St Pete Beach Don Cesar Pool On The Sand

The new crown jewel directly on the sand in St. Pete Beach. Large luxury Beach houses right on the sand do not come up very often to be able to be rented in our piece of paradise. Just a shells throw away to the south is the famous Don Cesar. Just past the Don Is the very popular beach community of Pass-a-grille! Where you can walk the beach or down Pass a grille Way and immerse yourself in small town beach USA where you can frequent restaurants, shops, bars, seafood and meat markets/delis.

Our oasis on the sand offers a private and secluded large salt water pool with small waterfall. We have plenty of outdoor and covered seating along with an entertaining outdoor area with flat screen tv, ping pong, fire pit, outdoor couches and lounge chairs.

The view and amenities that will take your breath away is when you enter the house and turn right, down the hall, past our guest rooms and bathrooms our home opens up and you will see thru our large glass sliders an outdoor wonderland right on the sand. What awaits you is our hammock, Adirondack beach chairs, BBQ grill station, and our canopy on the sand to relax in the sun or from the shade it provides.

Our sand dunes will protect and give you privacy while giving you a access to the beach and Gulf of Mexico :-)

Our sliders completely retract creating an amazing family experience from the outside deck, to the living and then dining rooms, and then to our upscale, well stocked, and well appointed kitchen.


Our 5 bedroom/ four bathroom beach retreat offers two laundry areas, two washers, two driers, so plenty of space to do your laundry during your stay.

Our master bedroom is just off the living room and has its own set of sliders, that will let you ease out of bed and walk right out back so you can walk right out onto the beach for a scenic stroll. The master bathroom has the perfect rain shower for one or two people. We have three living rooms for your family’s enjoyment. The grand living room is just off the main large sliders, our second living room is just off the kitchen and offers a large 65 inch flat screen tv. Our upstairs living room offers views of the Gulf of Mexico, a large flat screen tv, seating and work stations. Our connected upstairs is perfect for children to use or if you have a nanny. Upstairs consists of another kitchen, small dining, living room, laundry closet, full bathroom, and queen bedroom with views of the water and a work station.

Downstairs your will find a guest queen bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, and the bedroom itself has French doors that lead out to the outside living room and pool area. Down the hall you will have another queen guest room to the left and on the other side of the hall is a one of a kind full guest bathroom. The soaker tub is to die for, it also has an exquisite shower. Walking west toward the beach you will pass the second laundry room and then our large chefs kitchen offers seating at the counter bar, wine cooler, gas range, hidden in the cabinets style large refrigerator and freezer. Our kitchen has any and everything you will need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
