  • Pet Policy: One dog is permitted per townhome.
  • Parking: Parking is assigned per unit and must be followed at all times. Each townhome includes one garage space and one additional parking space directly outside the garage. Parking spaces are designed for compact and standard-sized vehicles.
  • Good Neighbor Policy: This is a quiet residential area. No parties or events are permitted, and a good neighbor policy is strictly enforced.
  • Booking Flexibility: Traveling with a group? Each home is available to book individually under Island Vibes 1–4 or as a collection under Island Vibes Grand, depending on availability. Please note however, there are no connecting doors.
  • Please Note:This is a three-story townhome with stairs, and there are no elevators on the property.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, the rental was spotless, and everything was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and made for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This rental was great! It was just a short walk to the beach, which was really nice! The house was well stocked and they even provided chairs, a wagon and towels for the beach! It was great having a washer and dryer on site as well so we could wash our swimsuits. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Check in and check out process were seamless. The space was extremely well kept and updated with first class amenities. Balconies offered space to sit and enjoy the area as well as some light yoga space. Travelled with two children and our four legged baby who enjoyed the space and quiet environment. Great place to stay that isn’t far from the beach. If you expect more things to do in the immediate area this may not be the place for you.
