer and dryer, Nespresso machine and a separate drink refrigerator. The kitchens, both indoors and out, were amazing and made it so easy to eat in. When we wanted to venture out there were great places for coffee, dining, and sweet treats all within walking distance.For children, they have the most amazing kids’ bedroom, there are lots of toys and games, and a playground within walking distance. Having toddlers, the yard design was perfect for playing with a fence separating the beach, and an additional fence and gates for the pool/hot tub access.The host was so easy to work with. He was helpful and very responsive. The house was spotless and had so many supplies. The pictures on VRBO don’t do justice to what a truly beautiful home this is. We felt we were very lucky to find Magnolia Shores and hope to return again soon!

This place is EVERYTHING and MORE for your getaway!! Beach (in your backyard ), pool and hot tub (heated), putting green, outdoor grilling hut, sand and pool accessories and that’s just the outside!!Inside the house had space for our family of 11 with room to spare. There were special touches everywhere…. In each bedroom en suite, in the kitchen and the bar! The kitchen was well equipped & we were able to cook anything inside and outside. It was so easy to communicate with the manager/owner and they were so accommodating to our requests!! I could go on and on since it was the best place for our family gathering!We are planning on doing it again!!Thanks to Magnolia Shores for the memories

This is the ultimate beach house! We visited in early February as an extended family group of 10 (7 adults, 3 kids). The property offered plenty of space and amenities for our 5 day stay. The interior was well stocked with everything you need - bath and beach towels, toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower), every kitchen appliance you could need (including 3 different coffee makers), all dishes/cups/serving ware, comfortable bedding, sound machines, and kids gear (this is a life saver for those flying in - pack n play, high chair, toys, plastic plates/bowls/cups/utensils). The exterior was even better! The pool and hot tub are nestled to the side of the home separated by a fence but still offering an ocean view. I am not sure if this is a year-round requirement, but we were required to text the owner daily to request heating the pool and hot tub, which was understandable with the temperatures during our stay. The wrap around porch is filled with comfy furniture. The turf yard is perfect for putting a few golf balls, tossing a football, or letting your little ones run around safely. It also offered a ramp for accessibility. We used the outdoor grill on multiple occasions. The beach was beautiful and never too busy even with two public access areas nearby. Ice cream, restaurants, and shopping were easy walking distance. Grocery delivery was also available.Overall, this property offers the perfect beach vacation!

Our host was amazing from the beginning when we had a million questions to the end when we departed. The home is incredible with high end furniture and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and outdoors for a large group. The outdoor kitchen was our favorite gathering spot every evening for cooking and dining while witnessing colorful sunsets. We will be back.

Spectacular! This is an amazing house in perfect condition and so loaded with extras there's no way we could take advantage of everything. It was, bar none, the best equipped VRBO kitchen I've ever seen. The space enabled a lovely family reunion and the big common area worked well for storytelling, games, and, finally, sacking out for a movie on the comfortable recliner sofas. The details in the house blew us away.Easy walking distance to restaurants and a quick drive to the supermarket. Very responsive owner.The highlights of any Gulf vacation are the Technicolor sunsets. The back porch and the two balconies were ideal viewing spots.

We had a wonderful Christmas at Magnolia Shore! The house has plenty of room for multiple generations and a great outdoor play area for kids. It is right in the beach with amazing sunset views. It was fully stocked, has a great grill, and is close to many restaurants. Kevin was super helpful and responsive throughout the stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect house for our large family Thanksgiving gathering. Amazing gulf views from the three balconies. Communication with the owner was great….. very quick response time. Plenty of parking space. Putting green, outdoor grilling area and pool were all top notch. Already planning a return trip.

My fiancé and I rented this beautiful house to stay for our micro wedding ceremony. The house is amazing! Immaculate, gorgeous and in a perfect location. Everyone was super impressed and satisfied. This house is awesome! Location was steps from the beach so it made coming in for lunch or naps for the babies so easy! We loved the outdoor space for lounging and enjoying the pool. The house was very well stocked and the amenities for the beach were abundant! My 2 fisherman even had poles ready for them to use. We had a few minor issues but Laura and Kevin were so helpful and responsive and took care of those issues quickly. We would definitely come back!
