    This spacious 3-bedroom plus bunkhouse corner condo at Beach Cottages offers the perfect coastal retreat just steps from the Gulf in Indian Shores. This condo combines space, functionality, and unbeatable beachside location for the ultimate getaway experience.

    The layout includes a king primary suite with an ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, a third bedroom with private balcony access, and a fun bunkhouse with full-size bunk beds—ideal for kids. A well-appointed guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo, in-unit washer and dryer, and multiple smart TVs add comfort and convenience throughout. The open living area features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, breakfast bar seating, a dining table for six, and plush seating, all leading to a private balcony overlooking the serene Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary. From the balcony and living space, guests can enjoy peaceful views and a relaxing coastal atmosphere.

    Know before you go:
    • Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (we typically cannot accommodate early arrival or late departure requests in season)
    • A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
    • Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
    • Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
    • No pets allowed
    • Age requirement: 25+ to book
    • Access: Located on Level 2 (stairs or elevator from garage)
    • No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
    • Fireplace not available for use

    July 4th Week Notice:
    The association may require wristbands for amenities. A maximum of 8 wristbands will be issued. Guests exceeding this limit may not have access to facilities.

    Ring Doorbell Notice:
    Ring doorbell on the exterior of the front door. It does record video and sound. We use this to maintain operations remotely (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)

Beautiful condo just steps from the beach

We were very pleased with our recent stay at this beautiful condo, which was perfect for our family beach vacation. The property manager was wonderfully responsive and the entire check-in and out process was very smooth. The location was super convenient to restaurants, etc. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was really helpful, as well. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Spring Break

Very nice condo with all the amenities and space we needed. Beach was easily accessible which we visited everyday. Pool area was spacious with lots of seating space, pool was large and enjoyed by all in our party. we will consider coming to Beach Cottages again next Spring.

Great Place on The Beach

Wonderful vacation condo that easily accommodated 8 adults and teens. Very clean and updated with beach chairs and coolers provided by the host. There are a couple of restaurants and coffee shops within a mile of the condo.

Girl trip

It was a nice place nice location not much traffic a plus. Had everything needed even beach supplies chairs coolers and towels a plus. Beach area pool nice plenty of chairs nice area to cook outdoors three Grills available wasn’t busy but this was kinda of off season visit which is nice for us. Keys were a little hard to use on entrance just had to jiggle but worked

We really enjoyed our stay at Guy and Linsey’s condo. It was clean and well maintained. Beautiful pool area and great beach access. The owners are exceptionally welcoming and responsive. I wasn’t familiar with the area so didn’t realize it was a bit isolated from shopping and activities. That did not affect the quality of our stay at the condo. Nice place. I would recommend it for a family vacation.

Enjoyed Indian Shores

The property matched the listing and pictures. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas were in the unit for tenants to use. The beach was not crowded, and the ocean water was calm and warm. We never used the pool the ocean was like a big pool. We enjoyed our time here and would consider staying again.

Great stay

The condo was clean & beautifully decorated. All the appliances worked well. It was very roomy for our family of 6 & an easy walk to the beach. There are beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon to carry the items to the beach. The only negative is the smell while outside on the balcony due to the bird sanctuary next door, but that can't be helped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was more beautiful than the pictures and was very clean. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend this unit or anything else Lindsey had available. What a lovely beach for taking walks, we used the grills that were by the pool and my teens played volleyball on the net right on the condo property. We could walk or have a short drive to our favorite restaurants. We also loved the bird sanctuary next door, so much nicer that having another building next door.

Excellent accommodations

The condo is in a prime place. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen is fine. It does not get five stars for me because they did not stock shampoo and soap in the bathrooms and we had to buy toilet paper during the second half of our stay, as they did not keep their stock up. The other downside was, the porch smelled like the bird sanctuary that is right next-door, therefore, it was unusable because of the stench. Beach access was great. Plenty of chairs for all of us.

Great Condo

The condo was perfect for our family of four along with our friends and their son. We loved that the beach was just steps away and all of the amenities for the beach were a plus and allowed us to not have to pack as many items. We also enjoyed the location as it was low key and family oriented. The beach wasn't overcrowded, yet you could still travel nearby for the fast pace bigger crowds to Clearwater or Tampa. The pool and hot tub was nice, not large but if you timed it right it wasn't too crowded. My favorite room in the condo was the kitchen. We cooked most of our meals most of the days we were there. The grills were also a plus to have access to at the pool area. The beds were comfy. The only negative experience we had was that the floors were sticky and some what dirty. I did contact the owner and she was very quick to respond and did offer to send their cleaners to come back out to clean the floors. We had just decided to purchase a mop and do it ourselves in which the owners reimbursed us for.

Great Condo on a Nice Beach

We had a lovely week relaxing on the beach & enjoying the sunsets. It was a nice place & the area was less crowded than many other beachfront locations we have been to.
