Condo was nice & very clean. The bed was comfortable & roomy. We had plenty of towels & the shower was wonderful. Downside, there was no water pressure in the bathroom sink, the glass on the coffee table wasn't secure & the balcony door wouldn't lock.

Had a great time! Location was perfect! Was able to grill out one night while playing shuffle board. Bed was super comfortable. The condo we stayed in was way more updated that the building would lead you to believe. Pulling in, I was a bit concerned. The lobby isn’t much of a lobby and it is dated. But I am somewhat of a clean freak, and as for the condo itself, it was perfect.

Really couldn’t have been happier with our 4-day stay. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is ideal - just south of John’s Pass, just north of St Pete Beach. Also excellent communication with the rental agency.

The condo was great! Being on the 2nd floor made getting up and down more convenient. Kitchen was big and provided us with all the utensils to make meals. Balcony view was great! Heated pool was wonderful. Two gas grills on-site for making food. Lots of parking. Laundry in the unit made it easy. Would definitely recommend

Overall experience was good but needs improvement. When we arrived at the condo the floors, bathroom and kitchen needed a good cleaning. We also noticed light bulbs were missing from the kitchen, refrigerator freezer wasn't keeping items cold and the oven wasn't heating/working properly. With it being a holiday week, we just dealt with the problems. Suggestion to add to the condo...a mop so you can mop the tile floors instead of having dirty feet/socks. freezer wasn't working properly and other

The condo was clean and well stocked. My family and I came down to enjoy the beach and it was all we could have hoped for. Within a minute walk we were at the most gorgeous beach. The property was safe and there is plenty around for shopping, food etc. If I had questions or comments the property owners contacted me quickly and were very helpful. If I find myself in Treasure Island again I will for sure use them again!

This is our 2nd stay in this unit over the past 3 years. We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay and was not disappointed this time. Beautiful on the beach location yet very convenient to the Treasure Island eateries, pubs, John's Pass and St Pete! Looking forward to returning.

We stayed the weekend prior to Thanksgiving with near some other friends and family staying up and down the se strip. This is a nice central in location on the beach and easily walkable to many restaurants and bars via the boardwalk. There was a kite and sand sculpture festival this weekend that was an added bonus. The condo has everything we would need. Would stay again.

We have stayed at various condos on this stretch of Treasure Island over the Years so we are able to make accurate comparisons. Pro's - the location was exactly as expected, the self check in process very easy, the balcony was a great plus and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Cons - The condo was a little disappointing v the rental cost, mainly due to the fact that it is extremely 'tired' internally. Does need a complete refresh. Things we found disappointing: Dining room chairs were water stained and marked. The fridge was about 15 years old. The ice maker in the freezer didn't work The toilet wouldn't flush - I fixed this myself. I think that maybe the condo hadn't been rented in a while and this had just seized due to lack of use. The patio doors out to the balcony would not lock - the condo is on the first floor so quite easy access for any potential burglars. This was reported and was rectified the following day by having a piece of plastic pipe wedged into the runner to stop the door opening. Effective but not ideal. There was a hole in the bedroom wall conveniently hidden by a well placed chair. The bi-fold doors that closed off the laundry area were both hanging out of the top runners (there is no bottom track) so they just had to be left open at all times - we didn't want them to fall off altogether. Would go back to the area again but wouldn't stay at this particular condo.

We love the Gulf side and wanted to try somewhere new since we were traveling from Universal Studios. This condo was in the perfect location close to everything especially the beach. We loved our stay and would definitely choose here again.

This was our second year staying in the same condo. We enjoyed it so much last year, we booked again this year. The condo has everything we need, location is perfect, pool is wonderful and the walk to the beach is only a few minutes. We will definitely be going back next year and booking the same condo.

Clean condo with unobstructed view of the beach. Close walk to some restaurants and to Johns Pass. We enjoyed the amenities at the condo and found a Cuban sandwich place called the Floridian which was a 5 minute walk. Would definitely return again.

Washer was really loud, so was the dishwasher. Patio had a lot sand on it and on the table. I swept it off. Also water was opposite in the shower. Other than that really enjoyed our stay!
