Casa lontano da casa - Vacation Rental 103 - (Argento nominale) è un condominio di primo piano recentemente aggiornato (giugno 2016) con vista eccellente sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia. Soggiorno e sala da pranzo, cucina completamente attrezzata, tre camere da letto e tre bagni completamente aggiornati. Nuova cabina doccia in bagno padronale. Luminoso e arioso con ampio balcone privato del Golfo. Televisori a schermo piatto con cavo a colori in soggiorno, camera da letto principale, camere da letto di secondo e terzo ospite. Proprietario richiede non fumare. Coin-op lavanderie su ogni piano in edilizia. Viene fornito con servizio wi-fi gratuito. A piedi accanto al lungo molo Redington per passeggiate pesca o al tramonto.

We had a great two weeks! Check in good. Cleanliness good. Location great! View of pool and beach good! Beds comfortable! Unit could use a little love. (Paint etc). Bathrooms need updating but were quite functional. Carpet runner in living area should just be thrown out (Dirty). Overall good. Would rent again.

From booking to checking out this was a great experience. This property was amazing. Exactly how it looked in pictures. Very clean unit with everything we needed. Huge bedrooms that are spaced out for privacy and a bathroom for each bedroom. The a/c worked perfectly. Nice balcony to sit on facing the beach. The beach was steps away from the room and gave a beautiful sunset view. The pool and large hot tub were heated and kept very clean with shaded areas. It was our first time but I definitely plan to come back to the condo in the future. Close by the VIP restaurant down the road was delicious. All staff we came on contact were very friendly. We met people who’ve been coming there from 10-20 years and I know why!! You won’t be disappointed if you book this condo.

Not very clean. We felt the need to reclean ourselves when we arrived. We also had a faucet break in one of the bathrooms in the evening and we were told they had no evening plumbers available and that we needed to shut off the water. The table on the balcony had a white powder all over it (we assume it was baby powder) so the balcony was not cleaned either.

Decent place for the price

The property needs some TLC, but the price reflects that. It was what we expected it to be. We did have some trouble with the TVs, but all I had to do was send a message and they had someone out there to get it figured out for us! I didn't love that you have to check in at another building. We've stayed at several places and they usually just give you the door code to get in. But at least the other building was super close. The hot tub wasn't hot. Overall if you're looking for a cheap vacation and will be spending most of your time at the beach or going to shops/restaurants then you'll likely be happy with this place.

Great family vacation unit

Place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Beach was amazing and the pool/hottub were the perfect temperatures! The condo was well equipped and the beds were cozy after a long day of fun in the sun. lots of restaurants close by. My family had the time of their lives! Can't wait to book this condo again!

Right on the Beach. Great for Families.

Overall a good stay. Place is right on the beach with easy access to stairs and elevator. Perfect for a larger group as each room has its own restroom. No issues with parking. Grear view of the ocean even being on the 1st floor.

So close to the water

We loved everything about this place! It was so close to the beach, great size balcony, spacious and big enough for a large group. The only negative was that to check in and out you had to got to another location. This makes it very difficult for people who do not rent a car. Yes it is walking distance however when we checked out, instead of being able to leave the key in a drop box or at front desk, we had to walk about 5-7 minutes in super hot heat carrying our luggage. Then we called our Uber once we got to that location. Other than that, we loved our stay and loved the beach access.

Ocean View not as expected

The condo was fine, but I did not expect the view being blocked by the building. The kitchen was not as stocked as I would have expected. There were no pot holders, scissors, casserole pans, only 2 kitchen towels, not enough silverware, Very few plastic cups. I will say there were 3 crock pots, 4-5 coffee pots though, plenty of pots & pans. I think a bigger table would be nice, since the condo sleeps up to 9 people. Table only for 6. Also more seating in the Living area - we brought chairs from the bedrooms to give us all a place to sit. The beach was very nice - overall we had a nice week, but was disappointed in the things I listed considering we paid a lot more for the week (highest we've paid in the past few years)

great location. we have stayed in this building before and decided to stay again because of the location, just a different room this time. overall stay was great. just some minor issues. Master was listed as access to Balcony. but master looked to be the last bedroom, that does not have access. Also sleeps 8. we thought by the pics one of the sofas was a pullout bed. but both couches were not the same pictured. they were 2 loveseats. a little small to sleep on. but as I started with location made us forget

Nice family condo

We had 2 families, 4 adults and 4 teens during our stay. The condo was more than spacious enough to accommodate all of us. The beds were comfortable. Lots of lawn chairs to take to the beach and a small umbrella. (We bought a bit larger one from Walmart and just left behind for the next guests to use.) I think the only negative thing was having to check in at a completely different location, and is where you also call for any questions and have to go to exchange dirty towels for clean. Not a huge deal, but feel it could have been a little more convenient. I would definitely stay again!

Multi-Family Vacay

The property was exactly as described. Fully stocked kitchen. 2 coffee pots and 2 toasters which was nice the mornings we cooked. Plenty of chairs on the balcony. It’s was great to be so close to the pool and the beach. So many things to do in the area…shopping, boating/jet skis, plenty of great restaurants and ice cream. The only thing that could be better would be upgrading the mattresses in the bedrooms. Of all the places we have vacationed in the last 10 years I have to say this was the most relaxing. Thank you for a great stay!!

Needs cleaning and refreshing

The location was excellent and the space a plus. However, it was NOT CLEAN. Mattresses are not up to standards for guests and the pillows were so flat they were nearly unusable. One patio door could not be used - it was broken and the furniture was too large and cheap for the patio - hard to move around without moving the furniture out of the way and it was not comfortable. This would be a place one would want to go back to if these changes were made.
