    Su Casa si trova in una posizione ideale! Questo incantevole cottage sulla spiaggia si trova proprio sullo splendido Golfo del Messico. Tutto ciò che serve è guardare fuori dalla finestra per ricordarti che sei in vacanza in paradiso!

    La nostra affascinante e colorata casa sulla spiaggia davanti al golfo è dotata di 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni. La casa principale ha 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni e un ulteriore 2 camere da letto, 1 cottage bagno. Il cottage si trova all'interno del cortile vicino alla casa principale. (Il cottage è un allegato con 2 camere da letto e bagno in comune e non ha soggiorno o cucina)

    Sia il cottage che la casa possono ospitare un totale di 12 ospiti.

    Con un arredamento caratteristico della Florida in tutto il layout è perfetto! Abbiamo la casa principale che offre 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Insieme a diversi spazi abitativi, cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo e, soprattutto, la spiaggia!

    La casa principale offre un piccolo spazio di vita che ha 2 letti a due capitani. La prima camera da letto offre un letto king size, la seconda camera offre 2 letti singoli. Queste due camere condividono un bagno in corridoio con doccia. Terza camera da letto ha un letto king size. C'è un secondo bagno in corridoio con doccia. Il cottage ha un letto queen size nella quarta camera da letto e un letto queen size nella quinta camera da letto, questi due condividono un bagno in corridoio che offre una combinazione vasca / doccia.

    La casa principale ha 3 spazi di vita. Appena entrati nella casa vedrai il primo spazio abitativo che ha i 2 letti dei due capitani con una tv. La cucina viene dopo e ha tutto il necessario per cucinare a casa. La zona giorno principale ha comodi posti a sedere e una tv. Il grande portico riparato è stato chiuso e questa camera da sole si affaccia sulla spiaggia. La stanza del sole ti consente di ammirare ogni giorno la vista sulla spiaggia e i tramonti accattivanti. Appena fuori dalla stanza del sole, puoi camminare verso una delle spiagge più belle che tu abbia mai visto!

    La sala da pranzo può ospitare 6 persone e il bancone della cucina può ospitare altri 3 ospiti. C'è un altro tavolo vicino al solarium che può ospitare altri 4 ospiti.

    Questa casa sulla spiaggia del 1937 aggiornata presenta soffitti alti, aria condizionata centralizzata e ventilatori a soffitto. Su Casa è deliziosamente decorato con rattan vintage, tessuti retrò e articoli a tema spiaggia - tutto ciò fornisce il calore e la sensazione di un vero cottage sulla spiaggia.

    La zona posteriore è meravigliosa, offre sedie a sdraio, posti a sedere all'aperto, una griglia per barbecue e molti posti a sedere.

    Gli ospiti amano che siamo a pochi passi da una dozzina di ristoranti e bar, negozi e molto altro ancora.

We had a great time at the house, location was perfect, steps to the beach. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Couches aren’t super comfortable (more like patio furniture), the beds are comfortable except for the twin beds, but not a crisis. We had plenty of room, and the separate quarters with two beds was nice for the younger folks. Only issue there was it was musty and the linens needed a good washing. Luckily there are two washers and two dryers which was great! Know that the parking is limited as it’s right off an alley and only fits two cars, maybe 3 smaller ones. Place could probably use a good deep cleaning. Other houses are super close, yet felt very private as the landscaping helped. The tank for the grill was empty, I contacted the rental company and they said that was paid for by the guest? Never experienced that before, not really my responsibility to fill the tank. But we filled it and the rental company assured us they would refund us for the cost. Still waiting on refund. We loved the back patio where you could see the ocean. We enjoyed the house as the location was perfect!! We would rent it again. Oh and communication with the rental agency was spot on.

Family vacation

We loved being so close to the beach. The cottage was older but had charm. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. We really appreciated the extra beach stuff, chairs, wagon, and umbrellas in the garage. We found lots of shells on the beach. The cottage stayed cool with the air conditioners even when it was so hot outside.

Su casa indian rocks

Overall we had a great expereince. The beach was literally our back yard, there was plenty of room for everyone in and outside the house, and the property manager kept in contact and even came to help me figure out thebparking situation which was really appreciated. Overall being that close to the beach is where it is at and i would highly recommend this vacation spot to anyone, especially those with little kids because of its location. We would most definitely stay in this location again. Thanks for everything.

Amazing location.

As mentioned, the location of this house was absolutely perfect for us and the reason we chose it. From this perspective it did not dissappoint. The beach and ocean are literally the back yard. So perfect! It's an older home but fairly well kept and no issues with that. I would say it was pretty clean, but maybe a more frequent deepcleaning would useful. Thanks

The most charming beach cottage

This was the cutest house, so many eclectic decorations and charm. It was much larger than we expected, it fit 10 of us comfortably (4 were in the garage suite). Location was perfect, it was on a quiet side street, walking distance to ice cream shops, coffee shops, restaurants, and we rode the trolley to clearwater and John’s pass easily, it was ocean front (we saw manatees and dolphins both up swimming next to people right behind our house), we spent a lot of time on the back patio playing corn hole, and in the 90° ocean water. It was filled with all the amenities we needed: Beach towels and bath towels, sand toys, beach floats, etc. We would stay here again!

The main residence and cottage were incredibly roomy, easily accommodating our group of 10. We didn't have to worry about bringing anything beyond our personal belongings, as the house came fully equipped with bath and beach towels, a well-stocked kitchen, BBQ grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, a convenient wagon to pull everything to the beach, and even an assortment of kids' beach toys. AND THE BEACH is steps away from the homes spacious, furnished patio. Joanie, our check in Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. She stopped by on our check in day to make sure we had everything we needed. I will recommend to friends, and we will most definitely be back!

Great Location and Beach Access, House needs improvements

We love Indian Rocks and this place was close to everything. The access/view of the Beach was great and just what we wanted. There are a few things that need attention. The furniture is very old and uncomfortable, we knew that from the pictures but the Beach and outdoors was our goal! Basic Beach supplies need to be replaced: Both Boogie Boards were broke, both sand umbrella's were broke. Plenty of chairs for the beach and deck. The cushions on the recliners are all stained and moldy. The garage with the extra rooms spells of mildew/mold. Some basic amenities like spices would be nice, we did find salt and pepper after buying more. There was no blow dryer in the house and I never carry one any more because all VRBO's we have stayed at supply this. I would recommend this place if you are looking for the outdoors and beach! If you plan on spending alot of time indoors it may not be the right choice.

A Christmas Gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a return to Su Casa for our family, having had a family reunion here ten years ago. The house remains one of our favorites, with plenty of room for our family of 12 to spread out. It’s a very comfortable old Florida-style cottage which, as native Floridians of four generations, is just up our alley. That said, the cottage in back needs some attention. It’s very damp and musty. We, unfortunately, experienced a sudden temperature drop into the low forties and the two rooms there were bitterly cold. Management sent a space heater and we found another in a closet in the main house. We got thru it, but perhaps the heaters might have been placed there in the ready for a December rental. And to our dismay, the oven in the kitchen didn’t work; the coil was burned out. Unfortunately we didn’t discover this until Christmas Eve and there we were with a 10 lb roast and no oven. A grandson renting a condo down the road came to our rescue. Management again sent a repairman to fix the oven after Christmas. If I could make one more suggestion, it would be to place a grab bar in the showers. Always a good thing, especially for the elderly. All in all, Su Casa, despite a few glitches, was a delightful place for a large family such as ours. Everything you need in the kitchen is there and the place was immaculate. There is so much to see and do in the vicinity it is easy to see why this is such a popular place.

Great location but we did have some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is very large consisting mostly of sitting rooms. I realize this is a very old house so there will be things. We had bathroom doors in the main house that wouldn't close because they were not aligned or swollen wood. It's important that we could close and lock the bathroom door. The cottage in the back didn't have a bottom frame to the door sill so there was a large gap you could see outside and lots of lizards and who knows what else could come right in. There was also not a working door knob or lock on the cottage. The back cottage was very small and that's ok but there was no place to put your clothes. The dressers were full of bedding. There was a coat rack that was the only place to hang any clothes. I bet you could use some of that huge garage to add some closets. The first day in the back cottage there was some mysterious something that looked like coffee grounds under the top cover on one of the beds. I cleaned it off and later it was there again. I thought it could only come from the ceiling. Management said it was termite droppings but she couldn't get an exterminator out. She sent a maintenance person and he couldn't figure out what to do about it. The ceiling was slats and I said, why don't you caulk the spaces between the slats. That stopped the droppings but it was still a little icky. It upset me that the cleaning person had to have seen it on the sheets and still put the cover over it, leaving it there. We did see a couple of rats going under the back deck. You have to like eclectic and a little funky to like this place. I liked the funky but the rest of my group did not.

Outstanding vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is amazing. So nicely decorated and ffilled with cheerful, personal things. This house has a beautiful soul indeed. Only a few meters away from beach they stay at Su Casa makes every second worthwhile.The Beach Time Rental staff was very friendly and helpful. Communication was great.We all hope that we will be able to come again.

Perfect Location
