Bella vista sull'oceano 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni condominiali in un piccolo edificio di 4 unità. Godetevi l'ampia cucina e il soggiorno con vista diretta sul golfo. Grande patio per godere di splendidi tramonti e vista. Questo condominio è luminoso e invitante, con una grande camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno. La prima camera degli ospiti è perfetta per i bambini, con due letti a castello, mentre la seconda include un letto matrimoniale. Comodo accesso alla piscina e alla spiaggia da una scala a balcone. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante e divertente!

My family and I had a great stay at Gaarie and Elaine’s. The unit is spacious, clean and quiet, the beds are comfortable, there is plenty of onsite parking, and the view is unmatched. The location is great – steps from the ocean and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. My grandchildren loved the bunk room and all of the toys provided. There are plenty of towels (bath and beach), household items (pots, pans, plates, platters), and beach and pool toys to make for a great stay. We had an issue with the refrigerator during our stay, and Gaarie and Elaine went above and beyond to help. They were prompt in replying, by phone, text, and in person, and were extremely gracious in finding a resolution. Gaarie and Elaine are terrific hosts and we look forward to our next stay.

Great location right on the beach with direct stairs down to the heated salt water pool/beach. Well equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare many meals for 5 people. Plenty of pool toys and beach supplies provided made all our outdoor time even more enjoyable! Host was super responsive and even delivered batteries for the tv and fan remotes. By far the best experience we have had out of 3 seperate trips to the area, keep up the good work! The only downside was the same week for next year was already booked. We would defintely recommend to any traveller especially those with kids as the kid room was superbly equipped with stuffed animals galore, bedtime books and plenty of games.

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was clean and had nice interior furnishings and decor. There were comfortable chairs with foot rests on the outside deck, on which we spent a lot of time enjoying the views. We love that there are so many restaurants and cafe's within walking distance, with the option to walk on the beach or sidewalks. The hosts were very responsive and kind.

We had such a lovely week at this beautiful condo right on the beach. The condo was very clean, cozy, and had everything you could possibly need. The heated pool was perfect for our family and we loved the beach and beautiful views. Can’t beat the sunsets! Great restaurants (Guppy’s, Keegan’s Seafood Grill, Cocos) and two delicious bakeries/cafes within walking distance. Even with a cold front that came through, we had a wonderful week! Gaerie and Elaine were amazing host. So sweet and very accommodating. We can’t wait to return!!

AMAZING!!! We absolutely loved our stay here this week The condo was so beautiful! It was the most well stocked place we've ever stayed over the years, from dishes, cooking supplies, coffee choices, to towels (both bath and beach), paper products, beach chairs and toys, the entire stay was great! The beds were all so comfortable and bathrooms were so nice! The pool was fantastic and clean, and the short walk to the gorgeous beach was so convenient. The view from the balcony was breathtaking every evening! We had the pleasure of meeting Elaine during our stay and she was so sweet and truly cares about her guests having a wonderful stay! We will absolutely return again!

Perfect Beach Vacation Home!

Great location for a family vacation

This was our second stay at this condo. Perfect for a family. Gaarie and Elain are wonderful hosts. Their condo has everything you need. The full sized washer day dryer are a great bonus. Our kids loved the closet full of toys and all the board games in the family room. The storage room had beach toys, chairs, etc. However, the absolute favorites of our kids are the pool and the beach! There are so many geat places to visit in the immediate area. George C. McGough Nature Park and Florida Botanical Gardens are worthwhile stopping by and are free! This place is worth a Five Star overall rating.

Awesome

Love the condo. 2nd time we stayed. The owners are fabulous to work with! Few things need an upgrade but nothing real important. They did say they are doing upgrades in July so that’s a real plus. The location is perfect. We would love toGo back but with my husband and I getting up in age the steps up to the condo are getting a bit much would highly recommend this condo and their owners!!Thank you again for our 2nd vaca!

Amazing Stay!

This is our 3rd year staying at this property and we will be back again next year! We love that this is right on the beach, a must must when you have little kids. Our kids loved going back and forth between the pool and beach with ease. Gorgeous view, quiet property. Excellent all around!

Spectacular

Not one thing about the rave reviews of this condo and its location are exaggerations. If anything, the 5-star reviews do not do it justice. Condo has everything anyone could need. And Elaine and Garrie are just such a bonus. One does not expect to love the owners of a vacation home. Well, there is no way to avoid it. They are fantastic. Hope to come right back. Thank you both.

Excellent in Every Way

We had an incredible stay at this property over spring break! My family of four (with kids ages 2 and 5) and my parents stayed for the week, and everything was just perfect. Communication with the hosts was excellent from the start—they were responsive, helpful, and provided a thorough guide with restaurant and activity recommendations, plus details about the property. Knowing we had little ones, they had a Pack ’n Play set up for our arrival, and the condo couldn’t have been more kid-friendly, with an ocean-themed bunk room, kid plates/cups and a closet full of toys, books, and stuffed animals. The unit was spotless, well-organized, and stocked with all the essentials and extras we needed for a comfortable week away. On the second day, we noticed a possible issue with the pool filter and heater, and the hosts were at the property within minutes to troubleshoot and checked in throughout the week to make sure it was resolved—so thoughtful and proactive. The location is ideal for a multigenerational trip, with breathtaking sunsets, a quiet beach, and a private feel thanks to the four-unit building. There’s even an outdoor closet fully stocked with beach toys, a wagon, umbrellas, and pool floaties—everything you need for family fun in the sun. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly beach getaway. It doesn’t get much better than this!

My family (3 generations) thoroughly enjoyed staying at this wonderful place. This was our fifth year staying here and will be coming back again next year. It has everything to offer with a great location right on the beach, heated pool, and within walking distance to many restaurants and parks/playgrounds for little ones. Fully furnished with all your needs. The owners, Gaarie and Elaine) are nearby and respond promptly if any issues may occur.
